I saw Dr. Mohammed Eissa, and he was amazing. I have a panic disorder and had a panic attack during the exam and he was very understanding and nice about it. He helped calm me down and finished the exam pretty quickly and efficiently. This was my second time seeing him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.
Very unorganized. After speaking with three staff members and being on hold for almost twenty minutes. The staff still failed to know why I needed to be rescheduled. After so many years of being a patient, I am leaving this practice.
They are great. The doctor took his time with and made sure that everything was good. The ladies there are very helpful and helped with finding the right glasses and cost. Love my glasses
The staff was amazing with my 4 yr old they made it fun for her because she was scared then we had to go back for a second exam for her glasses and they even gave her baby doll an eye exam for her
I made an appointment online and they called me a week later saying they had to reschedule and put me on Saturday. They called Friday to confirm my appointment and all was good and then they called 4:04 pm mind you they close at 5 pm just to be on hold for an hour and not able to reschedule.
Phone system terrible. Can’t get anyone. Same recording keeps repeating
They were nice n helpful. I got my glasses from there a couple months ago and I needed them to be more fitting. I just walked in and they fix them for me. I didnt need an appointment thank you so much.
I had a Rocky start with My Eye Dr in Seaford. Went to pick up my glasses and contacts the contacts worked great, but the glasses were totally off prescription wise. They were quick to have my eyes re-examined and after consultation and straightening up some misunderstandings we changed the prescription a bit and the quality of the progressive lenses in my frames. They came through and fixed the problem. They did not charge me for the upgrade due to the misunderstandings. I felt this was very nice of them. Thanks Angela
My daughter was referred to a specialist after being examined. She is 15 so no longer wants me present during the exam. The doctor, instead of coming and explaining the situation to me, chose to rely on my daughter to pass along the professional opinion of the delicate genius. Highly unprofessional and just plain bs. Last time we go here. The desk clerk had to come and explain the situation to me because the docotors time must have been too valuable to share with a peasant like me. Dr. Kyle Kravetz
I recently when got my glasses from seaford office In the past when gotten my glasses there they great service was good a 5 star but now I hope to seaford office they didnt tint my glasses like I always gotten them took them back lady went in back and came back they were dark but soon I went out side they return back were they was barely tinted lady said new glasses were tinted like my glasses in the pass but I knew that was not true at all next year Ill go somewhere else and get my glasses
Yesterday was my first time there everyone was very nice I bet I didnt wait 2 min before they took me back Im trying contacts for the first time I had a hard time getting them out the girl helping me was very patient with me and showed me how to do it I would recommend this place to everyone

A selection of frames for a child of any age is not available in this office. He was only given 4 frames to choose from. My Grandson ended up with adult size frames that are to big for his face and he is only 5 yrs old! Also being his first eye exam he was scared of all the equipment and drops in his eye They where only able to complete half of one test because they gave up when they tried to puff air into his eye and failed. We where not told that they did not carry a line of Childrens eye wear when the appointment was made. I will not be going back to this office for future eye care.
I broke my glasses, took over two weeks to come in and then cant fit them for me for another week. The only other option is to hand them out the door with no fitting. Meanwhile Im wearing an old pair with an expired prescription. Poor service.
My first time visit was very positive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. Impressed! Thank you to Alexis, Brooke, Angie, and Dr. Vanek for making my experience such a good one.

Have been coming here for years while it was Halpren eye Care. Now that my eye Dr has taken over very slow and poor service. Bought 2 pairs of glasses and having to go back each week to get lenses put back in frames on both sets. They keep falling out and they keep putting them back in. Usually wait about 45 minutes to get repairs. Its like we got your money just take a seat we get to you when we get ready. Very sad way to do business and treat your paying customer. Would not recommend do business with them at seaford
I make an appointment with MyEyeDr in Seaford DE. It is March and the appointment is for July. Three days before the appt MyEyeDr leaves a message they need to change my appt. I call, they state the Dr no longer works for them. I ask for another appt. Best they can do is September. I need a new eye glass prescription and new glasses. My Eye Dr is a poor customer service company. They do not even try to help the customer. Terrible customer relations. Unfortunately, not much to choose from.

I will never go back to this MyEye doctors office. It was the worst service I have ever had. My glasses came in with the wrong prescription, returned glasses that gave me headaches 3 days later. After 2 weeks I received a call that my glasses would be one week longer. I spoke to a young lady that was going to expedite my order, and that I would get a call that my glasses would be here this Friday. I never got a call and when I called I was told the young lady was in meetings all day and how could they help me. After being on hold for 13 minutes then was told they would not be in til the following Wednesday. I have been waiting since June 20th and it is July 20 and I still dont have a new prescription. Angela Jackson is the young lady that I spoke with and was just told she would call me at the close of the day.
