I know theyre closing, but whatever is left is expensive! I came when they first opened for their closing sale (if that makes sense) and they were expensive then too! Home Goods is way better!

Store is closing so practically everything is on sale 10% - 50% off. Unfortunately most of the things that I bought were only 10% off but I still was able to save around $20. There is definitely a lot MORE in the store than I last remember. Apparently the store is closing but will reopen under a different name.

Today was my first time shopping there. I got a really good deal on some really nice decor. It was 30% off and if you bought 5 things you got another 15%. I got everything for $27. I cant wait to go back tomorrow. I wish I had gotten alot more stuff. My cashiers name was Beverly Pemberton she was very friendly and informed me about how to get a better deal. Highly recommend this store.

Going out of business, closing doors in March. Got some nice T-shirts and nice shirts for husband and a pretty blouse for myself marked down to $7.99. Everything is 60%off and more. Salespeople were all very pleasant.

Confusing they say 50% off it ends up being 10% when u get to register tag has to end in an 8 whos got all that time to look at each tag and most end in 0 I give up Im going to Boscovs and Macys in the mall theyre not confusing! Good luck Peebles! Thats my opinion!😪

Very pleasant cashier, but no one to help on the floor or answer questions. Its going out of business, but the prices are still high. 20% off is a regular sale, not liquidation.I did buy some cute baby clothes for my new great niece and some gloves for myself, but the clothes for men and women were beyond ugly. They were scary ugly.Honestly, while I had a good time shopping with my friend, I wouldnt say it was worth the 45 minute ride to get there.There used to be a Peebles in the Salisbury and they had very cute clothes, shoes, and accessories. Of this is what they are selling now, its no wonder theyre going out of business.Apparently, they are not closing do much as rebranding as a Gormans. I hope the inventory is better when they do.

Unfortunately Peebles will be closing. I really liked them. But they will be reopening on March 17th as Gormans.

I love this store! And now their 60% off store closing sale is too much fun! Re-open in March as Gordmans and they say its even better. Well see😉Great place for ladies jeans, casual work clothes and even very dressy things. Prices are competitive and their coupons and sales are terrific! Love the addition of little home goods. They even have fun animal things here. Bed n Bath, Estee Lauder, nice mens section and shoes for the family. A true department store. Am i showing my age?!😊

Advertise a closing sale, but were not closing. No deals to be found. Refused to let me use coupons, although all other locations allowed it. It was like shopping in a thrift store...chaos everywhere I turned. Wont be going back.

Going out of business sale with all sales final and 95% of the stuff left is only 30% off. Not much of a final price sale. Especially when things have been picked over

Please stay away, this isnt a sale, you up price the same items you can get cheaper in Walmart, plus if you ask a checkout clerk a question you get eye rolling and hateful comments, glad your closing

Clean friendly store. Had a bad experience with one of the sales ladies trying to push a credit card on me. Had to tell her more more than three times no thank you.

The employees there are snobs. I feel like they look down on me when my wife and I go in there and I probably make 3x the money they make. Just because someone doesnt dress like there rich doesnt mean they cant afford to shop there.

Supposed to be closing and signs on windows said 50% off. Yet when you get inside it is only certain items have that amount off. Other items are anywhere from 10% to 20% off and all the items I wanted were full price. The signs over the items were extremely misleading.

Found what I needed at a great price

Large enough selection on the items youd expect they have, however very pricey on most that you can find elsewhere cheaper. Also their coupons and discounts can get confusing as they seem to change it up a lot.

I have been shopping at Peebles for over 20 years and have the preferred store card. Today 5/2 I went to the Seaford, DE store to return a pair of shoes. I went to the shoe department and asked a lady short,older, african amercan working there that I would like to return. She told me there should be someone at the register and points in a vague direction for me to go that way. I go to the register, and noone is there. I walk back to the shoe department to let her know noone is there, and I would like to return my shoes. She rolls her eyes in front of me and stomps off to the register, I followed because I assumed she would now help me. While at the register she lets me know that because I have shoes, I can return them to any department. Had she been friendly and helpful prior, I wouldve thought nothing of it but the connotation and context of her comment was just implying how I was inconveniencing her asking for assistance and to go somewhere else next time.

Sometimes there is a long wait to check out the clothes are expensive but of good quality sometimes you can get off season clothes at a great deal, example got a $150 jacket for $20 dollars in the summer

I never have a good experience in this Peebles. There are 5 registers and whenever I come in, only 1 is open. It’s crazy!! When I found a second register, the woman there said that it was not open. It was like a hassle for her to wait on me.
