The pandemic has been over and prior to it there was NEVER a line. The store didn’t decrease in size nor did the maximum capacity but you feel the need to create “hype” with a line at all times. Meanwhile you’ve got 5+ employees standing around gossiping- pathetic and awful look for the brand not mention the amount of money you’re losing daily. Clean house and start with the supervisor so you can get the store back on track pre-pandemic.
I witnessed an exceptional customer service act when my wife requested help with her canvas style handbag. The logos had worn off despite her taking good care of it. They gave her a full credit that she used to buy a different style bag which she absolutely loves. The salesperson was truly exceptional in her knowledge and the time she took to help us. This is a first class store and company!!
Ive shopped & purchased at this location several times. All of the client advisors Ive had have been great but my last experience with Kim a few days ago was exceptional! I was looking for a bandeau to dress up my Neonoe bag and she treated me and my husband wonderfully. She took her time with us and showed us each different item we asked about. I was so impressed with her service that I reached back out to her to secretly purchase a pocket organizer for my husband that he fell in love with in store. She made the phone order process a breeze. Stellar service and the quality of the products is amazing. I love LV!
Too crowded. I had to wait 1 hour. Long line. They need to build a beautiful large store away from the Mall. I will never go there again and I buy alot from Louis Vuitton.

Looking for a new briefcase with a unique design. After a 10 minute wait in line & only two customers at a time, I gained access. Stacy, who has been with LV for decades was my Luxury Specialist in my hunt for the large On The Go briefcase. Although the specific style I wanted was not in the store as I changed my mind color-wise, Stacy asked me to call/email her the following day to see if the daily shipment would bring it to inventory. It wasnt, so purchasing online was the next option as I didnt foresee going to the LV store back in Atlanta. Color breakdown Brown is canvas, Black is leather.All the complimentary bells & whistles including shipping are offered. Any repairs needed on your handbags/luggage approximate wait time is between 6-10 weeks & thats without an assessment.Even with limited occupancy & a lean team of employees, my visit was expedient & positive. The store is heavily disinfected after each customer in a clean environment. I frequently highlight great customer service when commission is a factor & not feeling forced to buy. Stacy was perfect with her saleswoman-ship.
My sales associate made the experience wonderful. I was really intimidated to walk in but she made me feel so comfortable. I had my friend with me and even though I was the only one buying she always made eye contact with my friend and made her feel included too. Thank you Michelle :) also I love the little piece I bought.
I recently went into this location to let them have a look at my Keepall 55, as it was showing some fading and white hazing in multiple areas. Keep in mind, the bag is less than one year old. I was then referred to, said “manager,” whom proceeded to rub the faded areas with what looked like a worn sponge…very much insulting btw. Upon questioning what further could be done, said “manager” offered no suggestions and repeatedly recited what seemed like the same verbage and basically said, thanks, have a nice day, and walked off. Again, very insulting. Needless to say, I wont be back to this location and find it quite frustrating to spend over $2k on a bag, and the brand not stand behind its durability and management behave so rudely.
I had amazing first experience shopping at this location. I was so hesitant after reading all the Yelp reviews. Gina was the lovely client advisor we worked with, she shared some product knowledge with me about my neverful and made my experience amazing. She connected with us by letting us know she has family in Seattle, and was never pushy or made us feel judged. I will definitely be back to shop with her again on our next trip to Arizona!

Went to the LV store in Scottsdale, AZ. While we waited in line, we where greeted by an associate and asked what we where looking for. We explained the style and color. She told us they had it in one color. Great! Finally entered the store and was greeted by another sales person. We explained to them what we were looking for. She had no excitement or passion to sell the bag. She brought out different hand bags we were not interested in. Not what we wanted. She tried looking for the bag but could not find it? We were very disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the sales person. She did not even try to make a sale. We wanted to purchase a hand bag for the LV experience and so excited to buy one and felt so disappointed in the store.
This was my first visit to a Louis Vuitton store so I was a little nervous on how I would be treated. Everyone was so nice and made us feel very welcome. We did have to stand in a long line but it only lasted about 30 minutes. My only advice would be to make sure to check your bag before leaving the store as not everything that I purchased ended up being bagged up. Thankfully I had noticed before I left the mall and went straight back to the store, they apologized profusely and I was able to get the wallet that I had paid for that didnt end up in the bag. Super excited about my first Louis Vuitton purchase!

I recently retired from education after 39.5 years in the same school district. Sadly, all our summer retirement celebrations and vacations had to be cancelled. My husband made me a gift certificate to take a trip to the LV store in Scottsdale and pick out a bag of my choice. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, met a few nice people and chatted, making the time go faster. Once inside, we were asked what bags we would like to see and the salesman brought out each bag in all the sizes and patterns for me to try on. This is my first ever LV bag and experience. I felt very special!
What a mess! I had a bag being repaired and on Aug 5th they called that it was ready immediately called Lisa back paid for it which is also annoying that it wasn’t covered. Long story short it’s Aug 15th and I still haven’t received my bag. After speaking with Suzy who made every excuse to why it was still sitting in the store finally assured me it will be sent out Monday morning. Hope I get it by Tuesday. The team didn’t take any responsibility just pure honesty and an apology would of been fine instead of making excuses. She actually said I didn’t call her back! Lol I spoke with her originally and new her name. Gosh. Customer service is lost whose raising these kids. Good thing I love the brand and will always shop LV just not this location.🥺
Alejandro is rude and a bit condescending should learn better customer service skills. We ended up leaving because of his attitude and purchasing at gucci and burberry and their attitudes were so great & made the experience so much more worth it. Im not spending my money with a rude salesmen when I can take it somewhere else where they value their customers at the end of the day its just a purse. Side note David I think his name is and one other lady manager are amazingly kind. But Alejandro overshadowed my last experience in a negative way.
Alyssa was amazing! Best customer service ever! She’s so awesome, friendly, & very kind! She made me feel at home and was answering all of my questions & was willing to help me with anything I needed. She really spent time with me & helped me decide which options are best for me. I love that I felt like I was really being taken care of. I’m so happy for my first in-store experience. I usually buy LV online so I was worried at first because of other reviews. But, all of those worries went away as soon as Alyssa assisted me. I highly recommend her! Also, the lady up front by the entrance seemed nice as well.
So as I read through the negative reviews and its apparent Michelle Pezziono has a reputation for not honoring LVs 30 day return or exchange policy. I will never spend another dime on a LV product and this was my second purchase within the year. I was also surprised to learn that I spent $1600 on vinyl and not a leather product or so I was told by the sales representative who fetched Michelle to do her bidding. I am furious but there is nothing like a financial lesson to learn a lesson that you (I) will always remember. And to think I was saving my chips for another purchase this fall. I think Ill go to Gucci or Prada or somewhere that honors their policy. I will be doing my homework first!!!
Nice store obviously. Had many options. Ended up getting a purse and looking around. Kind of a long wait but I get it . Especially with covid and the price of items. You have someone helping you as you browse. Will be back soon.
Do not make a purchase here. HORRIBLE customer service.We purchased a gift and were completely unable to get in touch with the store despite waiting on hold for hours. We also attempted to email and call the 866 general number and received no responses as well. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Spent $4000 on a purse here. Had an appointment very first thing in the mornings to pick up my purse and they made me wait for almost 1/2 hr. The sale person that I supposed to help me was busy seeing someone else that probably spending more money and she told me that she was totally forgot about my appointment. Finally they assigned me with someone else to pick up my purse, she was so rushing and being so disgusting and unprofessional I guess because she made no commission for just helping the other sale person. horrible experience.

After being cooped up for a year at home my wife deserved something special. While I personally think they may be going a little overboard on their Covid policy,I like that they are taking precautions and of their service as always was impeccable.
Being the only outlet in the metro Phoenix area, you would usually need to wait in a queue. Love the way they manage customers in the store, especially with the ongoing covid pandemic. We ended up waiting for over 90 mins but end of the day its always worth it.While you are in the queue, the representative will keep coming out asking one by one if you are looking for something specific, they will use their tablet to tell you if thats in stock, and if not, what could you do. That was quite helpful, in fact we were browsing the website and that kinda helped in killing time.The only suggestion would be to somehow enforce social distancing of 6 feet in the waiting queue as well. While it is observed largely, it cannot be enforced because you are outside the store afterall. Some people tend to push themselves quite close to people on front of them and you just feel helpless.
Love the product but cant say the same thing about the staff. I had the worst experience possible with one sales people. I originally went in after waiting in a line for about hour (thanks COVID-19, not the store fault). The sales lady met us at the door and ask what brings you in today. I said we came in to purchase a ladies wallet and a mens wallet and possibly a pair of sneakers if you have my size. She said ok we sell lots of wallets can you be more specific !?!. Ok, youre the sales person but yes we do have an idea. We walked over identified the wallet and it was not in stock. Not a big deal I said we can just order it online. She replied with its out of stock online, but I can order it for you. How can you order it but its out of stock online? We ordered the ladies wallet and continued on to the mens wallets. She walked us over to the mens wallets and started slapping them on the display and saying what one do you want? Again youre the sales person, how about asking me what LV wallet I carry. Tell me about the materials and capacity. By this point Im at my limit and she is she is possibly one of the rudest sales people I have ever encountered. I passed on the mens wallet and didnt even bother with the sneaker. The whole out of stock thing really bugged me so I pulled up the website in the store. Not to my surprise the wallet was I stock online and this sales person just wanted commission. At this point super frustrated with the whole shopping experience. The sales person made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and thats not how customer service should be, my only regret was leaving having purchased the wallet from this lady after she lied!! Been shopping all day saved this store for last already knew what I wanted and was in stock called before I went also to get there at 8:49 and they close at 9:00 guy closed door as I’m walking to door and says they closed I said you have 10 minutes and I already know what I want he calls the manager over I show him on my Phone what I want will be in and out he also says no while there is people in the store shopping I ask again I already know what I want and size please and he says no again. To think I’m the one begging to spend $955 to hear no. I have never been treated this bad. Bottom line you close at 9:00pm.

Do not go here! Received a Pochette Métis for Valentine’s Day. Immediately noticed the buckle wasn’t clasping correctly without force and kept popping out which was leaving scratches on the metal on an hours old purse. Called customer care which told us to bring in store to exchange since it was under 30 days and brand new. Arrived at store and sales associate said she would grab her repair expert. The guy walks over and says it’s worn we can’t do anything about it. We tried communicating that is why we stood in line for an hour. The purse I just received for Valentine’s Day already had scratches due to a faulty Buckle. He stated the buckle shows it’s worn and nothing they can do. Horrible horrible experience. Will not purchase ever from this location and will take a lot before I’ll ever purchase LV again. Think about this bait and switch tactic before you purchase. If you are spending thousands on products they should treat their customers like it. Take your money to Prada or Dior.
As a frequent customer, this last experience has me so irritated I will never make a purchase from LV again, period. I ordered a bag online that was supposedly not in the store. After I ordered it, I sent a friend to the store to double check since this was a present for my wife. They had 3 in stock, so she picked one up the same day. I went to cancel my order and was told the order has shipped and once the store receives it, I can go to the store (30 miles from my home) and return it? I said that doesn’t make any sense. “Due to COVID... blah blah no one can call the store.” Is what I was told. I called again the next morning after getting the email that it arrived at the store. They said they would call the store for me to process the return. A week later I hear nothing from them. No email or call, so I call again. They said they would call the store to process the return and it may take a week to process with shipping. I said this was the second request and was told it will be handled.Here we are 4 weeks later and no return or refund has been processed. I’m so mad that I don’t want to go to the store because I know I will cause a scene.I’m now left to dispute a transaction with my credit card company rather than have them process a simple refund.I am not happy at all and you have lost my households future business.

Purchased a never full bag and the handle ripped off within 2 months. Trying to get this repaired at the store was a complete disaster, and starting the process over the phone wasn’t much better. their service after sale is beyond underwhelming, I certainly won’t be back
I went to the Fashion Square store and worked with a great Client Rep, Yuri. He helped me pick out the LV Riverside, which I loved. However, when I got home, I found a big scratch on the bag that was not caught in the store. I was shocked and disappointed that a bag would ever make it to the store with a scratch on it since that it not the quality control I expect from LV. I returned the following day and exchanged the bag with no issue. After this, I took the bag home and it sat in the dust bag for a few weeks since I did not get this bag to carry every day. When I was ready to carry it, I loaded my stuff inside and realized the bag was extremely heavy due to the hardware and large bag charm. I realized I needed something lighter and immediately texted my rep for assistance since I was still within my 30 day window. After no reply for 24 hours, I decided to head into the store for an exchange for something lighter.Upon arrival at the store (which is 45 minutes from my house), I was greeted by lackluster service at best. I felt like I was sized up by the rep, his name was Adam or Ryan, and he immediately decided he was not going to help me. He brought over a manager whos name I didnt get, to examine the bag. Within 10 seconds of looking at the bag, I was informed that due to signs of wear it could not be exchanged/returned. When I probed further and asked what exactly he saw, he pointed at wear that was not there. The bag was never carried outside of my house and was in flawless condition (better than the condition of the first bag I was sold).I left the store fuming, I had spent $3000 on this bag and was ready to exchange it for one of equal or greater value. I immediately called corporate and spoke to a wonderful rep, Heinrich. I explained the events to him in detail and he told me there should have been no issue with my exchange/return. He directed me to return to the store and ask for a Manager and let that person know I had spoken to him and they could call him if needed.I returned to the store and asked for a Manager as directed. I was let in and the Manager, Michelle Pezzino, examined the bag. Hilariously, according to her, there were different signs of wear than the first employee found. Again baffled and asking to see what she saw, there was nothing there. It was extremely clear to me that they just didnt want to take my bag back or were calling me a liar when I explained the bag had been in my closet in the dust bag. After pressing her, she reluctantly agreed to call corporate. She tells the corporate employee that the bag is worn and in a condition that is not resell-able, which is a flat out lie. She also refused to tell the employee that I had been sold a scratched bag the first time, even after I asked her to do so.After a few minutes, she hangs up and tells me the person I spoke to was wrong and they wont take the bag back. I cannot believe the service I was receiving. My husband argued with her for 10 minutes to get her to say Ill make an exception and give you an exchange, but whatever you buy will be final sale because this bag was already an exchange. To this, I counter with the fact that the original bag I was sold was scratched, which was the fault of LV and her staff for not noticing it. She tells me its not her fault and she never saw the bag in question to confirm its condition, it felt like she was gaslighting me to avoid the return. At this point, I am sick to my stomach and realize I do not want to do business with LV anymore.I tell her I would rather get my money back at this point, which she said would be impossible. Since this was an exchange, there is no way for me to issue a return. Again, I rebuttal with the fact that the exchange only happened due to LV selling me a scratched bag. It took my husband arguing with her for another 10 minutes for her to finally admit Would it make you happy if I just gave you a refund? Finally, after wasting 30 minutes of my time, she processed my refund for the bag and I left the store.
I have never been treated so poorly and been so disrespected. Gina primarily handled my purchase and I will never purchase from this store again. It took several weeks, several transactions, wrong items being purchased, multiple refunds, and being HUNG UP ON by Gina just to finally get an item from Texas. This store is beyond disorganized and the people that work here clearly feel entitled. Highly recommend Salvatore Ferragamo if you want to be treated with respect and purchase a quality product!

Left multiple messages with Client advisor and had 2 tickets put in by LV main office attempting to make a purchase for I store pickup. LV Main Office stated I was going to receive a call to place my order and never received a call, called again and they escalated ticket as high priority. Multiple days later no call, not a way to retain customers.
Our sales person did not take me as a serious buyer. Borderline rude. Changed his tune a bit when I purchased a $4000 bag.
I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received last week at this location. I have purchased from the Scottsdale location a few times in the past and had a great experience but this time the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. I will definitely be purchasing my purses from the Las Vegas locations or order on line, which is too bad because Scottsdale is the most convenient for me, but after such a rude experience I will definitely not go back! I will also be noting this on my YouTube channel when I do another Louis Vuitton unboxing video.
The rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I brought my Alma bb back into the store to get looked at for a glazing issue and the manager came out to exchange my bag. After discussing the bag exchange with him I decided to keep my bag because he explained it was just extra glue on the glazing and there was nothing to worry about. I leave the store and realize my strap was missing, I returned to the store and the manager said there was no strap in the bag and it’s on camera. I insisted on letting me see the camera footage because I know I had a strap in there. After about 20 minutes of being accused of being a thief, he sent a woman with my strap in a bag and she said he apologizes sincerely. This is completely unacceptable. He made me feel like a thief and didn’t even have the courage to apologize to my face and admit his mistake. A coward he is. I will be calling corporate about this issue he needs to be terminated.

Eh. This is the only store a person can go into and expect NOT to be harassed by sales people. In fact, the sales associates ignore anyone they dont personally know, and dont give you a second look. Which can be good if you want to just browse, but bad if youre ready to purchase. Better call ahead and schedule an appointment, or just order online.
The lady who helped me think her name was laine or ilaine, was super unprofessional. I had a few questions about the prices and styles. She didnt seem to want to be there and kept rolling her eyes a bunch. Nasty attitude to have working in a high end place like this.
Nice quality merchandise, very expensive but their goods particularly leather goods are very long lasting.
I had a great experience shopping at LV Scottsdale. One of the better locations I’ve been to in the US. There is a bit of a wait in line if you show up 10-15 minutes prior. A few weekends ago the line was up to a 2 hour wait. I advise an appt if you are there for a return or a repair. Although the wait is long, it is reflective of the amount of time and care you get while inside shopping. Shop with friends so you all can get in at the same time. I think 2-3 people were allowed in at a time if you are a group.

We werent greeted by anyone we had to go and find a salesperson, who was very good. However walking in it was not the experience we were hoping for. I feel my son was judged by his tattoos and t-shirt.

My husband purchased LV bag in May 2020 and after 2 month leather start peeling off, she told me nothing she can do, really ?! She didn’t even tried to resolve an issue she blamed me, she told me I scratched leather with my armpit lol. What a joke, poor leadership. I would of offer complimentary repair .
I live in Tucson, Arizona, which is a 2 and a half hour drive from this store. I am a 19 year old who has been saving up to purchase my first Louis Vuitton in store. I was appalled when I was extremely disrespected by a store employee. When I arrived to the store, and waited patiently in line, i was put on a waiting list. I was told that my wait time was approximately 30 to 45 minutes this was at 4:30 when i first arrived to the mall. After put on the list I left the waiting space and shopped at other stores. after 40 minutes had past and I hadnt heard anything I went back to the store. That same store employee then told me that my wait had been extended to an hour to an hour and a half. This particular store closes at 7 pm. it was 6 pm when I was told that I had to wait another hour to hour and a half even though the store would have been closed by that point. I was extremely upset at this moment but decided to go ahead an go to other stores to pass time. It became 6:30 pm and the store would end up closing in 30 minutes. i then went back for the third time to the store after hearing nothing. Just as I began to wait again i saw 2 guys who where originally behind me in line, walk out of the store. the same employee then acknowledged a couple that was waiting in line even though I had been on a waiting list for over 2 hrs. 2 other customers come up, she greets them and helps them with what they would like to purchase. Still leaving me waiting. I then walk up to her and showed her the bag I would like to purchase with only 10 minutes before the store closing. I wasnt even physically shown the bag i was purchasing. I am disgusted by the customer service. This interaction has ruined my first experience with this brand. I believed LV was a more respectful establishment that valued there paying customers. I was completely disregarded because of my age. I love my new bag but absolutely hated the process and ruined my shopping experience. Im very frustrated and angry over this situation.
Not sure why theyve received so many bad reviews, but Ive had excellent experiences with in-store customer service, as well as services over the phone. I went to the store to drop off a bag for repair and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Upon completion of the repair I was notified the bag was ready to be picked up. I called beck to have the bag sent to me rather than attempting to pick up over the holiday weekend. Taylor was very sweet and prompt to verify my address and let me know my bag will be shipped today. Thank you, Taylor and Louis Vuitton staff, for being so amazing! You guys and gals are the best.
I have to start off by saying that I just had the BEST EXPERIENCE at this location. Ariel p. is extremely knowledgeable and so down to earth. I loved how helpful he was in selecting the piece I wanted. He is definitely going to be my go to expert for all my future purchases. That means a lot to me, because my past experiences there have been HORRIBLE, all at the hands of this Asian lady. Now I have my go to person. So happy to have found Ariel HE IS EXACTLY WHAT This location NEEDED.

About two years ago I bought my first LV bag from this location and received excellent service. I had used the bag daily however recently I noticed some wear on the inside. I took it in this afternoon in hopes they could offer some care advice. After the specialist looked at it, he confirmed they would allow a full store credit towards any bags of same or more value! David then provided excellent service and I found the perfect new bag and spent a difference of only 97 dollars! I was absolutely blown away!!! Run don’t walk to this store for amazing customer service.
Love this store. The staff are wonderful. Those complaining are expecting to be wined and dined for just entering the store. If you want help, ask for it. These are probably the same people that complain when associates are too friendly when they are “just looking”. Sometimes I just want to look and don’t want anyone to bother me and everyone here just let’s me be. When and if I’m ready to buy, then I will find someone, if not my CA to help me out. It’s no ones but your own problem if you feel weird about being in the store, as if someone’s judging you. They aren’t.

Due to the pandemic, each sales associate stays with each customer (or customer group) during their entire store visit--this is why there is a line outside the store--waiting for the next sales associate to become available. Waited for about 30min during a somewhat less busy time overall, its probably longer over weekends or late afternoon/evening.Okay experience, wasnt thrilled at the lack of knowledge in the sales associate with whom we worked. Looked at mens belts and she didnt realize the LV belt she handed to me was reversible until I showed her--had even stated confidently it wasnt reversible. She also didnt know pricing of the belts and had to keep scanning them. Further, she offered no helpful advice for how a belt should fit (should use the middle/third hole and it should slide through between the first and second loop on the pants). I wouldnt be so harsh if this location sold more variety of products but as it is, bags, shoes and belts are the three main items they sell, and they arent exactly cheap. I expect a SA to have way more knowledge about a limited set of products, particularly when the products easily cost in the high hundreds to thousands of dollars. Ive ran into more knowledgeable SAs at Best Buy when buying cheap cell phone chargers. I will say in her favor she was kind and pleasant and gave us a nice little tour of the store while the area we wanted to view was occupied by other customers.I am happy theres an LV location here in Arizona, however! Also, Im suspicious that they have more in stock than what is on display, e.g. when looking online, the LV website said this location had some other styles of belts that were not on display. Finally, there doesnt appear to be a way to call the store directly, the number listed on google and the LV website seem to go to a call center and just put me on hold forever without actually having the opportunity to talk to anyone. Email went ignored and iOS chat text also went ignored. It may be COVID-19, but customer service is not a strong suit of this company currently.Fun fact: did you know that canvas leather is actually just cotton and PVC (a type of plastic)? Its not real leather. This means it does wear better and is much lighter.The cool thing about LV products is they dont lose their value so much, and much of this is due to how they never have sales to the general public.
Wonderful out of the park experience! Such a fun, friendly atmosphere. They arent high pressure sales either. They make you feel like family.

Service at the Scottsdale store is VERY rude!!! I went in to exchange a handbag I purchased about a week ago. When I walked I to the store the associates were standing around leaning on the counters and talking. I had to approach them and they all stared at me and appeared bothered. While the associate was helping me I had several questions throughout and every time she cut me off and said very rudely give me a minute! I guess she doesnt know how to multitask! For the price and prestige of the product you are selling Louis Vuitton you all REALLY need to step up your game people! Managers....maybe consider retraining or rehiring your entire staff!! What you have now isnt working!! Read these reviews!!

Super awesome experience all the way around and VERY NICE store!!! Could not have asked for a better sales associate. He definitely went the extra mile, researched options, and provided great recommendations. Also since we were visiting from out of town providing us with a number we could call and work through the order was EXTREMELY helpful. Ended up buying a VERY NICE purse and matching wallet and my wife could not be happier. Without question, helping select the right combo was due to all the hard work and assistance provided by the sales associate who diligently researched options.Greatly appreciate, highly recommend stopping by, and will definitely stop by again if back in town!!!
