My truck would not start. After getting a jump, drove it to Nebraskaland Tire in Scottsbluff. It was a Saturday, 2:30pm and they did a quick diagnostic on the battery and alternator. Everything checked out okay and they found an unrelated code for me to take care of.The issue is related to my anti theft system.I am a Full Time RV Traveler and pull a 30 5th wheel. It was imperative to get on the road, which Nebraskaland Tire accomplished.If you are a resident of Scottsbluff or just passing through. Nebraskaland is where to go.

The guys always get the work done efficiently and I appreciate that Aaron knows who I am when I come in.I am very pleased with the tires I purchased today, replacing the same tires I purchased at this same location in December, 2017. We put 50,000 miles on the old ones and i am confident we will be able to do the same with this set.

Fantastic service. A few years ago they replaced the entire AC system on one of our vehicles and recently we noticed there was no cold air blowing. We made an appointment, the refrigerant was a little low; they evacuated and recharged the system...and didnt charge us a single penny.Highly recommend.

Needed an oil change so called to see when theyd have an opening. They worked me in the same day & kept in contact with me as to any other repairs that may be needed & when itd be done. Everyone was very professional & prices are reasonable.

Had a radiator hose burst on our RV. Tow truck got us to Nebraskaland after they closed but they had given tow truck driver instructions where to park us. At 7:30 AM in the morning they started repairs and we were on the road by 11AM. Very happy customer.

Took truck in to get alignment after waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment just for them to make up a reason why it would be a waste of time. The problem they speak of could have been fixed by me later and brought back after the apparently 2 week waiting period to get an appointment. The new parts is why it needed realigned. It was unethical of them to leave my truck dangerously out of line if they wanna talk about ethics waste your time and money elswhere.

Great service, will go there again

Everything was wonderful. From the customer service at 8 am until I left a little bit later after having my oil changed, fluid checked and the air on my f150 filled up. The only issue is 30 minutes later my check engine light came on. Heading back today to see if they accidentally jiggled something or whats going on.

Thank you to James for making sure I am satisfied with my tire purchase. The service was was completed in half the promised time. When I expressed some doubt about the possible longevity of the tires installed, he adjusted the price downwards and made sure I was happy. Rotations are free for the life of the tires, which is a big bonus. This was my first experience with this location, and I am sure I will return.

I came in to get two tires put on the front of my truck they told me that they would start in 30 minutes I came back and hour and a half later and they had not even touched my truck yet, I will never take these guys my business ever again. they didnt even have the courtesy to call and tell me that it would be a little later than They expected. call for other tire shops in town and every single one of them said bring your truck over will have it done in 20 minutes and thats what I did very happy that I went elsewhere

Real good and service is great

They sell tires and do a professional job putting them on. They also did suspension work on my Sentra which has been good so far.

The store manager, Lanny, has very bad customer service, especially if you are a woman. I had an appointment to get new tires put on, which I had ordered the week before, took my vehicle, sat for over two hours to get the new tires put on, only to find out they had put tires on that I had not ordered. Lanny stated they had no way to get ahold of me, even though I was sitting at the store the entire time. When I asked him to explain why he put a different brand of tire on without asking me, he could not give my an answer. But he was very rude to me. And even though I had requested an alignment, they did not do that either, said I had never mentioned it, which I did.

I have purchased tires here three times. I have received Curtis, friendly assistance every time. Fair price. I will come back again.

Id leave no stars if it was a option. I bought a new set of Goodyear tires which they only had 3 in the size I needed, so they gave me one that was comparable to get me through the weekend. Monday rolls around and my mom runs it in to get the 4th matching tire. The guy told her they had it, put it on the lift, changes nothing, tells her its done and sends her on her way! At no point did they tell her anything other than its done. Beyond pissed and not impressed with the stupidity! I wont go back and I damn sure dont recommend them!

Not happy. They quoted us a price for two used tires and then when we got down there they said they didnt want to sell us two used tires cause they didnt want to break up the set of four

They take forEVER to do anything. I have had multiple tire patches done here. Every time, they say they will call when finished. I never got a call. This last time, it was supposed to take 30 to 45 minutes per the cashier. 4 HOURS later, we are still waiting on a single tire patch. Go somewhere else if you value your time.
