They sold us a used TV that was cracked by the first buyer. We drove it home all the way to Alliance (an hour away) only to discover that the reason the first buyer returned it was NOT because it wouldnt fit in their space like we were told. It was, in fact, because they had dropped it. They mustve lied to Target when they returned it for a refund. So, we packed the TV back up and drove it all the way back to Target. We were offered no sympathy for the trouble whatsoever. Instead, they actually made us pay the difference for another TV.

The store associates are friendly and willing to help and if you need help there are plenty of well placed red posts to press the button for help is the most important reason that I would recommend others to shop at our Target.

Target usually carries the basic things Im looking for and the cost is good. Id recommend it if asked.

I have always loved our Target but they recently moved the maternity section from where it used to be. Before, it was easily accessible from the isle and its own section but now it is located behind the plus size clothing. I am not saying there is anything wrong with plus sizes, but when a woman in pregnant, the last thing we want to do is have to walk through the plus size section to get to the only clothes that fit us. It has also been decreased in size with much less to offer which makes it difficult to find anything that we will like.

I feel like I go here way too often. Smaller than Target stores in larger cities but pretty decent for our area. Decent selection in each department. You can almost always count on some good stuff on clearance that you may be into. I do recommend checking the Cartwheel app before going to possibly save some big bucks.A remodel has been done as of early 2017. A Starbucks is now located inside the Target. Parking is good and store is well run. Service by employees is okay to good.

Nice and clean. Never really crowded. You dont see pajama people which is a huge bonus.

This Target is clean and organized. I never leave unsatisfied and for all those coffee lovers, a Starbucks when you walk in. Adequate customer service. The only problem is it is not a Super Target so you can hardly get away from other grocery stores in the area.Bathrooms? Yes

I ordered my item online and wasnt able to pick it up the same day as I live 60 miles away. I called to say Id be in the next day for pickup and they said it was not a problem. The employee that retrieved my order and checked me out was very thorough and courteous.

Customer service

While your Customer Service Desk personnel were polite, courteous and helpful, the Target Team Associate who reluctantly helped us get a pair of Bose headphone out of the locked cabinet was the polar opposite. My wife and I nearly walked out of your store without spending the $570.84 reflected on the receipt. When customers visit Target and purchase something that sale drives revenue, revenue pays for a lot of things--including staff. Quite honestly, that associate should have been fired. She was rude and very disrespectful. The Bose headphones were a 60th Birthday present that my wife purchased for me and, quite frankly, we simply should have bought them online and avoided the 110-mile round trip from Alliance Nebraska to your Scottsbluff Nebraska store. Her and I simply could not keep from talking about that associate. Please take immediate measures to reinforce to your staff that without customers they would not have a job. We simply could have purchased online, or, more importantly, we could have spent the nearly $600 at your nearest competitor.

Enjoy shopping here. Slightly smaller store but large baby department and Starbucks. Helpful staff great with returns and exchanges. Besides not being able to locate produce there so far, the primary minor annoyance is how quiet the store is without background music! Will keep shopping here though.

Local Scottsbluff store is always friendly and professional. They keep it very clean and well stocked. I recommend Target all of the time.

I love this target. Great selection on home decor and kitchen supplies. Very calming environment, kind and helpful staff. And returns are quick and simple! I would come here any day over Walmart. A+!!

We were helped by an very nice lady in getting a $50 gift card. She went out of her way in helping us.

OK we took a trip to target to get some Arrowhead Water, best price in town, anyway, I ran across some snacks named Hippeas, they are made of Chickpeas and other healthy flours.They were delicious and way lower carbs than standard chips.We give them a 11 out of 10.Thank you Taget for buying healthy alternatives for health conscious shoppers.Dj Dr Wattz

Our new tv was easy to order on line and pickup at the store. Tough living in a little town 60 miles from any real shopping especially on Sunday, to buy a TV. Looked on line before church found the TV, and drove the 60 miles after church and the TV was waiting at customer service and a few steps and it was loaded in my vehicle by a Target employee!

I called to check on an item I had on hold as I didnt get it picked up right away other things came up. I called and Spencer Couse at the scottsbluff store went above and beyond by tracking it down and calling me so I could go get it. Living an hour away customer service like this is amazing! What a very nice gentleman. Happy holidays!

I was able to get what I wanted and get out quickly.

Starbucks at this location consistantly overcharges me for drinks. A venti wh mocha was 7.88 as opposed to 5.50 at safeway. I think its new trainee errors as i ask for whole milk but still... tired of the cost of living and taxation in this area. Cost of living too high here at least Denver has a way to make money..

Advertising false for $10 gift card. It said you had to buy 3 home cleaners, no brand was stated on the sticker on the shelf. I bought 3 home cleaners and went to check out and she told me it wasn’t for those. The sticker was falsely advertised.
