Do not work with this company.  Bought a house with an existing complex audio, visual, lighting and security system installed by Theater X.  Old owners left all of the equipment and everything worked when they left.  Once we moved in, it was understood that we would call Theater X to set up the system, as is, with our new modem.  Spoke with Chad.  Chad had zero interest in setting up our system for any amount.  Instead, he insisted that we needed to throw everything away and “upgrade” our old system with him for $26,000+.  We repeatedly told him we just want to get the system back up and running; each time we have been directed to Chad, who refuses to do anything.  Finally, he just referred us to his competitor.  While we are interested in upgrading the system eventually, we just want to get it working as it had been first. We certainly would never recommend Chad or Theater X!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Theater X on a project and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of all of their staff - especially Jason! I worked with many different employees and every single one was extremely knowledge about their products, which saved me a ton of time in having to research things. I would highly recommend them for all of your home theater and security system needs!
