Was looking for a PS4 gaming system. They had a slim 1TB, which is exactly what I wanted with 3 games which I havent seen before. Of course, I was looking on line and it just didnt pop up in my search. The price was $299, which at the moment I thought was reasonable and $65 for a controller which I knew was a bit pricey. I stepped away for a moment and looked it up on my phone for Walmart and it was $264 for the system and $45 for the controller. When we went back to get the system it was priced at $249. So we were able to get the entire system under $300 with another controller!! The one plus was that that the associate was very knowledgeable and gave me good background information on the games.

Adequate selection of games. Staff was adequate. Their knowledge of how to use the PoS system was disappointing, the process took a lot longer than expected. Was in the store for thirty minutes to trade in 5 games and purchase a new one.

Didn’t have any headsets they had put on display then none of the employees could answer any of my questions about headsets. How can you sell if you don’t know the products. Then the one dude with glasses laughed when I got frustrated because no one could answer my question. Constantly had to wait while the employees ran back and forth to ask the manger where the head sets was located. The mics went on sale today and they had none in stock

This store is a good example of why gamestop is all but done. The manager is about 19.

I had purchased a game system in Salisbury, it was not working. Took to Seaford. They traded it, hooked it up to verify worked. He was nice and friendly also answered multiple questions.

The service could definitely use an upgrade in quality staffing. Other than that, its a GameStop. You get new and used games and accessories.

John was absolutely a jewel. He was very informative when speaking with my grand children about Pokeman cards, gift boxes and other extraordinary opportunities. He even went beyond that with a willingness to call us with more information of interest to the kids. John needs a pay raise and a permanent position there in Seaford de. Store.
