They charged me a 4% credit card tax and didn’t tell me it was their policy. The young man with long curly hair told me and I quote “it isn’t his job to tell me about the fee” since there is small print on a sticker that’s peeling off the counter. He is the same employee that ran my card and ringed me up. Don’t go to One Stop Nutrition. What a joke. I had cash on hand as well. Refused to give me a refund of the fee if I got a refund and paid cash. Never going back again.

Rude employees. Guy said said they stop selling stuff at 7:50 so they can clean up and close out the register.Why even stay open to 8pm if you won’t do business for the last 10-15 minutes of the day? They clearly don’t want my business so I will begrudgingly take it elsewhere.

Come here (this location) everyday and get the same product, but charged a different price.When confronting owner, he told me he was just a Janitor. Joke’s on you funny guy.

Awesome place to get a healthy shake

Very disappointed. The guys were rude and couldn’t care less about their job which honestly is something I could look past if the shake was at least made right. It wasn’t nearly mixed enough, even I could tell purely off how long it is normally mixed. I had peanut butter added and the scoop they added was still intact on the bottom of my cup and I had to scoop it out because it clogged my straw. I can look past people being in bad moods, it happens to all of us, but it sucks feeling like I wasted my money.

Always a great place for a meal replacement shake or post workout. Personal favorite is the Butterfinger or my version of a PB & J - peanut butter, almond milk, fresh blueberries and banana. Try to avoid then using a puree - makes it too sweet.

Hi! I called and was asking for a to go order. He said he couldn’t take orders over the phone. And hung up. Customer service would’ve said “But we are more than happy to take your order when you’re here. Looking forward to seeing you. I was potentially going to be a new customer but not anymore .

Used to be a great place and the owner is really nice actually. However, the staff are young and on their phones, they couldnt care less about the customer. The shakes are great but the styrofoam cups?... Terrible, along with being non-earth friendly, the lid doesnt fit well and slipped off when I picked it up, that made the cup drop which exploded in the cheap cup all over the ground. This has happened multiple times, be careful with them. Wasted $8. The Xtend BCAA product I bought here was $64.95+ tax, its $42 on Amazon. Firebird Nutrition and others will price match

I come here consistently for my protein and to get regular shakes after my workout as my home is 30 minutes away and I can’t take in my protein before getting home.They’re always shutting up shop early and unable to make shakes or try and rush you out of the store.This is my last protein and pre-workout purchase I’ll make here if that’s how they continue to treat a loyal customer of 3+ years. Ridiculous to close early and stop offering. Close at 8 like your sign says and be out of there by 8:30. Don’t have time to provide services until your listed 8pm. Close earlier.

Way too expensive go to a different Vitamin Shoppe

The shakes at this location always have a funny taste, cant really describe it, but in comparison to other locations theres just something off here, no matter what flavor I get....

The cashier did not give me a receipt for my purchase, I failed to ask for one unfortunately, And 2 days later they would not do a return for me on an unopened product. Make sure you get a receipt.

It would be nice if they were open when their hours indicate. When you own or work at a business, especially one of a fitness nature, you should definitely be open when youre supposed to be. Definitely common sense. Not too difficult to be up and at work by 8am. Fit people are generally up early. Get on the ball, you actually have really good shakes.

Nice place, good smoothies, did not have EPA drops but that can be hard to find.

Only qualm with this place is how insanely busy they can get. Sometimes you have to wait 5-10 minutes just for one shake, but thats not the fault of the staff. Just a very busy location. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable, especially Anthony and the manager. Great group of guys. As always, great shakes as well.

Great variety of supplements. Love the bar, the protein shakes are great! Would be amazing if they had a drive-thru 😁 to accommodate the lunch rush

Came in to the store for the first time today, had to be the first one to say hello. The man and the woman working there did not seemed thrilled to work there let alone to even be alive... I got a meal replacement smoothie that tasted okay, but the workers seemed so sketchy wasnt sure if I should even drink it. Plus it was $6.24 for a medium size smoothie.... not thrilled..

I was served an awful tasting smoothie. I did arrive 15 min before close so I know it was made in a rush since they were just trying to get rid of me.

Came in with my daughter.. not our part of town ... Ask what they had .. made a few non healthy jokes ... They just skipped me and help some one else .. 👍

Great shake, Im amazed how consistent the shakes are across all locations. I get the Slimmer, peanut butter, banana and oats. Delicious!!!

I used to love this place but after walking in ten minutes before close to get a shake (before driving to Gilbert) to find they had shut down the machines and already cashed out was disappointing. I won’t be back again if you can’t rely on them being open when they say they will be. 👎🏼

Shakes are to much ice cheap protien and overpriced, they dont stand behind the products they sell no returns or exchanges go to firebird nutrition or ds nutrition much cheaper more knowledge and they stand behind their products, cant believe there still in business
