Hard to rate if the associate won’t even open the gates. Me and other customers were waiting after the store was supposed to be open. The associate couldn’t bother to open his store as more customers walked away and he just listened to his EarPods ignoring the crowd forming.

Its 10:30am Store is CLOSED says they open at 10:00am.....Do see employee inside gate is closed. I came here because website said 10am open, other one near by said 11 open so I came to this location and found it CLOSED

I went in there to just look around and found a hat I really liked then had to find another because it was bogo. The girl that helped us was so cool! Wasnt pushy and allowed us to take our time and shop. I loved my two hats! Thank you!

Bought a new baseball cap and wanted embroidery but the worker kept skipping me and still got the color of it wrong when all the information is written on paper

The guy there, Alexis, seemed like he didnt want to be there. I was waiting there for him to open up and he didnt even acknowledge us. I asked him when they will be opened and he gave me attitude while explaining that it wil be in 10min.If the guy didnt want to be there, he shouldnt be working there.

Much better customer service than other had shops Ive been to. They also are well stocked when other places were out of most of the team hats I needed for gifts. Really nice embroidering. Download the phone app before shopping.

Went in to get some custom hats done for my husband and I. Warren helped me and I couldn’t be happier. He was SO friendly and the hats turned out amazing! Highly recommend!

Literally walked in with no greeting and to hear two employees cursing and acting horrible. Sat around looking at hats for 15 minutes without a word from the employees and ended up walking out without my hat. Absolutely unacceptable language and service :( 12/2/17 visit Date for any management that may read this. Was a man and woman working.
