Leila was rude and unhelpful and I was told my purchase their is not refundable as it was not an accessorie or device then what is a sim card explain to me please, to me it seems an accessories to a phone to connect it to the verizone network, the receipt just stated I had 30 days to return item witch I was trying to do 5 days after purchase as I didnt need the sim card be carefull coming to this store their all about money and 0 customer service I would put 0 stars if I could
Not to helpful for phone issues more for sales. Friendly staff,just couldnt help with my problems. My phone wasnt working it seem to be something with network, because my phone started working again on its own.

Walked in to order a S21 Ultra phone for my business account and was told they can help me. Waited about an hour before another lady came out from hiding in the backroom and was told they could not help me. They didnt even want to help I was asked to comeback another day.
Definitely one of the most simple, stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at a Verizon retailer. I felt very welcome there and was given very honest answers. I left feeling like a friend!

Our experience with Melissa was great. She handled a rude customer that came in before us perfectly, and she was very helpful to us. That being said, we were supposed to have an iPad as part of our upgrade show up the next day and we have not been able to get ahold of a real person at the Scotts Valley Verizon store to see if it has arrived. It has been three days now.
My phone (Samsung G7) had become a hot mess. Somehow the file manager got screwed up. I think I put a folder inside a folder of the same name, and so the key hashed to the same location and set up some weird recursion, and all of a sudden my internal storage was always full. So I couldnt download anything. And it was sooo slow.On a whim I walked into Verizon Scotts Valley. To my surprise and joy, Josh didnt think I was nuts. He looked at the phone and wisely suggested I find a clever geek who wouldnt damage it further and could maybe fix it. But I had found one years ago (and married him) and he couldnt fix it. Sigh.So what to do? I asked about perhaps buying another cheap phone and at this point the other sales associate (also a 5 on the scale) produced a Samsung A11, seemingly out of thin air. Only $200, twice the storage, and a better camera than my old one. The screen wasnt cracked, either.Josh told me that I only owed $84 my old phone, and we pondered the situation. Josh didnt push me and when I decided to go for it, he went above and beyond getting me set up with the new phone. He did everything but transfer my files (because I needed an app for that on my old one, and it refused to download, as usual). He told me what to do later, though, and I was able to easily transfer the important files and apps.Josh and the other employee were friendly and cheerful and showed no reluctance to help this old lady. It took a long time but that is because Verizon offices are co-located with disruptions in space-time. Its a well-known problem, but this time I enjoyed my visit to the vortex.My new cheap phone is so much better than my old one in every regard. I am happy with my decision and grateful for Joshs help. The employee didnt take out the SD card from my old phone and put it in the new phone as the manager working on my husbands did. We both bought new phones together.When I realized it a day later, I was told I could purchase a new SD card (with a discount when I grumbled lol) The manager Laila said when the employee was done transferring info from old phone to new and they asked us to check our new phones (that all was transferred ) I should have seen my SD card wasnt there. That it was my responsibility. I had no idea I was to check anything more than that all my pictures and emails and messages had been transferred, ditto for my husband. And yet my husbands SD card from old phone was moved to the new phone (what the heck??)I stopped by a Verizon in San Jose and she agreed with me that emails, pics etc. is what she would have customers check. She thought it was bad business to put it on me as thats Verizons job.They get 2 stars not 1 because they were smart and efficient and patient with us during the process and we did appreciate it.Did I feel disappointed and disrespected in the end?I did.

The Verizon Store in Scotts Valley still provides personal service and support. The store on 41st is simply handing out product and sending you out to do everything yourself. I highly recommend seeing the crew in Scotts Valley on Mt Hermon Rd in the shopping center.
Quick and easy just to pay my phone bill very nice
This small store is efficient and provides excellent service. Since I live in Scotts Valley this is convenient and central to everything someone would need for easy access. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing even though it was not available in the store he let me know that he could order it and have it sent to my house. Thanks again to the Victra store staff.

Would not recommend trying to do anything more than just the basics at this store. I was trying to set up a business account for over a month. Spent three hours at the store during three visits. The store manager tried really hard in the beginning, but in the end, was unable to get the deal done. I just called the 800 number and circumvented the store. This ended up being straight forward. It took me a some time on the phone, but it got done.

I updated two iPhones at the Scotts Valley, CA, store today. Quentin worked very hard to make sure that the upgrades were done right and that we had the best deal and experience. Very impressed with the way Quentin took care of us.
Yesterday we bought two new Galaxy Note 5s and was helped by Jake. He made it incredibly easy, set everything up even put our cases and protective screens on and did the transfer of all the data. There were no sales gimmicks or push to buy something unnecessary. He was helpful with finding the best deal in several ways and saved us a lot of money. I have always had Verizon. I always connect while I see my friends having difficulty with other providers. I found this store much easier to access than Santa Cruz. Parking is simple and there was no waiting. Plenty of help and a friendly atmosphere. Thank You for a great experience.

This is an independent reseller for Verizon. There are some things they cant do like Verizon corporate stores.The people here try very much to earn your business. They will take care of well and can be helpful. They have all my equipment needs taken care of. This is a great location and I am glad they are in town.
I miss radio shack. They had customer service. This new Verizon Store does not. I went in hoping to set up a new account on an older phone and the person there just couldnt be bothered. I even went in a second time a few minutes later to give it one more go, and she was accompanied by another employee who was equally uninterested in helping me in any way whatsoever. I would have likely purchased a new phone if they had seemed even a little customer friendly.
I had questions and Jacob answered them and upgraded my phone and gave me a good promo. He was patient and thoughtful.

Was having difficulty getting my new bank card to pay my bill. Had to get new card because some hacker decided to get and use my bank card to buy tennis equipment from an online store in San Luis Obispo. Long 10 days after I finally got my card. Miriam was so pleasant and helped me immensely getting Verizon bill paid. Thank you
Don’t go to this store! I’ll say it again, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! I’ve been dealing with a fraudulent charge made by Fernando, who works at this store, for MONTHS!!! Here’s what happened: I went to get my broken phone fixed. Was told that to use the insurance it would be $200. I didn’t have that. (I’m a single mom with low income.) He said I could just switch it out for a new phone for a $15 charge. I was fine with that. Everything seemed good. Few days later I had a mysterious $371.35 charge on my bank account. I went back into the store to talk to Fernando about it. He acted like we had a understanding and I knew about the charge. I didn’t. I never signed anything was never told it would cost me $371.35. Totally swindled me. I called customer service to deal with it. They said it was fraud and instructed me to dispute the charge with my bank. So I did. Then the charge showed up on my bill from Verizon. I called again and again and again and again and had it “taken care of” but yet, it’s still on my account. (This isn’t even the entire story. I can’t even put it all into words their is so much) Its literally a nightmare. Basically, They tell you what you wanna hear and just do whatever they want. It’s still a huge problem that hasn’t been resolved. I’m beyond upset with Verizon and Fernando!!! I’m ready to take this to small claims court. I would drop Verizon all together but it’s the only carrier that gets service at my house. This is the most annoying issue and I can’t get it fixed!! DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Ive been a loyal customer under contract for years. I proved to the customer service representative that I had a phone defect, in which he agreed, and yet I was told there was nothing I could do but buyout my contract or purchase a new line. This in unprofessional and honestly lazy on their end. Ive been paying insurance premiums and at the very least the amount of money Ive paid towards insurance premiums for equipment replacement could have been applied towards a buyout, for example. There was no effort in providing ke different options. I understand Verizon, being a big company, has policies and procedures to follow but exceptions should at least be attempted to be made towards loyal customers who had no say in if their phone is or is not functioning the way it was designed to. Why is the customer required to pay out of pocket for something out of my control? This is uncalled for. I had better faith in Verizon and Im disappointed. Maybe it was this particular store - I will ask a few other stores to find out. But this store had no alternative solutions for the problem I simply inherited. They are practically an advocate for customers and act as a liaison between their customer and the Samsung manufacturer. I do not feel like every solution was put on the table for me and Im disappointed.

This place is terrible! For a year they charge me an extra five dollars for paying in cash, so they rectified that issue with an even bigger problem. Now they dont except card... at all. This is 2019 we are talking about. Why do they make it so hard to give them money?
