We had an excellent experience upgrading two existing phones and adding a third line. Sam helped us and he was the best service provider we’ve ever had at a Verizon store. He knew what he was doing, he was courteous, and he helped us figure out the best promos to maximize our upgrades. We would recommend going to this store and asking for Sam!

I have visited this location twice in near succession.On my first visit, Harry was my representative. I cannot express enough how patient and knowledgeable he is. It seemed as though all of my questions were answered, even before I asked them. Even after witnessing his interaction with other customers, I can say his patience and knowledge is to be admired. By far, the smoothest transaction ever.I was so impressed that I came home to describe the experience with my wife. She was so excited and jealous that I brought her to this location the next day to pick up another new phone and watch. This time, we had Sean as our representative. My wife was using another provider and moved over to Verizon. I couldnt believe how easy everything was! Sean was super accommodating and helped navigate all our questions and calm our worries. A true professional!Visiting this location was by far the best experience with Verizon Ive ever had.

This is the best Verizon retailer I have been to BY FAR. They spend all the time necessary to insure that their clients are getting everything they need. They answer any questions and are upfront and honest. I’ve used this retailer several times and am always blown away by their incredible customer service. Don’t get fooled by the Starbucks line going down sunrise! This place is always quick and very helpful. I go out of my way to come to this store instead of the others and it winds up saving time in the end. People drive by thinking there is a line but it shares a parking lot with Starbucks, so just go around the line and park.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store by far. Do NOT let that line of cars you see fool you, it’s for Starbucks drive thru... the store was empty on Sunday morning and Dev was able to devote his time to helping me and my iPhone issue. He was beyond helpful and kind.. I will never go to a different location.

I want you to know I got top-notch service there from Dil and Dev this is one of the best experiences I have received. They know just how to handle the clients are more or less of however needed to go out of their way for their clients the customers and for the best Verizon experience.

Do not let the Starbucks line deter you!! It is extremely obnoxious, but there is ample parking in front or you can cut the Starbucks line. Dev was awesome, the store is brand new, and the entire process was seamless. Compared to other locations in the area, I highly recommend this location.

I went in and Joseph was extremely helpful. I was transferring a line to my account, adding a new line and getting 4 new phones with data from old phone to transfer over. He gave us a competitive deal, was so personal and friendly and made sure everything was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I definitely would never go anywhere else.

After arriving with a broken phone, the associate Matt was incredibly helpful with guiding me through how to replace the cracked screen through insurance. He also was informative and helpful in helping my select my next phone. There were many hurdles while trying to get a new phone, which Matt was sure to handle each and every with grace. He was sure to rectify all issues and ensure that I not only was happy with my purchase but that it was working before I left. I truly appreciated all of his help and friendly demeanor!

My phone had an unfortunate accident and had to get a new phone. Went to this new location to help set up the new phone thinking I’d lost all my contacts. My wife and I were at the store and were greeted by Thomas. He was very friendly and was excellent at explaining our options. We are not very up to date on wireless systems and he took the time to explain things to us and when we were finished, we felt that we had made good decisions.

I had a wonderful experience at verizon last week. Harry took care of me and he was most helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient with a client who is not tech savvy at all. I highly recommend Harry and Verizon in Seaford. A great thing Harry didnt do things for me he had me add emails so I could understand what to do. He was great and I really appreciate his ability to know how to treat a customer. He is the same Harry from East Meadow my whole family goes there.

We just had the best experience at a Verizon store. Hameed (at the Seaford, NY store) was our representative and he went above and beyond to explain our options and our phones. We left the two very happy customers and Hameed was the reason.
