I order 2 medium caramel frappes is the morning they taste like milk with no caramel yet they a lot of time to serve to us! I will not recommend going in the morning

This is a fun and inexpensive place to get a drink or snack. I would pass on the coffee, but thats no reason to skip a stop because there are plenty of other goodies. The snow cones are awesome and very inexpensive. The limeades and real fruit smoothie are also great. But the best item on the menu is there scones. Even if its the end of the day, its worth asking if they have any left.

Fast service, quality products, slightly expensive.

Very cheap and you get a lot for your dollar but most of all great tasting treats (They mostly serve slushies). Service is always above average although one thing I do not recommend is the ice cream only because when I eat Jax ice cream I get sick but dont just take my word for it give it a go!

My husband and son went in around four pm and the girl that took their order was very rude to my husband and son. She got rude with my son cause he had an ice cream cone and then she got rude with my husband took his money slammed his change on the counter and slammed the register shut I’m sorry but iWork in fast food and people like that should not be working in fast places we not sure of her name but she had black hair and it was her working a male and another female we almost took our business elsewhere.

My first visit to Jax in maybe two years, but it went well timely and in product quality. They also replaced a small shaved ice, which fell out of my cup carrier that was weighted down by two heavier, medium shaved ices. Kudos to a busy afternoon staff!Heres the cherry spill -- kind of eerily resembled a crime scene once the cherry ice melted?

This place takes forever. There were three people working and it took 10 minutes to get one drink out. Then started closing at 9 when they close at 10. Customer service is terrible. They did not repeat my order to make sure it was indeed mine and did not count back the change to make sure it was the correct amount. Would give zero stars if possible.
