This is the Scotts valley store because we went to the Santa Cruz store and they were very rude and unwilling to help us we asked where something was and they pointed its over there Thats it Scotts valley totally different walked us out to the item talked about it with us. Thats where were going to buy our building supplies from now on I know its still central home supply but Santa Cruz (nope)not the place to go... Its a shame I have to drive from Santa Cruz to Scotts valley to get good service..... Shame on you Central home supply in Santa Cruz..

Came here looking for a small amount of slate for an aquarium and they were super cool. Their selection of various slate/volcanic rocks were great. Really appreciate them. Save yourself some money by going here and buying your Igneous rocks for a large aquarium instead of wasting money online.

I needed some TechoBloc pavers that I was really struggling to get.A simple call to Central Home Supply got me in contact with Greg who got me a quote right away. And then Reed picked it up from there and worked with me to get a PO for the right stones (Blu 60s not Blu 80s) He was upfront about the delivery timing (~1 month) Reed was super communicative and provided me updates as I requested it. Even better, when the original delivery date was set to a Tuesday, Reed got it moved up 4 days, to the Friday before!Love you guys! I wish I needed paver stones more often so I can give you more of my business! Hmm...I DO have a driveway....

I was doing a DIY patio project without much knowledge of how to go about it and the team here was super helpful. They were able to figure out all the correct materials and quantities I would need and assist me in ordering over the phone. Been dealing with them since late 90s.. Got to know them when we built our home and had to landscape acreage. In all the years since, we continue to use them for supplies. Any issues, they bend over backwards to help. Scotts Valley is easy access and a large selection of possible needs. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to staff.

Manager of this location is exceptionally rude. The santa Cruz location is great.
