The mechanics are very skilled and get our boat engines repaired much faster than anywhere else weve been! The service manager is always honest and communicates well to keep us on the water! My first ever review, can’t help but feel compelled to share my experience with Premier Powersports in order to assist you in your decision making process when dealing with this company.My experience:BLUF: Owner promotes a “money hungry” attitude1. Valid Estimates are nonexistent or just not given2. When Invoice is issued, prepare to be shocked3. Service manager never calls you back to reschedule appointments4. Two failed attempts at repairing fuel gauge5. Owner-didn’t want to fix the fuel gauge, basically wanted me to PAY and go away6. Owner sent me a letter stating I would be turned into collections if I didn’t pay my invoice, which the standard seems to be $325-$350, even for items not repaired (waited a month for Dale to call and schedule, never called). I have a credit score over 800 and yes I was offended!***Dawson will get my business in the future.Best of Luck!

Me and my husband came to get his boat serviced and the guy there was absolutely horrible and acted like he didn’t want or need our business. We had driven by several times and had thought about buying a new boat from them but after the way we were treated we will not be back. Poor service not worth driving to.
