Ive been going to this Radio Shack since the 1980s and its changed a lot but it still has good products and the customer service is top notch
The two most rude kids were working. I tried to buy a modem power cable. the two kids finally took time to stop texting people on their phones to ask if i needed help. He just pointed me to a wall. When I told him i didnt know the exact model number, they just laughed at each other like i was a retard then told me that if i didnt know what i was exactly was looking for then i should just go shop somewhere else.
Never been a fan of RadioShack typically low-level expertise and high-level prices
The manager of this store needs to retire or be retrained in customer service. I brought in a defective pair of headphones which I had purchased within 90 days (manufacturers warranty period) and he angrily told me to never shop there again.
