Due to the pandemic, my car sat in my garage for over a year. The Pinnacle Nissan Service team made the needed repairs so my vehicle could pass the AZ emissions tests. My registration had expired back in Aug 2020 so I needed to get a 3-day temp registration, which the team also helped me print while the repairs were being worked. Great folks to work with and very friendly, professional.

Wow! Is all I can say! Billie F was amazing and so was his staff. From the moment I walked in the door to drop off my car to when I picked it up the service was top notch. Billie made me feel comfortable and confident that he was going to take car off me. Everyone had a can do attitude with let me see what I can do, I’ll check it to this for you, never a no. The team was communicative and kept me updated with my car and took a point to get to know me. The day I picked up my car, Billie ensured me he would take care of me and my car the next time I came in and I will definitely come back for service. This team is incredible!

Drop my car off for routine maintenance. And I waited. They had me in-and-out really fast. The staff was super friendly, and the waiting area if waiting area had many nice amenities. Including free drinks snacks and access to power ports 4 phones or laptops. Overall a great experience

I Had a fantastic experience taking my Armada in for a check and regular maintenance. It was my first time at Pinnacle Nissan and I was impressed with their competence and customer service. Blake noticed and replaced whatever was needed. He was straight forward and great at keeping me updated. There were no surprise charges. After having 16 years of infinity (with automatic loaner cars, and the little extra little cuties) I have been pleasantly impressed with Pinnacle Nissan and the quality customer service Blake provided. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

He didnt pressure us when we needed to go home and discuss with my husband. They did an amazing job!!! Very informative, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. We had just moved here and the AC on my SUV wasn’t working along with a few other tune ups. They were able to get it fixed and helped with a rental car while they worked on it. I will definitely be going to them for everything from an oil change to a major repair (but hopefully I won’t need to!!)

When we made an appointment to see a vehicle that we liked, the dealer didnt notify us there is another customer who already made an offer.While the young guy at the dealership entertained us with small talk for more than our pretending the paperwork was already in process, his manager sold a vehicle meantime to the competitor buyer for higher price.I wish I knew that I was in auction situation before bidding for that car. So, definitely I would opt out by not visiting that businessWhat a shame for such poor business with their customers!Also 9.99% APR financing for a customer with credit score over 800 seems to be a little too much

I’m not really happy with the truck it’ll a few things I do not like about it and this will be my last Nissan product that I will ever buy. The radio sounds like it came out of Walmart Bargain department. When somebody spends $40,000 for a truck could you get a decent stereo system. and at the price of $40,000 you should get runningboards for the truckWhen you open the hood could you wiggle the front of the hood up and down the hinges look like they’re ready to break off of the truck. The steering is extremely stiff with a very hard ride. I’ve been by Nissans and Datsun’s all the way back starting from 1972.At this point I’m done with Nissans Nissan does not push their dealerships to respect their customers or customer says they do not want something extra added to the documentation that’s the way it should stay. As far as the Nissan truck I’ve been building the 2005 all the way to 2021 they left a Nissan truck buyers under the bus waiting so long for a new model. Then you get depressed after you get the new one.I’m going to ride to Rip Off Report about the new Nissan truck on ripoffreport.com. Personally I feel I’ve been ripped off $40,000 and bought a truck that’s substandard compared to what it should be. I will probably put it on that website and it will never be taken down.

The initial experience getting the price of the vehicle to the amount we agreed on was almost to the point. But the when we went into the finance office, our experience went down hill. When we first signed the paperwork, we were told our interest rate would be 4.09% with a bank that would accept my wife being the primary buyer because she didnt have a drivers license. My wife had the better FICO score than I did and I would be the co-buyer. So, we figured no problem lets do it and we signed. We were told the name of the bank and I added their information to our auto insurance policy. A few days later I received a text from a different finance person than the first guy we signed with to come in and resign again because they were able to get a final approval. What he did not tell me before we came in, our interest rate went up more than 2 percent! Plus I had saw that we were sold a warranty service contract for 3200.00 dollars without it being disclosed! So we had them remove it. After we arrived at the dealership, we had a couple of people ask us if we needed help and asked for the finance person who had asked us to come in. Myself, my wife and 7yr old child had waited for 2 hours before we could sign the paperwork! The finance guy did not seem to be bothered that the rate changed than what was promised causing our payment to be increased. Even though the service contract was removed, this caused us to have an overall sour experience. This was my wifes first new vehicle purchase experience. I wanted it to be a beautiful experience for her. But we now have our Nissan Titan truck and love it. We just didnt get the treatment that we expected.

I recently bought a car from Clay and he was incredible. He was very patient in explaining financing options and let us drive several cars. I can’t say enough about the team at Pinnacle including Ethan who went out of his way to print out crosswords and math problems for my youngest to keep her busy. (He went so far as to do so the math problems with her LOL) It’s the first time I’ve bought a car where I didn’t feel pressured and felt like I made a truly informed decision. Sam, in finance was very patient with my daughter in explaining how credit works and gave her great tips for helping her to build credit. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend the team at Pinnacle!

Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. Bought a vehicle from them last year which was a terrible experience. They only gave me one key for the car- told me I can pay $400+ if I wanted an additional key, let me leave and drive 2 hours home without giving me the floor mats for the car, and than it took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to mail them to me, held my money for an overpayment on my trade in payoff for weeks until I called multiple people and departments to get it back (over $1200). They also sold me Zaktek protection which they insisted covered my tint (also a lie) that I just found out yesterday actually is not covered under that. Was about to drive down tomorrow two hours to get work done to my car by their service department. When calling to confirm the appointment that had been set up for 2+ weeks and discussed everything that needed to be done they let me know they had no one there to work on my tint that is bubbling due to their poor prep and installation job and that the recall that is on my car they also will not do. Told me to take off work and drive down a day during the week if I wanted to get it fixed. They also will not reimburse me for the Zaktek protection that I purchased even though their salesman and slimy sales Director Ricardo lied to me and told me it would protect the tint. Take my word for it save your money and go elsewhere this place is an absolute joke. Disgusted with Nissan at this point and this entire buying and service experience. This one star review is beyond generous, if it had the option I’d be giving them negative stars at this point

BEWARE OF PINNACLE NISSAN. We just had the WORST dealership experience of my life. I wish I could give them zero stars. Listen to this story...We went to purchase a truck yesterday 9/30. It was getting later in the afternoon, the paperwork was taking forever, and we had to pick our kids up. We put a downpayment and were to come back today to finish signing the paperwork and take the truck home. The truck had a lockable back cover on the bed last night when we put money down. When we came back the next day it was gone. Let it be known the truck was pictured AND advertised as coming with it. When we inquired its whereabouts we were told the previous owner wanted the cover and came back and removed it (does this sound fishy to anyone?)Okay - fine, we were still willing to buy the truck if they put a new one on. The salesman went to get the manager to explain the situation. The manager Ricardo, sat down, told us the truck actually did NOT come with the bedcover. We told him that we did want not the truck if it did not come with it AS ADVERTISED AND SHOWN TO US THE NIGHT BEFORE.He verbatim said, okay perfect. No problem and proceeded to get up and walk away.I will never ever set foot in that place again. I am also contacting corporate to tell them this story.

I couldnt have asked for a better car purchase experience! On the morning of my test drive appointment, I received a personalized video from Dillon introducing himself and showing off my new Nissan Altima and all of the features. When I arrived at my evening appointment with my two kids in tow,Addy (my saleswoman) helped me wrangle them into the car; they tagged along with me so I could ensure the car seat would fit and there was ample legroom for my oldest. Addy did an excellent job showing me all of the various features of the vehicle during the test drive. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. Working with the entire team was great, I was in and out in less than 4 hours. I hope I dont have to purchase another vehicle any time soon, but should I need to...Pinnacle Nissan will be my first stop.

I needed to get an oil change and this location was the only one that was available at the time. I arrived and they got to me quickly. As my Rogue was in for service I walked the lot to just look at cars. Two associates came out and they wanted to sell me a car. However, my credit and such are not good due to me losing a high paying gig in 2020. They didnt try to turn their noses up and understood what was going on. So, we just chatted more and if and when I am ready to get another Nissan I will really consider going to Pinnacle Nissan. Once I got my Rogue back I noticed it was even vacuumed. I have not had that in many dealerships in years. Great job. I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos!

Very worst experience, probably the worst people i have ever seen. Beware of the cheaters, who make you to buy car for a certain price and also on the backend they would loot money from your DMV credit/title refunds. Showing my interest to buy a car is my biggest problem, they formed a team and made every move to convince me and hiked my price and finally we agreed to a deal. In last minute before signing a contract, they included a protection plan which i dont have any idea and got some signs which is indirectly says they would loot any money as credit they want in order to balance the deal. So beware, they will agreed to a deal but they do some background work to bring some more money which will not be part of your contract. Finally they gave only one key for my car, i was told they will handover both the keys. but that is also a lie. Once they sell a car, you will not get any respect if you walk in again for some clarifications. There is a person who takes care of the finance, he is the one who pollutes everyone and cheated me. He tried to sell a 3k bumper to bumper warranty, since i didnt agree he used his skills to hike the APR and added hidden charges. This incident happened in Pinnacle Nissan on September 2021

I seldom write reviews, but this experience was a doozy. Someone should reach out to the owners of Pinnacle and bring them into the 21st century, because this experience was inline with all of the bad stories you hear about car dealerships. To cut to the chase, went to buy a truck yesterday…not a soul in the place, but it still took over 4 hours(and we came in set to buy). As the clock was ticking, I had to leave for a family event, put a down payment down, and came back today. When I went to do a test drive(CPO car getting cleaned night before) a fairly significant piece of the car was missing…the truck bed cover. This was an item I had pointed out earlier to the salesperson as something I liked vs other trucks and it helped solidify my decision. Here is where the fun begins…Everyone is someone else’s manager…one after another they come(here is some advice, slim down a management layer)….finally, Ricardo, the supposed boss of bosses came in and said, that item was not part of the sale, and I understand you are going to walk. I said yes, he said fine, perfect. This is now another 2 hours into the next day. Then another 30min to get my down payment back. Slime to the extreme. I understand that the chip supply chain has these dealerships enjoying their day in the sun, but when that is corrected, back down the extinction path they go….utterly terrible experience.

Avoid if you can.This was my first car purchase and the experience was less than pleasant. When I negotiated with Carlos and Michael on the phone to get the price I wanted, he never told me they were taking away features included in the original deal to lower the price. When we were at the table signing papers, Michael didnt apologize for not sharing this important pricing information and claimed they wouldve mentioned the removed features had we negotiated prices in person.They also tried to push me into higher interest rates despite my good credit (took some work, but I got it to the appropriate number) and Blake spent way to much time trying to sell extended warranties despite my many rejections.Honestly, if you can avoid dealerships right now, do it. These guys at Nissan Pinnacle live up to the slimy dealership stereotype. If they had been upfront about the pricing from the beginning and offered a fair rate my review wouldve been different. It also wouldve been nice to know from the beginning that CPO cars dont include a spare key. Found that out too late.

Samantha and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations and really took care of me they were reasonable on negotiating the price and Ricardo gave me top dollar for my trade-in that no other dealer was willing to match, heck I even went on and purchased a 2021 Escalade for my wife because of how amazing they took care of me I traded in three of my vehicles in total and I know it’s a decision I will never regret, anyone shopping around for high end vehicle or a simple ride I highly recommend reaching out to Ricardo or Samantha . I arrive, and go to check in with my car, my assigned service advisor asks what I’m here for (which is funny as I scheduled an appointment, which I tell him repeatedly before listing off the services I selected). We get all checked in and he proceeds to tell me my car will be ready between 2-4pm (at 8am in the morning) and asks if I will be waiting or I would like a lyft, I ask if there are any rentals available as this is a long time andI have a lot to do on the weekends since I work 8-5 M-F and am informed there are none. I settle for the lyft and inform him that my car had a recall if it could please be checked out while it was in. while waiting I notice there are indeed a good 6 cars just sitting in the rental spots in the parking lot. I go inside and ask the receptionist of the waiting area if they are available and she states they are with service advisor approval. As we are talking about it my Lyft driver arrives and I’m pressed for time so I cannot walk back over to complain to the service advisor. Overall a very bad experience and it isn’t the first one like this to happen at this dealership. I’m just hoping they checked the recall as I had no confirmation if they did or not and the next day got a letter about said recall

All we wanted to do was go in with our pre approved financing with our bank, get to the out the door price that stayed within our budget, add on no other cost, but since you all want to play games and mentally assault us so we give you more money than we can.You all are crooked and how can you all go home at night saying you help families?We work hard to care for our families, stay true to our integrity and we expect the same from those we do business with. Positive - Blake, my service consultant was a great communicator and easy to work with.Negative - I bought my car 7k miles ago as a certified pre-owned. Theres less than 45k miles on it. Since I bought the car heres all the issues Ive had.One month into owning the car and first time using the windshield wipers. They dont work. Windshield wiper motor was out.About a week after that, I go to load something into my backseat (I live alone so no one goes into the backseat). Automatic door locks do not work in rear passenger seat. Pretty sure this was my first time using that door.A month later, several lights come on. Learn the mass air exchange sensor has gone out.Most recent, my front drivers side door locks work intermittently AND the AC does not blow (blower goes out).Ive had more work done to this car in 7 months than my two previous cars combined (I drove both about 200k miles) - also purchased both of those car used.Im frustrated and find it hard to believe anything was checked prior to buying this car except slapping the CPO sticker on it.I dont recommend purchasing a vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan. For the first time Im seriously considering trading in a vehicle that I havent driven for 8-10 years.

I saw an ad selling a pre-owned Maxima (black) on their website. I contacted them and the gave me a ridefrom Gilbert, AZ to pinnacle Nissan dealer. The salesman showed me a burgundy Maxima with smelly cigarette inside the car instead. The showed me another Altima model. I kept telling them I an here to see for that black Maxima for sale on the website. And I showed them my pre-approved loan and $3000 cash which I intended for a deposit - just to show them that I was a serious buyer. It turned out they didnt have the car I want and yet refuse to let me leave the office without buying a car from them or they refuse to give me a ride back home. The worst service Ive ever encountered, especially the A. H. manager at this dealer. Cost em $40 Uber to take me back home. I contacted Nissan head quarter compliance dept the next day.

This is the first time that I brought my car to this dealership when they didnt keep telling me that I needed more done at more expense.When I bought this car, under three years ago, I felt very strongly that they did a bait and switch on me. They wrote down my monthly payment and it wasnt there when I 2as ready to leave. The loan person said he needed it to prepare the loan documents. When I was signing the final papers, days later. The loan person insisted that he had never quoted the amount he had written. It was also very difficult to reach him to make an appointment for the final signing.. I believe that Pinnacle Nissan took advantage.of me because Im a senior. I like.my car and will get another Nissan but not from this dealershipBuyer beware!

Worst experience. Beware of such money minded people who try to extract as much as money on you. These people force you to buy a car for a certain price and also on the backend they would take all your money in the form of DMV credit/title refunds or useless protection plans. Showing off my interest to buy a car was the biggest problem, they formed a team and made every move to convince me, after a long conversation we arrived at a deal. On the minute before signing the contract, they included a protection plan which i dont have any idea and took off any money from DMV title refund as a credit to balance the deal. So beware of such acts, they will showcase as such they agreed to the price but on the background, the finance person would figure out all the possible ways to put up the cost on you. Though my credit history was very good, they gave me a very high APR, i was so disappointed. I didnt back off even after all this, that is big mistake. Wait, disappointments are not over yet, there is one more twist at the end, they gave only one key for the car though i was given an impression like both the keys were there. Once they sell a car, you will not get any respect. I was treated very badly when i went back the next day, to enquire about the title refund. There is a person who takes care of the finance and get your contract signed, he is the one who messed up my buying experience. Infact, he tried hard on me to buy an additional $3k bumper to bumper warranty, and he was little rude while turned him down. He took the liberty of his position to set me with the high APR and also took away from title refund without my knowledge using my acknowledgement on transfer ownership. This incident happened in Pinnacle Nissan on September 2021. I want to give 0 stars to sales mans involved (Mark Smith, Reginald Poindexter, Michael Turcotte, Charles Cashen), finance manager, desk manager and the customer care. I responded to the survey with all my concerns to Anna Algiene, left a voicemail too but no response or sign of action in return. I feel helpless and cornered.

During the sales process, i asked numerous times if the autolock system could be disabled. I was assured throughout the process that it could be disabled. I was even shown how they would do it with the manu. Once I bought the car, they cannot disable the autolocks. I made that a condition of sale from the beginning.Also, check the final sales document before you agree to a deal to ensure anything you didnt actually want/ ordered is included.

It was horrible they had my vehicle for a month. I took my truck in for an oil leak and it took them about two weeks to get parts they needed to perform the repair. By the end of the second week I contacted them to find out if my vehicle would be finished then I was told that they did not have all the necessary parts to complete the repair. They supposedly ordered the remaining parts and it took another two to three weeks for them to get the parts to complete the repair. They had my vehicle a little over a month and never called to keep me updated I constantly had to call and check on the status of my vehicle. This has turned me away from the nissan brand. I will not buy another nissan vehicle.

Great group of guys, not up front when presenting numbers. You don’t need to inflate numbers when working deal. Start out with mid $600 payment and drop to $400 and still at MSRP. ??????. Ask three or four times what I was paying for car and never got a straight answer until I got with Finance. They need to learn to be proud of their product and not to hedge on their price. If they want over NSRP or MSRP just say so and let customer decide on what they want to do.

I was scheduled for an interview with the GM Charlie and showed up, spoke to a nice woman who asked me to fill out another application, but was denied by a different woman at the front desk, rudely if I may say, for an in person interview because I was in jeans, instead of slacks. Nowhere stated a dress code. I was dressed business casual. If it was stated prior to the interview, I would’ve been more than happy to dress appropriately for said interview.Please state these requests prior to an interview so there’s no miscommunication.

Went into the dealership for a routine inspection on my Rogue (purchased), and walked out driving a 2021 Leaf! Did not go there with the idea of doing this but after talking to Chase and taking a test drive, I started to think about leasing this car. I do not get emotional about cars BUT I love this car. Also, it was a very pleasant experience. Very informative. Before making any decision I phoned my insurance company and also my accountant. As you can see, I am not a novice insofar as making deals. I was happy and feel Nissan is happy.

Going there I felt like i was an inconvenience to the staff. First was told for an oil change I would be there for an hour. I was there for almost two. I was told my car would be washed. Then my service advisor told me it was too busy for my car to be washed. He told me “it will only be another 15 minutes and your car will be done.” At this point I was there for an hour and half. Then I saw that my car was taken out and placed in area ready to be released. My assigned service advisor was no where to be found. After 20 minutes more I spoke with another advisor and told them my car was done and I wanted to go. I had to wait another 10 minutes for their manager to basically look at my paper work and just say “you’re good to go.” I did not enjoy my experience as to when I bought my car from you. I was treated like I mattered solely because you were getting a sale. After the sale I feel like your service is now lacking.
