I received a coupon in the mail I believe and within days my garage door broke. The right side spring completely broke. I dug the coupon out of the trash 😉. I called not knowing anybody else that did garage repair and said “hey I’ve got a coupon” so let’s see what they say. Free estimate so what did I have to lose. I know how to fix just about anything but garage doors, as far as the springs, no thanks. They had someone there the next day to give me an estimate and would have fixed it that day but I have a very unique door and spring setup so they had to build me custom cables as my cables were frayed. No worries, they were back within three days and fixed it while I watched, explaining everything and being very thorough through the the process. I’m the guy that gets complaints at work so when I get good service I like to spread the word. These guys were awesome! Thank you so much Nick!

Our garage door was accidentally destroyed when a family member tried to drive a Chevy Tahoe through it. A1 came out the next day to evaluate the damage. Stephen showed up promptly and within the time frame that was given to us. Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable of what we were up against with our garage door. He was able to answer all of our questions and, with the assistance of another A1 employee who arrived later, secure our door and make it safe to be around for the time being. Overall we had a great experience with A1, and would definitely recommend them and Stephen for any garage door repair or replacement needs.

A1 over all the company customer service give them 0 stars.Had a problem while tech was at my install and called in this was a Friday. The agent said call manager on Monday and nothing they can do!very bad.I like the text and emails and pictures of who the tech are and backgrounds when coming out. And they DO CALL for updates when on arrival that would be 5 stars. Tech Danny and Cory are great assets to company and the company would hurt if they ever lost them.Cory was able to work with me and got my needs satisfied after ALOT of Drama in a day. Andrew came yesterday to install a garage door and to fix our other garage door that was not working very well at all. He told us that he had to do adjustments to both doors for the garage door wouldn’t have to work so hard. After a few hours and a lot adjustments and I mean a lot of adjustments he did what he said he was going to do. The doors are much quieter and smooooth! Andrew did a great job. Will use him again. My experience with Jayson has been good. He had some issues installing my opener and changing out my opener to a Liftmaster. He explained everything and cleaned up nicely when he was done. Very happy with my new system.

Great experience with A1. Called Monday morning, spoke to a very knowledgeable scheduler. I explained our problem, it was not an emergency but I did want to get it taken care of ASAP.They were able to schedule Tuesday for a window of 8-1. The exceeded all expectations. A little after 8, I got the “on the way text” complete with name and picture of the tech.10 minutes before arrival, I received a call from Dallas to say he would be there in 10.Dallas was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options. Completed the work, gave me a great tutorial and cleaned up our garage area, better than he found it.Without hesitation I would recommend A1 and I’m sure all their techs are great, but ask for Dallas, he rocks.

Mario our installer was great. They communicated with us well on when the installer would arrive. They gave us many options on repairing or replacing our 20 year old unit. We would definitely recommend A1 and will use them again.

Called after I had a run around with my home warranty company. Got a same day appointment. Techs showed up early and inspected my garage door system. Listed all possible issues and gave me options on what could be done. Had all issues addressed and replaced. Took less than 1 hr. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to everyone. Techs where awesome to work with and very informative.

Long story short, we have a cracked garage door, I made numerous calls trying to get a price on what kind of doors they have. Finally got a phone consult and had a 5 (five) hour window for when they felt like I was important enough to call. I mean a five hour window, when they called I missed the call so when I called back 5 minutes later I was told I would have to reschedule, I told Ithem I literally just missed the call, the phone person said he would text the tech to see if he could fit me back in the schedule. When he came back to the line he said the tech would be reaching out. HE NEVER DID. I am the customer and I could have called any other garage door company but I didnt I called A1 Garage door. I have a garage that I cannot open and they left me hanging. I guess they must be busy enough that they could just dismiss whomever they want. I wouldnt chance it with them though.

What a wonderful experience with Michael. He definitely knew what he was doing. He was also very kind. He acted like he really liked his job. He told me “I love the company.@ U have used A1 before to replace my garage door and will continue to use them. Look for their coupons. LOL. They really rock. Figured out what was wrong with my queue app, keypad, and did a garage tuneup and inspection.

Was able to get a appointment quickly and they kept in contact about our appointment. Our technician Scott was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. We originally called for one door, but after inspection Scott found some issues with our larger second door as well. Was able to do a motor replacement, new remotes, and 2 spring replacements in one visit. Definitely recommend

Wow. Our door stopped working halfway up and we bumped our vehicle into the bottom of the door. This caused minor damage and took the door off the tracks. An emergency situation, we called A1 requesting same day service at 11:30am. They promised to arrive between 1-6pm. We got a text with a picture and biography of the technician coming to the house. Also a link to a map to track where his vehicle was and ETA to our home. The technician (Tyler, who has been with the company 12 years) called ahead and arrived within 30 minutes of our call! He reviewed the damage explained all the options with his tablet including pricing and pictures to choose from. We made our selections, and everything fixed in under an hour! We are so thankful for the quick service so that we could get on with our day and get our cars out of the garage!!

Very well run and professional business. Immediately got a courteous person on the phone who took down information quickly and accurately and got me scheduled for the next day. I needed a general inspection/tune up on 4 garage doors and on 1 of them, it was not closing properly due to broken safety eyes. It had been several years since we had done any maintenance on these opener systems, which are over 15 years old. Michael Koelin came out the next morning, right on time, and checked all of the units for functioning, safety, tension of the spring, etc. He lubricated all of the parts with his spray, which made the units run much more smoothly and quietly. On the one that needed repair, he had to rewire to the new safety eyes, since something was broken in 1 of the wires. The job was completed neatly and everything works great. Glad to have put some maintenance into these old units to keep them going, instead of having to replace them. A1 charged a fair price and Michael did a high quality job.

We had a quote from Elite garage Doors for $1307 plus tax to upgrade our garage door lift master with sensors and a new button. I told them I wanted a second opinion so I called A1 garage doors they came right on time, on Sunday afternoon. The technician, Isaactexted me to say he was on his way with a photograph of what he looked like so I wouldn’t see a stranger at the door. His This price for a smoother lift with no jerking and more horsepower was only $875!!! His name was Isaac and he was friendly and seem like he enjoyed his work and he programmed my car and walked me through the new functions like the clock and the date etc. on my new button on the wall. He got it done the dame day…. on a Sunday afternoon.🤗

I called 5 companies when my garage door spring broke early Saturday on a 3 day Labor Day weekend, so after a couple of 105 degree plus days with a broken dual carport garage door-- not only did A1 greet me when I called the day after Labor Day (today/Tuesday) with a live COURTEOUS person to speak with me versus leaving a VM for ALL the others, they IMMEDIATELY scheduled me for an appointment SAME DAY, and then I was called to note they would arrive early by 2 hours. You get what you pay for and not only did they fix my garage door fast, they HAD IT DONE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE EVEN CALLED ME BACK. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Call A1 FIRST, you wont regret it. Best home-repair service experience Ive had in 30 years to my recollection. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Replaced springs, adjusted and inspected door and opener. Ensured everything worked properly before leaving. Definitely recommend them

I had A1 garage come out to my home and my technician was Justin T. He was very thorough in everything he explained and gave us a great deal on what we needed. At the end of my appointment I felt like I knew more about my garage and am very thankful for that. Justin is a great hard worker and I will refer him to anyone needing garage door work. The only thing Justin had left to do was walk on water! :-) Thank you Justin for making my experience with this so much easier!

Service was very fast, they were able to get my garage door fixed the same day I called. Daniel was very friendly and professional, and after explaining everything to me, he had the job done in minutes! Excellent service. Had issue on Saturday, requested service online on Sunday and ha Patrick here at 10am Monday. Patrick is very personable and knowledgeable. He is credit to his profession and has good work ethic. Work completed as required, cleaned up area and off to next job. Highly recommend A1 and Patrick.
