Buying a slightly driven Cadillac we shopped the internet before purchasing so we also know we were offered a very fail deal. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. The Sales Representative asked me what I was looking for and led me right to the perfect vehicle for me. He didnt try to up-sell me and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was signing my purchase papers Mr. Burne came into the office to thank me personally for my business. I cant say enough good things about RJ Burnes hospitality. Everyone was down to earth and friendly, a great place to do business. A few weeks ago we worked with Dave for the purchase of our 2017 Cadillac XT5. He made the experience hassle free and painless. He treated us like friends instead of customers. I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 + years and never had the exceptional experiences I have had with the RJ Burne Cadillac Dealership. Dave Wert and RJ Burne made my purchasing of a used SRX east and with out any pressure I will never forget it. As with any new or used vehicle you can have an issue after the warranty has ran out. I stopped in to see Dave and RJ to discuss my situation and with out hesitation, they took the ball and ran to the end zone and repaired it at their expense. Joey Polovitch the service manager called the day (less then a week) the part arrived and had the part installed in my SRX the same day. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else then RJ Burne Cadillac Dealership.

This is the second vehicle which I have purchased from the dealership. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. David Wert, my sales representative, was extremely sensitive to my needs, as was Mr. R.J. Burne. Together they made the deal happen. Steve in finance was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions we had. From the moment you enter the dealership, be it for sales or service, you feel that you are special, and there is never a sense of sales pressure for you to make a purchase. I would not hesitate to patronize the dealership again on my next purchase, or to recommend them.

This is only for the service dept. Sales is exceptional. Inconsiderate of my time! Wanted to see about a rim that might need to be replaced. Told them that when I came in along with needing an inspection, oil change, and recall issue. When they said I was done, the state inspection wasn’t done and the woman that looks at the rims was gone. Now I have to return for her to look at it and then return to have it put on. I live in mountain Top so it isn’t close. I stopped in at McCarthy tire and had them look at the rim. Took him 30 seconds to tell me I need a new rim. Unfortunately I have to go back because it is under warranty, but it will be a closer dealer. When I get a new escalade I’ll probably stay closer also.

Great sales team. Answered all questions we had and were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once we purchased the XT5, Mark was very thorough in his explanation of all vehicle options. He even went back through everything that we weren’t sure on. Would definitely recommend speaking with Steve and Mark when you are in the market for a new vehicle.

The day I got my car a check engine light went on burne Cadillac took my car in and there was major issues, they Fought with GM and and got approved for new motor the service department has been great working closely with my wife we should Get our car back soon but this dealership seems to be honest and wanting to make the issues right

Pete was amazing and made me comfortable with leasing again after the horrific experience I had with Wyoming Valley Motors BMW. I swore I would never lease another car as long as I lived after that. Pete and I discussed purchasing a car, but the payments would have been too high for what I wanted. I dont drive many miles a year, and after speaking with Pete I was more comfortable trying a lease again with Berne Cadillac. I was able to pick up my new vehicle the following week! Pete even took the time to help me understand all the new bells and whistles and send a tech to my house to get the garage door opener working (the last car I had for 5 years and I could never figure it out). He even cleaned my license plate cover! That was going way above and beyond what was needed to make a sale! He really made me feel comfortable and I felt he cared about me as a person, not just a customer. He is truly an asset to Berne Cadillac sales department.

They are very helpful! I was there for two separate repairs to my beloved caddy dts, and both times they went out if their way to help me find specials that saved me money. The problem I had was difficult to diagnose, and the manager pitched in and lent a hand to find an fix my problem. When I am ready for a trade-in they will be first on the list.

I am appalled and disgusted by the way I have been treated. My experience was as follows: I live on long Island and drove my $95k Escalade (with only 10k miles on it) to Pennsylvania to visit a friend. Once I arrived, my truck suffered several mechanical failures and broke down. It was not driveable in the slightest. I called Cadillac roadside (Im still in warranty) and explained my situation (after being on hold for over an hour and a half. The representative couldnt help me and had to transfer me. I was put on hold for another hour. Transferred several more times and after much fighting and many calls Cadillac agreed to have my car towed to the nearest dealer, R J Burne. What a mistake. Burne was unable to give me a loaner car, so after going back and forth with Cadillac, I was given an Enterprise rental suburban. The car was disgustingly dirty and had 1/8 a tank of gas... not cool! I then drove back home to LI and was assured Burne would operate on my car the next day and get in touch with me. I was not contacted, so I had to reach out to the less-than-helpful dealer. They had no idea who I was or why my car was there. So I of course had to explain the scenario to them. It took them three days to even take my car onto the lift...unacceptable. I never received a call from Burne. Anytime i wanted a status, Id have to reach out myself to the so unhelpful staff. Finally they said they did the work and the car was ready for me to pick up. Really? Im expected to drive EIGHT HOURS round trip to pick up my car that had manufacturers defects? No way. I explained to the woman Cadillacs trip interruption in my warranty statement, stating that Cadillac must flatbed the car to my house if it broke down, under warranty, a certain distance from my house (i forget i think 100 miles) and it was over that distance. We dont do that the lady on the phone told me. She said shes never heard of trip interruption and said it doesnt exist. I argued, saying that it obviously does exist if I have the fine print in front of me stating so. She told me she doesnt handle that, and its my responsibility to call Cadillac corporate to do it. So burne told me to call corporate. Corporate transferred me three times (2 hour phone call) and told me Burne has to do it. Told Burne that and they said no way and told me to contact customer service. Customer service told me to contact Burne. Burne told me to contact roadside assistance. Roadside assistance told me to contact Burne. Burne told me to contact customer service again. Customer service told me to contact Burne. Burne told me to contact my local dealer (King ORourke). Local dealer told me to call Burne. I proceeded to scream my heart out at Bill Felice at King ORourke (for the record, Bill was the only professional and helpful one I talked to in this whole weeklng process). Bill told me he will call Burne (its about time! Why should the customer have to keep doing this!?). A few minutes later Bill calls me back and said Burne will call me back within the hour to finalize the flatbed scheduling. An hour passes, no call. 2 hours pass... no call. A day passes, no call. Now of course like usual I have to bend over backwards to get in touch with Burne and finally theflatbed is scheduled. Service advisors at Burne arent the least bit friendly or helpful. Everyone acts like IM doint THEM a favor. Other way around. Eventually I get my truck back and am told that I have to return the Enterprise rental and figure it all out on my own. So i turn on my truck to ensure it will actually run now and guess what! Burne never fixed the problem. The car isnt in functional condition. I have multiple service and warning lights on the dash and the car is physically failing so I cant drive it. So guess what Burne did for me? nothing. They hung me out to dry and basically said Hey its not my problem, deal with it. Noone will help me now.
