I went in at 8pm Wednesday Sept 8, that young lady manager is amazing. She went out of her way to help me. I cannot say enough about her professionalism. Fed ex should be proud of her. I am glad FedEx does not require customers to wear the lies of our government masks. Allow your employees to Stop wearing masks let your beautiful manager show her face. Best help ever!!!

Incredible service--fast, friendly, patient, understanding. All the qualities you look for when needing last minute help for a conference your company is throwing. This FedEx Print Center was our lifeboat. There were several last minute printing projects that came up while we were in the middle of our annual conference. Ed and his team really stepped up to help our entire company get the products they needed, in time, and even shipped them to us! Thanks for all you did for RMH Franchising. Im not sure why these other ratings are so poor but my experience today was very positive. The manager was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and the place was cleaner than any other FedEx office in the area that I have been to. Parking was a breeze and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The customer that came in as I was leaving was greeted like I was with a friendliness that I rarely have seen in other FedEx offices in the area. Ill be coming back to this one in the future.
The job I needed was done, but I will not be going back to this location. The store manager charged me an $8 enhancing fee for printing two templates on one page. That is the click of one button and I could have easily adjusted that myself and resent it had he told me ahead of time that he was going to have to charge that fee before he took the freedom to do it and then charge me. I understand a business has to make money, but, the lack of communication is a turn off for me.
Every single Fed ex in the state that I’ve been to has allowed me to email them a document to have it printed except for this location which forced me to email “print and go”. The woman adamantly insisted there is no way I am allowed to email the store directly per her manager- that printing through “print and go” was so much quicker… They wasted my time and I ended up going to Staples for printing ... ironically, by the time I got to Staples parked my car went inside talk to an employee I finally got my Fed ex email back from print and go. Faster? Yeah right. I will not use FedEx anymore because of this experience. furthermore, no one was in the store at all so it’s not like my emailing them would’ve taken them away from existing customers. Note to the manager… Your rigid policies make you lose customers.

The manager (Scott I think) was absolutley amaising. He got me 1/2 the estimated price for shipping one of Maisies Army SMA babies her handmade special blankie. Ill gladly return for all future shipments.

Came to this store today to complete a simple printing task. As I had the card and the computer was super slow and glitching. I asked if I could charge additional printing and time on the computer on a credit card but hey informed me it could only be paid by cash so I paid by cash. I had already spent like $10 when I needed to add more time.The results of the print job were incorrect and the ink must have been out in the printer when I asked for a refund which the refund would have been less than $5 Diana the assistant manager said she could only refund half and then further pointed out to my teens zipper being down very inappropriate and then she got on the phone to talk to a friend “Rosie” I heard and we were dealing with a slow computer at that point we called customer service. Then a large hefty man comes over to me and my daughter and says he has seen us here before but we don’t even live in this state then he says “leave my store” and threatens to call the police or security on myself and my 13 year old daughter. Unbelievable! As if we were at a after hour dive bar is how this guy was treating us.
Both the manager and assistant manager are excellent. Ed Zwisler and Larry Shuput are consistent with service and patient with all their customers.I was frustrated the printer I was using jammed and I ended up waiting 10 minutes before Larry was free and came to help. He immediately changed my perspective on things with his cheerful no problem attitude and his accommodations on the minutes I paid unecessarily due to the wait time. Also, even more impressive, I was so happy with their service that I ended up forgetting my iPad in the store, When I realized this, the store was already closed. I was worried and felt certain it would be stolen. When I called the next morning, Ed let me know they picked it up and secured my iPad in their back office. He stated he anticipated my early morning call and was happy they were there to help. That’s integrity and focus on serving within a retail environment! Rare in today’s world! Thanks again to Fed Ex of this location for making a difference for your brand!!
I wanted to personally thank this specific location for dealing with our ridiculous shipment. We had a dozen cartons of expo giveaways that we were unsuccessful in unloading during a 3 day local conference that we needed to ship out, along with a monkey rigged booth kit that we duct taped into a box that was not meant for it. They repacked our booth kit and helped make sure that everything was good to go. It was bulky, heavy and absolutely ridiculous that we had so much work for them to do. I especially wanted to mention Megan, Victoria and Barbara for dealing with us.

Can we get a ZERO star rating here PLEASE?!I walked into this location asking to simply scan/email a doc that was private in nature (reasoning behind not just using my office scanner). I was directed to a scanner that appeared to be built around the same time the Chicago fire happened, and was told that it was a charge per minute.Upon sitting, and inserting my card - their employee was puzzled as to why the scanner wasnt working. Please keep in mind this is a PER MINUTE CHARGE!!!...he finally diagnosed the issue...the machine was un-plugged (red flag, red flag). AFTER he plugged it is (5 minutes into the ordeal) the scanner finally started....after literally 2 minutes spent scanning page one, I noticed that page two was coming out blurry and sloppy - go figure, the machine was un-plugged because it was broken...Im now $6.32 into scanning ONE F*C^I*G page, and the guy is trying to sell me on other options? Youd think a refund was in order, right? NO - didnt even get the offer.SCREW THIS PLACE
They refused to print my order because they said it violated copyright and would need proof that the copyright holder approved of my project. I contacted the company that holds the copyright and they sent me a letter saying that I did not need their permission because what I was having printed was not a violation of their copyright. When I sent my order in again with that letter the response I received was not our mistake, well print this right away (if it had been I seriously doubt I would feel compelled to write this review) instead I got an e-mail thanking me for getting the necessary copyright release - did they even read the letter? Also, I said I wanted to pick up my order at 5pm and they said they would call me when it was done. They didnt call until 7pm - long after I was no longer in the area. I cant imagine why it would take them upwards of 10 hours to print and laminate 4 pages. My print order came out beautifully but the customer service will prompt me to go to other locations for future printing jobs.
Just tried this fedex store for first time today and it was some of the worst customer service Ive ever had from shipping company.Candice the desk rep was beyond short, rude, and had no patience to assist customers to include myself while attempting to ship an over night document.Additionally, her center manager Danny did nothing and allowed her behavior while not stepping in with her poor attitude. This whole store needs corporate to council, retrain, and or terminate staff that have no interest in this industry.I will not return or recommend this store to my associates or clients.
Brainless uniformed robots work here. Was told I couldnt ship to Canada went to an independent contractor store that also does UPS and USPS and they said absolutely fedex ships it can I do it every day and they ship to Canada. I lost my place in line because I had to go out get my wallet out of the car and in the middle of a transaction they decided to let the next customer line come forward and said a waiting for me to get my wallet last they wouldnt accept the Box that I brought in to ship the item man because it was a manufacturers Box bullship Ive got stuff shipped to me from the manufacture in the same dam Box. Been there 3 times Heigl even go someplace else to get what I need it 3 × 3 strikes youre out s**** y** fedex
I had previously taken a printing order to another printer. There it took 2 days and turned out so badly that I panicked and, at the 11th hour, I took the same order to the Scottsdale FedEx Kinkos and Liz & Danny completed it beautifully in 4 hours on a Friday night! I will therefore take all of my future printing needs to FedEx Kinkos in Scottsdale! Thanks!

They try to upsell you and over pack your item even if it is not fragile so it has to go in a bigger box. Their interests are not in finding you the cheapest shipping price. Find a different place for packing.
This place is clean inside. i showed up at 8:40pm tuesday 13th october to make copies of more flyers for my dog missing. $14 and change for only 20 color copies on basic paper. i asked the man at the counter (possibly owner?) why and he said that was the price and gave no explanation. i dont expect him to be a mind reader but my red zombie eyes and very exhausted/worn appearance with low pleading voice to please make 20 copies might suggest that i am distraught over my missing beloved pet. its ok he didnt ask who/what/when/where/why/how when he was given the flyer to make copies (the man at UPS store earlier in the day did) anyways i am a small business owner and it costs nothing to give a small kindness such as inquiry/words of hope to an obviously upset person. during my throes of crying today i still managed to take the blankets inside the animal shelter and give knowing my dog wasnt there. i asked the man why so much for the color copies and disclosed that the 40th street and thomas fed ex 24 hour location didnt charge me near that much for the same amount of copies (they were free) and so he shot back that he doesnt know why either but it is what it is.ok, no problem and i paid and let him know i would be leaving a fair review from my perspective. im not a hater. but since im a giver and received nothing (no empathy) which will naturally lead to me avoiding that particular place like its on fire . . . this man ruined the chance to connect with me as a person and/or win future business. he created the copies for me, he rang me up, not really a smile. end of story, end of my ever patronizing that place.
The female working here today has to be the rudest employer I’ve ever encountered. She needs to leave her job if she hates it that much and is extremely rude to her customers.

These people are the most incompetent printers Ive ever encountered. They had to reprint a poster 3 separate times and I spent over an hour and a half waiting for them to print something that was supposed to be ready for pickup

Went this morning early, worked with the manager there and another guy. very unhelpful and curt except for when the other guy helped me put my boxes back in my car because they quoted me $250 for a box that I knew was an unreasonable amount. ended up being $70 at another fedex. Yikes.
