Update: I found out that we had a new sales person and somehow our quote information was lost. The sales person quickly sent out another quote and was very pleasant to talk to.My husband and I walked in to the showroom to purchase items for our bathroom. It took a while for someone to help us. The lady was nice, but it didnt seem like she was actually listening to us. She told us shed give us a quote that day through email. Now 4 days later, still no quote so I call them. I get, oh shes busy, Ill have her call you back. Still no phone call or quote. Guess our money means nothing.
