Friendly staff, always super helpful, great atmosphere... good selection and some good finds... one of my favorite stores to go to.

Fantastic environment. Staff is superb and some of the nicest in ANY store Ive ever gone too. Helpful and always asking if you have anything youre looking for. Huge selection of gaming/geeky collectables and games of course. Used games and new games/accessories. Can find some great deals and have consistent weekly discounts on certain items. Trades are taken for newer games/systems. Smaller store with good location/parking. If youre a gamer or shopping for one definitely recommended.

Cool gamestop! Had a very large variety of gaming stuff in comparison to others Ive been to. One thing that stuck out was the rack of used DS games. Not only were the prices for these low, there were very good titles! Only thing I didnt enjoy was the gamestop radio thing. Its just a little too nerdy for me Id rather just hear regular music

I really like the trade in system they have, good price for used controller and games. And low prices on other things.

Its a good shop that good quality games and the prices are what the factory would set them for

Called and asked if I could return a PlayStation plus card that was 70$ and was told that I would be able to and was bluntly lied to about it. Bad costumer service. All happened within a days worth

Don’t bother ordering anything from them. If it doesn’t show up they just take your $300. And refuse to answer their phones for 4 plus hours. When they do answer they tell you then can’t help you. They lost our business forever. The Scottsbluff Store clerk told us to order online. Fine and dandy, but got screwed.

False advertisement concerning ways of payment, and denied any other attempt at payment. We waited for around 45 minutes while staff “figured out” the problem and we were still turned down. Overall poor service and quality.

No next gen systems and peripherals are limited.

Very very helpful store. I had been searching for a game for my younger brother for a long time and had almost given up when Walmart and Target were both out of stock. GameStop had the game I was looking for and at the same price as Walmart and Target. Will definitely be coming back!

I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is into funko pops and video games. They provide excellent customer service and provide a plethora of choices for video games, game systems, and funko pops. They also lots more to check out as well. I love this place!!

I live a hour & 45 minutes away from gamestop so when I get a defective product its hard for me to just go back to the store to exchange my purchase. I purchased two games without looking at the discs because I have shopped at many different gamestop locations & everyone of them have always look/tested the products before buying/selling me products so I wasnt paying attention partly my fault but to get two defective games is ridiculous. I called them as soon as I put the game into my console & unreadable disc popped up he replied with some items get passed us I understand that but to have two games in the same transaction it bs he clearly didnt look at the discs to make sure they were good. Hands down the worst gamestop I have been to I will not be going back.

Staff is cool and willing to help, always greeting you as you walk in. The prices set by corporate tend to be a bit much when it comes to trade in values can be annoying when you see the difference in what they give you vs what they charge for the used copy to others, not something the staff can change.
