You call up the telephone line and it says, were open during Mall hours. The mall is open till 9:00 p.m. today, but build a bear lied — they closed early at 6:00 p.m. Worst experience ever.

Yay....another bear...I think the fish and wildlife department are going to start keeping tabs my boys bear collection 😉 my boys love build a bear. Paw Patrol, Star Wars, others, 12 and counting.

Such a fun idea for a birthday party! Their party packages are a great deal and its so much more special than doing gift bags. Darcy at Scottsdale fashion square was incredible and was so patient and sweet with all the kids.

Remember my visit in August 2020 when I got my first Build-A-Bear? Well, I didnt get Risa. Instead, I got Kabul Pawette. I named her Sunny derived from sunflowers. It would have been great if more of the Build-A-Bear favorites are in stock at this mall, dont you agree?

This place used to be really fun when I was growing up but the prices went up and the amount of choices of what to get went down still fun for toddlers but only on accasion

On point, my daughter absolutely loves her new my little pony she got here. Both staff members were super friendly, when we checked out they added stuffing so that the necklace stand up, looked better in us not knowing any better we would have went home with the saggy neck. Thanks for the attention to detail and the quality you helped my daughter with.

Employees were very helpful and professional. I was not able to get the item I was looking for because it was discontinued but was able to find an additional item to replace. Will go back

Was a little busy and only one employee. That one employee did great trying to keep up with everyone though. Love the Birthday bear that only cost the age of your child!!

Great safety was so high only 16 people including staff allowed in the store got my niece a cute unicorn

Created an account to get points during my previous visit there. Spent almost $60 during that visit. I went again this past weekend and found out the account was never created. No point accumulated at all. I complaint. They printed the guest services phone number for ME to call them even though I was not the one who messed it up. They do not know what they are doing in that store. Never going again.

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Fashion Square is the best my daughter loves the place so many different stuffed animals to choose from and its awesome that they do everything right in front of you. I would bring all my kids and everyone to this place and I would recommend it to any families that have never been here. Your kids will love it I promise you that

My sons first trip inside a build a bear. They were so nice and friendly. My son had a great time and loves his new friends.

Terrible execution on the age based promotion. Arrived 40 minutes before the store was scheduled to open and the line was 250+ and then the company shuts down the promotion. If you are going to make an offer, you need to organize, staff and supply accordingly. You are not selling concert tickets to adults who would need to wait and understand if they sold out, you are promoting to kids who deserve better from a company geared towards children.

At the end of July I brought my 3 children here to make special bears to have because their dad was moving out of state. When I had been here before we were greeted by cheerful staff. They helped us from picking the bear all the way until we made the birth certificates. This time however I was very disappointed. We walked in and were for the most part ignored. We got the bears picked out and waited 10 minutes before a staff member showed up to stuff the bears. Then the staff member who came to stuff the bears seemed like she would rather have been anywhere other than helping to build these memories for my children. The bear stuffing routine was only done with one child. The staff member didnt take the kids to the bath station after or to the birth certificate station. She basically stuffed the bears and walked away. Checking out the staff member who was ringing us out was going to stick the childrens bears in bags instead of the cute little bear houses until I asked about when they stopped doing the bear houses. If it hadnt been for such a major thing in their lives I would have not purchased the bears. I felt very unwelcome in the store. The only reason I picked this location was because I had a great experience there before. We spent almost $200 this last trip. If I had had more time before their father moved I would have told the cashier to keep the bears we would go to another store.

I came here with my girlfriend to build Pokemon, and we were not disappointed. The process was easy, and the service was above-and-beyond helpful. We love our new Pokemon, who make genuine Pokemon sounds. We didnt buy any extra accessories, but there is a pretty large selection, if you feel like spending the extra cash.

We had our daughters 5th birthday party at the Fashion square store. The girls had fun, but we felt the party hosted by the store was a little unorganized. We thought they would be taking the lead to organize the girls, and do activities. Apart from filling the stuffed animals, and singing happy birthday, there was not much in regards to birthday activities. You would think they would try to connect with the girls at the party. Not so much.

This store never answers the phone. Worst build a bear EVER!!! I LITTERALY SAT ON THE PHONE FOR 10 MINUTES NOT ONE PERSON PICKED UP THE LINE.

The staff are all extremely friendly! They always give such a nice welcome when you enter! They all enjoy their job! Super great service! Cute store! Fun items!

Great staff. its not just a stuffed animal, its an experience. your little one gets to create something all their own

My niece loved the place but the day I was there they didnt have anyone to explain how the process worked. Wanted a recording for the bear and had to rely on another customer to show me how to make recordings for the bear. Plan on walking out of there with a 65 to 75 dollar bear bear if you dress it from head to toe.

Love the birthday bear deal. And they make it fun when you have the bear filled!

The staff was so friendly and made mine and my bffs experience wonderful.
