Really great neighborhood coffee shop! Convenient, spacious, great views, indoor and outdoor seating. I get there once or twice a week for meetings. Teens hang out after school, and moms bring their toddlers to the playground outside. Kyle runs the shop and does so with low key attentiveness. Perfect use of space in a church lobby during off hours.

This is a great spot for a really good cup of coffee & to work all day. The area really needed something great like this and it now has it. Great way to get out of the busy Shea/101 mess and ALWAYS has plenty of great seating options w/ portable changers and high/low seating.You won’t be disappointed if you go.

Local operation and friendly service. Not to mention their drinks are great!We stopped in on our bikes and were greeted with a friendly face and opened door. We were allowed to bring our road bikes inside and cool off for a bit.Will definitely be back!

A fantastic local coffee shop in a great location! There is absolutely nowhere to go and hangout in between Scottsdale and Fountain Hills...until now! District serves awesome drinks at a great price (their cold brew is some of the best Ive ever had) and their staff is always super friendly and welcoming. You have to check this space out.

Love stopping in to this shop- great coffee/drink selection, snacks, and plenty of space to sit and open the laptop. Tried the Golden Latte for the first time and it was incredible! For me, having several non-dairy milk options is a real plus!

Started coming here when it opened and it’s been nothing short of awesome! The area really needed a place with good coffee and chill atmosphere to hangout or get work done. The WIFI is also really good!!!! I usually get the cold brew and it’s always been great!

District uses Cult Coffee - the best coffee around. Such a great environment. There is a family-friendly outside area with cornhole, a play set, and more! This is by far the best local coffee shop around.

District is unreal. Great place for drinks, and pastries are through the roof (well the ones Ive had). And I am a big pastry guy my grading is on the strict side.
