Awesome phenomenal service by the store manager Bishme(B). He is so smooth with the sales process and is very knowledgeable and well spoken especially when dealing with someone such as me, who doesnt know anything about technology. To think i came in to buy headphones and i was a Sprint customer and Bishme convinced me to switch and now i got a new 12 pro maxx with Disney, Hulu and ESPN all included and Apple music as well. Im am so thrilled!!!!!

Bishme is fantastic. He is personable, patient, and provides excellent customer service. You never feel rushed or pressured when working with him. He sat with me and my fiancé for over an hour assisting us with setting up our new phones. I won’t use another Verizon location after our experience!

The customer service was fantastic. My man B (Bishme) really took care of my daughter and I. He was really knowledgeable and he didnt force anything on us that we didnt want. Finally had a good experience at Verizon and it didnt take forever.

Great customer service! Ian and the staff were very helpful and well educated on troubleshooting issues. They went above and beyond to assist in making our upgrading process effortless. No matter how busy they are, staff make sure you are waited on in a timely manner. Explanation of technical stuff are clear and precise, very easy to understand. With the amount of competition of Verizon stores in the area. I would highly recommend MBA Wireless in Taylor to anyone looking for a friendly, hassle free environment where staff are very good at their jobs!

This is one of the best store I have been in. Your sales rep took his time and even stayed and stayed opened an hour longer than he had to. Came in to replace my phone. My experience was excellent as the staff was extremely cordial and professional. Answered all my questions and concerns and helped me with the set up of my new phone. All I have to say is Kassandra is amazing she helped me get into my very first touch screen phone and I knew nothing about it or how to use it and she took her time to teach me and is willing to keep teaching me along the way she even offered some lessons on the phone and she adjusted the features to work just as I need it to thank you so much and her manager B was just as a great helped me get accessories for my phone with discount thank you both so much was a wonderful experience greatly appreciated!!

Stay away from this store. Go to Dickson City their store is nicer, they have more stock, comfortable seating, more knowledgeable and friendly staff and managers.To make a long story short I will be with Verizon 20 years next year and love them, I never had an issue until going to this Taylor store and having to deal with Bishme. I had to call corporate, told them everything that happened which is way to much to type and my attorney. Corporate did everything they could for me and was very apologetic also they sent me to Verizon in Dickson City to talk with the manager there, he couldnt do anything for me physically there because the Taylor store is a third party/retail store and not a corporate store but he did call the retail/third party store regional/district manager because of my circumstances and told her what happened and sent her proof and she is going to take care of me and make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Verizon store.

Great customer service. Bishme was very helpful and cares about the experience of his store. He stayed opened a half hour past their closing time to setup my new phone. Would recommend anybody to this store.

Awful experience. Manager at store Bishme seemed great at first and provided good service. Then found out that the accessories that came free with the phone were not actually free. Trade in value for my phone covered the price of the accessories which is why he stated they came free with the new phone. Also specifically stated that the iphone XS was the same upgrade price as the iphone X and this was again another lie. Will never go here again. I advise everyone to stay away from this verizon store as they seem to try to rip you off anyway they can.
