Very helpful, friendly interaction. No high pressure sales tactics at all. I’m not tech savvy and Preston took his time with me, got my new phone set up and data transferred over so I wouldn’t have to struggle with it myself. Great experience all around.

Stopped and got the we cant help you because we arent a (corporate) Verizon after waiting 20 minutes to be helped. Better off going to different store that can handle verizon based needs. Also charges additional fee to purchase a phone for same reason. Not a Corporate Verizon

The wait wasn’t long with two other people in front of me. Had a screen protector replaced. The retailer was very nice and had good conversation about different apple products. Definitely was pleased with my visit.

I walked in this location to pay a bill since 2016. I was surprised at all the changes made from what it looks to be a remodel and amazing staff. Young man by the name of Zane was in training but you couldnt tell until he ran into a little road block. Manager was right there and walked him on how to get past it. I was important enough for both representatives to ask if they earned my business. This was the very best experience Ive received in any store with a Verizon sign.

Sold me a tablet with an upgraded phone. Said it was this super awesome renewal deal with phone re-ups. Did not tell me it was an additional phone line + monthly fee. Told me the HUM device was a one time charge. NEVER told me it was ALSO an additional line and monthly charge. Went in with two phone lines.. month later get a huge bill and suddenly I have 4 phone lines. No one bothered to breath a word. Its not that this place will tell you anything to make a sale. Oh no no no.. its what they DONT tell you. Buyer beware. They do not sell with integrity, and they are not forthright with what is attached to their special offers. Its truly gross.I couldnt get anything resolved with Verizon Wireless online concerning this either. Left me on infinite chat-hold. I feel stuck with this bill and conned by this company from start to finish.

This has been my Verizon since day 1.. my first experience was good with Joy. My second purchase was today with Zane and Nora. Nora you are incredible and dont allow anyone to tell you different. You handled what most people wouldve thrown out of throw store with much grace and respect. Zane, you have a excellent teacher. Thank you!

The manager of the store to my surprise stopped to offer her assistance to the sales lady that was helping me and asked if I had any questions that she could answer, with a SMILE! You wont find the service iwas provided at any other location. I walked out feeling like my business meant something. Thank you for all off the attention and time spent helping me.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Ive never walked into a Verizon store where the manager opens doors for people walking in with a smile and the sales agent walks you out and hold the door open. They listened and they cared enough to spend as much time as they needed to take care of me.

This place has the worst customer service. The lady that was working there was so rude. I waited forever to be helped and when the lady was free to help me, she just sat there and never offered to help. I finally asked her if she was able to help or if I had to wait on the guy to help me. She was rude and made a response that she could help me if the guy wasn’t already helping me. Seriously!!?? She was rude and did not want to help and I ended up walking out. Do not waste your time here.

Walked in, was not greeted, the one person working was helping a customer but a basic greeting or Ill be with you soon is not asking to much. We waited 10 mins.still no acknowledgement from the sales clerk. We were wanting to get new service for a family. Hopefully the Fort Payne store is better, I dont understand why bussiness owners leave there business with people who dont care. Way to go

Verizon is way too high straight talk is only $45.00 a month and it picks up better. I was gonna try to stay with Verizon but it was gonna be $80.00 a month just for my phone that is already paid for.

My brother and I went to Scottsboro Verizon because the manager that used to be in Arab was transferred there. We bought 2 iPhones X and a watch. She made sure we had everything I needed to keep me from breaking it. I play football and she knew what would keep my phone safe not like the other Verizon stores we used to go to. Thank you Mrs. Nora for helping us and for making our visit fun and for really caring about what we need not whatever to make a sale. We will follow you wherever you are at.

Very nice people, but not always the most knowledgeable. Went for a black Friday deal and was told monthly payments would be one price, they are more. Nothing I could do about it so I ate my losses. Its a hassle to drive to another store but I think it would be worth it.

Worst experience at any Verizon affiliated store. The employee that was working was rude, unhelpful, and just an overall disappointment. I will not be back to the Scottsboro location for any future purchases. If anyone asks about the location, I will very strongly urge them shop elsewhere.

Scottsboro Verizon has the most RUDE people working and representing them. After trying to activate my new phone myself and figuring out I didnt have a sim card in it, I went to verizon to get them to help me, they sat and didnt acknowledge I was there for some time,then I decided to sit to wait on them and they both got up and went to the back of the store for a while then one comes out and asked what I needed, I told her I was trying to activate a new phone and she asked for the sim card, then I told her I didnt have one she rudely said well you have to have one and they are 30 dollars, I told her they were free on line and she said not here, so I said I would order it myself and walked out.I hope no one has to deal with them, go online they are much more helpful. they are also charging 30 dollars for sim cards and verizon says they are free, so they may be scamming and pocketing the money, for anyone who doesnt know they are free.got my free one coming in the mail.the online person said they should have handed me a sim card or helped me put it in, no charge.I hope you share this until it gets back to them and they are embarrassed by their behavior, Scottsboro is a small city.

Best service ever! There is always smiling faceses, and great service when I vist the atore, Nora is always quick to help someone, and she is wonderful at her job, that she does fantastic at it. Shes always going above and beyond for the customers

I never take the time to complete reviews to places I visit unless my experience is bad. I Stopped at this Verizon store because I lost all service and thought there was something wrong with my phone. I dreaded walking into this store or any other Verizon store because if you arent there to buy they dont want to see you let alone help you. 1. When I walked in there was a girl who was opening the door at the same time so as a gentleman I helped her hold the door open so she could walk out not realizing she was holding it open for me.2. The other 2 girls there did everything they could to figure out why I lost service and had to ask the girl that open the door if she could take a look at it and she got it working.3. The girl who took over my service issue cleaned my phone and plugged it to charge while I waited.4. Instead of giving me a business card she downloaded it to my phone so I wouldnt lose it.5. She told me about the new Verizon smart car program and gave me a all the information I needed to show my wife. I will be coming back to get one on my wifes car.6. She told me I may get a survey from Verizon customer service to rate her and my experience that day but its been 3 weeks and I havent received anything from them which leads back to the beginning. Im leaving this review with the hope that someone in Verizon reads it.7. To my surprise the girl that opened the door and walked me out after fixing my problem was the manager of the store.They earned 20 if someone reads this in upper management I hope all 3 ladies get the highest score possible.Thank you for listening

Very unprofessional!!! Went in to pay a bill and the gentlemen ignores my questions about my previous problems with my account. He argued with me about giving me a receipt! Then while this was happening the manager and a few other employees were cursing and complaining about another review about the store. Also making threats about hunting the person down and other things about who made the review. They dont even deserve a star! Will not be coming back! Ill make a trip to another area willingly. This is pathetic. And very childish workers! And the manager never said a thing about the behavior of her employees. She should be ashamed of herself! Pathetic workers and everything!!

Terrible experience with these people... Very upset we got ripped off and lost 140+ in money.. They tried to say we was lying about our phones not picking up where we live. When we walking in the second time after driving 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back because they claimed we needed to just try other options and we did and it didnt work the women said o the girls are back like we was ten years old.. No respect nor kindness to there customers.

I had a terrible experience about two years ago. I went to pay my bill after telling the manager at the time I would never come back. To my surprise a new crew was put in and the manager of the store cared enough to say to give her the opportunity to earn my business back. Theres no other Version store I would go to unless Im out of state.

Stopped in to get help transferring my exsisting number to another phone and the two young boys working refused to assist me. They told me to go online or call the 800 number. I called the number and spent 25 mins on hold for STRAIGHT TALK! Also when I left the Verizon store, one of the workers danced around in the store while I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out how to change my number. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
