Dave and Tricia were extremely nice, professional, and very helpful in selecting the best grass for our backyard. We only needed a 15 x 6 area covered, we wanted to do the job and they took a lot of time to explain what needs to be done. Guillermo delivered the new grass next morning, cut up the old burned-out grass and hauled it away. We will use Southwest Grass again for our new house and recommend them to everyone without hesitation. Feels like a real family business you can trust.

SW Greens is a very professional company, trustworthy and reliable. I just hired them for the second time. They installed turf in my backyard 10 years ago and it still looks great! I purchased my 1st artificial grass from Southwest Greens about 7 years ago. Earlier this year I noticed that many brown spots appeared. So I contacted Dave Finks (Owner) and he came out and looked things over. Apparently the product I had was not standing up to the Arizona heat.So Dave contacted the manufacturer and they agreed and sent me new stuff that the manufacturer developed for the Arizona heat. I had it installed and the manufacturer gave me a 15 year warranty.Dave was extremely helpful and always contacted me back asap and kept me updated.Im very happy with Dave and Southwest Greens and if you need artificial grass, you wont find a better product AND a great company to install and maintain it.I highly recommend Southwest Greens.

Southwest Greens installed our back yard putting green and surrounding turf in December 2020. We could not be happier! It is fantastic for parties. They showed up when the job was scheduled, took care of it and they even cleaned up! Customer service is awesome. They have come back to re-roll the putting surface to make it even faster. Absolutely blown away by what I received from Southwest Greens of the Valley! The communication and customer service was amazing, shout out to Darren Tucker for making this process so easy. I got a 4 hole course that has every putt imaginable AND you can chip onto it and it holds like a regular green! Ive spent a good 5 hours a week playing with my friends on this green and its the perfect addition to my back yard. Best thing is, I think it added more value to my house than I spent on it!!

I had Southwest Greens replace my grass area with a putting green to include a fairway area with the entire process also having a border. I had to wait for the install date but I can understand why due to this company being in demand. The process was phenomenal as Ken, my sales consultant, gave me a very descriptive design and his golf knowledge provided a fantastic finished product. We could not be more happy with the installation and look this has provided our backyard area. The install team was very knowledgeable and most had been with the company for years. I had a large area but these guys go it knocked out in a day. I highly recommend this company based upon the professional delivery.On a side not, I am familiar with a high executive with Troon golf and when mentioned Southwest Greens as the company I chose, he mentioned I was going with the best that is out there. I recently purchased my green from Southwest Greens and could not be happier.Scott came out the day I called and worked out a design for me after a few revision he nailed it!This is not your average putting green company.Before the turf was laid they set up the cups and after testing the set up they called me out to see if i liked it, then the turf was laid.it is a challenging green with three tiers and perfect undulation with two chipping areas.Pricing was competitive, service was excellent from start to finish.They came back shortly after it was installed to re roll the surface to increase the speed for me, that is standing by your work!Lastly have a very reasonably priced annual maintenance program too keep it looking like new for years to come.

Filled out their online form and asked to be contacted via email. Got a phone call so I asked the rep to please email per my request so we can set up an appointment to get me a quote. He sighed and said well I need your email (Which was a required field in their form I had already filled out). Then he sends me an email that says please give me a call to set up an appointment for a putting green & lawn estimate. So I call him, leave a message saying that Mon/Tues/Fri I can be home by 5, or else the weekend would work. When I get a call back he says I dont work after 5. I said how about the weekend, he says when can you do it on Saturday? I said midday, his response was it had to be in the morning, so I told him Id call a company actually interested in providing me with a quote. They must be selling a lot of lawns if this is how their sales reps treat a hot lead. Found out this is the same company my Dad had issues with so glad I did not waste my time and will be finding a company actually interested in working with me.FWIW-This all went down August 5 and thereabouts; got a call on Sept 30 apologizing.

Workers were on time and did a great job. They cleaned everything up before they left.
