Breasia the cashier who helped was super cool...She smiled and keeps eyes contact...The supervisor addressed properly and a respectful tone of voice...The store was clean...Everything I wanted was there except for the full size mirror...The store smells good...No employees standing around....The prices was moderate compare to other stores...The furniture prices was unbelievably cheap compare to even online stores...

This particular Big Lots SUCKS! They have a pitiful selection of MDSE! They have a terrible RETURN policy too. One should ask to have your receipt(s) electronically sent to email, especially if you are a Big Lots club member They dont take EBT either!! They sale furniture, but they dont deliver! This BL is a sad situation indeed. One of the nice Big Lots cashiers told me that this is a bad location to shop after I told her that a shopping cart almost hit my vehicle because of a careless customer. This store is definitely on the lower scale of retailers!! I will not patronize this establishment again!

Place was clean but they have a problem with pricing. My item was higher than the tag but the young lady didnt check, she just said we have new people and they just hang tags wrong. I dont believe that is the complete answer.

Very overpriced. Everything in the store can be found for much less either in Roses or Walmart. Ridiculous!

Normally I dont have much negativity towards this particular store. Today though I was told at checkout that bags would cost me 10 cents each. Not that I would mind, if I had known. Fortunately for me I have been using my reusables for many years. My issue is there is no previous knowledge for customers. I usually visit Big Lots at least once a week and have not heard this at all before today. What has happened to customer service?

Hardly any inventory to shop from, employees were short at hand. One cashier and a line down the store. Cashier was very polite and had undivided attention to whom she was serving at the time so kudos to her for a job well done. Great finds on what was found.

Staff was very helpful. The lady that helped me was restocking and stopped to assist me in locating items.

I really like Big lots Im a little disappointed that all of the pricing has seem to increase vastly over the last few months but Im assuming that Covid has a lot to do with it. But I still go there from time to time for the things that I need and the style that I like.

Items hard to find but good prices

Be careful of what you buy. Half the stuff is “nonreturnable” and they’re extremely rude. Every time we have gone in the store in the last 2 weeks they have been.

Great place to find all types of things for your home. They have great selections and all types of food.

We bought 3 spools of outside lights to trim the house then realized they were warm white and we needed cool white. We took them back with no receipt and the nice lady allowed us to exchange them. We are sooooo pleased. Make sure you add all big lot purchases to your account. It helps.

I went in to look for a different bed for my grandson. There were no associates to ask any questions to. We were walking around the department for almost 45 minutes. As we walked around the store, counting the cashier, I only saw 3 people working. Its the start of the holiday season shopping, where are those important workers to help customers?As for the appearance of the store, it was free from clusters of boxes, well stocked, and clean.

They have a lot of nice things that one may need. And pretty decent prices. Good parking also easy access.

I only went in one time for one thing. They had it. Unfortunately it was priced $2.50 and came up almost $10.00. I returned it because I didnt have the time to find someone to check the situation out. So, that was my fault but i was in a hurry trying to help someone. Their were many many people there with baskets full and looking like it was a fun and relaxing place to shop. It was clean and the cashier was wonderful.

Had what i needed. Moved shelves around so had to really look for what I needed.

Always a variety & excellent bargains. Im always surprised that my bill is so low for amount of stuff I buy. Better still is EVERY employee I encountered was pleasant, helpful, courteous, and friendly.

I needed some new pillows and saw that big lots had a buy one, get one 50% off deal on Serra pillows. I went and got the No Flat version and they are amazing! As soon as I lay my head down on it its not long before Im out for the night. The cashier was also very polite

Had to ask for A bag for two of the items I bought and the cashier didnt ask if I had my Big Lots card the last five visits to Big lots Ive not been asked if I have A Big Lots card most the time they dont want to put the items in bags even the smallest of things make me feel as A cashier myself like its to much work for them to do

Good store just in places not a lot on the shelves almost looked like it was closing down.

Needs more stuff on the shelves and more isles. The store is huge wish the space was utilized better..

It was fine until a customer wanted to return something, then the cashier had to find the manager and I had to take all my purchases off the countier. had to go to another register. They need a separate customer service desk.

Had a nice sale this weekend, but its always hit or miss with the products they have in stock. Still I enjoy getting the deals Big lots has!!

The store seemed random. Like organization was attempted, but not achieved. The aisles were unkempt, with items out of place or on the floor. I went for a pair of work out clothes. Basketball shorts to be exact. And maybe some cheap running shoe alternative. They dont sell clothing. There really isnt a huge selection of anything in particular. The dollar general has more of a selection. The prices arent really lower than say.. a dollar store. On par with Walmart actually.

Big Lots is kind of like Dollar General they get a lot of different stuff in the furniture you have to watch to make sure theyre made properly they dont hold up some of them dont
