Albert did a great job touching up a large scratch on my car. He explained my options of doing a simple touch up or complete repair and the cost associated. He was extremely professional, followed up with me in a timely manor and on time.

When parking, my son accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake, running into a brick wall and both scratching and denting the front bumper of the car. Other scratch service wouldnt even give us a quote, the repair being outside the scope of their services. Al from The Touch Up Team didnt even bat an eye. He researched options for us and came up with an affordable option that cost about the same as our deductible. His crew ordered and painted a new car bumper, plus necessary parts needed for install. They came out to install it, and it took a matter of hours. Rather than thousands of $$ and many days of the car sitting at the repair shop, we were able to continue using our car while waiting for the parts to come in. Then, it was a matter of hours AT OUR HOME for the install. And, it looks almost brand new. This is not the first time Ive used the service, and Im happy with the work AND the price.

Quick, professional service! I needed my hood repainted to fix a botched touch up job. I was able to coordinate and get a quote over email and schedule a convenient time for drop-off. Drop-off was easy (in/out in 5minutes). The work was done quickly and looks awesome. Pick-up was just as easy - in and out including payment took less than 10 minutes.

Called in asked for some info to get my fairings touched up on my bike. Was told to send some pictures, I sent them in 10 minutes when I told them Id have a chance. Not only did I send the ones of my bike but I figured my car as well. Called after no response, get an automated text saying I am driving etc... texted again to get a response and no response. Called 3 times since 2 go to voicemail to leave a message once I get hung up on.

I highly recommend The Touch Up Team! I accidentally scuffed the paint in 2 places on my car after I brushed up against some concrete. I asked a handful of businesses on Yelp for a quote along with some photos of the damage and was quoted as high as $2,000! - And, was told it could even be more after it was seen in person! Also, a couple places said they needed to keep my car overnight, possibly longer. After researching many 5 star repair shops I decided to have The Touch Up Team repair my car and Im so happy I did!The Touch up Team charged exactly what they quoted me on Yelp - which was only $450! Also, I had my car back in fantastic like new condition in less than 7 hours! To be honest, the price was only a small part of the reason I decided to have them do the work. Im a firm believer that in Most cases, you get what you pay for. But after researching The Touch Up Team I felt very confident that this business is the best! My decision to hire these guys was mostly based on the type of character and morale that the owner and his team have. Albert and his team are top notch. I needed repairs/paint on both front and back bumper plus a dent on the lip of my hood. He fixed all three areas and I now have what looks like a brand new car, free of dents (due to the carelessness of other drivers) and chips at a very reasonable fee. Thanks Albert!

They did a really good job with my 2019 Qx80 Infiniti. I had some bumper damages and door scratches and they did an excellent job in matching the color and they ensured it was blended to match perfect. I will definitely be going to them again since I have a black SUV that will always need work.

I learned of the business from a co-worker; from the time I reached out to Albert to the time the project was complete the entire process was painless and his work is simply amazing. I called AAA but the wait was 60 min.I walked to to his shop and he immediately brought the car to his shop and replaced the tire for me.The estimate for the scratch on my car was very reasonable. I received an estimate from Albert for removal of some scuffing which resulted from another vehicle scraping my vehicle in a parking lot. I had also asked that some stone chips in the pain be repaired. The estimate ws $200.Isaiah came to the house and said he could improve the look where the other vehicle left paint on the car, and could also touch up a few areas over the wheel well, and the rock chipping nearby. Isaiah was very professional and methodical and protected the wheel and garage floor with covers.I have to say I was concerned that the buffer used was a rotary tool rather than a random orbital device. The former is more likely to leave swirl marks on the paint surface. The day was rainy, and I offered a halogen work lamp to assist his work. Isaiah was cautious. At completion, he stated that should any marks be visible in sunlight, to call and he would return and work them out. The process did leave some marks, visible only on close examination in sunlight. I plan to wait until the weather provides more sunlight to see if in my judgment it is evident enough to merit a return call.Overall, I would say that the repair looks great.

Worst business ever Ive ever dealt with in the United States. Avoids and ignores customers who contact them, says theyll contact back and never do. After over a month of trying to get a simple job done, they still can not come through with their word of even planning a date for repair. But they sure as hell wanted money upfront without doing anything! We do not feel this business is legit.

Damages have been done to my bumper last month. Bumper paint was scratahed on multiple spots, but without any dents. Bumper repair man referred me to the touch up team Albert. I wanted his team to touch up not only the bumper, but also Other areas of my car. There have been some uninvited people tried to get into my car through the door seal, leaving many ugly scratches. He and another gentleman spent about 7 hours to restore the paint at my place. After all I was impressed with their amazing work! I could not tell which were previously scratched spots. During the process the decal was damaged so extra fee was added. I was not happy with that. But it was understandable After learning that a decal costs between $80 to $140. Albert and his guy had to come 2 more times to complete the job. He was meticulous and always on time. He is not a sales person type who talk a lot to sell. He is rather a quite guy who works. Yes. I will definitely hire him again if I need car paint touch up in the future.

I deeply scratched my Honda Civic pulling into my small garage. As I am new to the area I wasnt sure where to go to get my car fixed. After reading a lot of reviews on Yelp and Google. I narrowed it down to three places. Touch Up Team was the cheapest, and I liked that this is a family owned business. I initially texted with Albert and we set up a date for him to come to my apartment complex to perform the work needed. His son, Isaiah, came to do the work and I was a little worried, as he looked so young. He was here about five hours and worked hard. He did an excellent job and you would never know my car was repaired. I would definitely use this business again. I highly recommend them!

We do not have personal experience with this business, but saw a Channel 3 TV story in which they voluntarily put a womans SUV back after she was taken by a body repair scam artist.
