Weve just completed our third project with them including: BI-LEVEL Backyard BBQ Granite Countertops w/custom edge, NEW Kitchen Countertops with Sink & Faucet and CUSTOM Glass Backsplash Tile. From the in-store design consultation, to the follow-up appointments at our home, to the expert installation with some very complicated/intricate details; the staff could not have been more friendly, attentive, professional, and accommodating. They said what they were going to do, and then did what they said; on-time & on-budget. What more can you ask for?! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Their lead time is very short! - other people and box stores were quoting us slightly less but had lead times of 30-45 days for a counter top install!They had me pick out the slabs that i wanted. came in to make a template and had the counter top cut and installed in a window of 7 days!Also their work has very few seams, and the seams that they do have are pretty much invisible.I would recommend them to anyone looking to do counters.

My husband and I used Napoli through Home Depot. The people from Napoli were all so nice. We had a kitchen counter installed and loved it so much that we had the come back and install another counter eating area. The granite we chose goes so well with our kitchen design. They did a beautiful job! They were clean and efficient doing the installation. All the people we dealt with in person and on the phone were extremely nice. From the time we ordered to installation was also very quick. We would highly recommend this company!

Several months ago we did our kitchen counter top & island thru Home Depot. Napoli marble & granite did an unbelievable job. They are friendly careful & professional. My sink wasn’t the right size and they changed it twice.The owner said if you’re not happy we’ll do the work until you’re happy. We are enjoying it so very much every day. Thank you!

This company changed my counters and backsplash, and installed a new cabinet. Not only was the install fantastic, but the design suggestions were incredible. Highly recommend this company for a top notch start to finish experience and excellent quality of work.

I had a small bathroom remodeled with Oz contractors (who did a great job but were expensive) and they recommended Napoli for the countertop. There was basically one quartz slab that matched the beige color of the bathroom so we choose it. It was 2x2 with a sink cut out which cost $500 what a rip off! We had it installed 10 months ago and now started to notice erosion causing white dull spots by the faucet. Napoli came in and looked, they said theres nothing they can do. Not even try to polish it for us. We do our best to keep it dry and dont use harsh chemicals on it. I would never recommend using Napoli.

I am appalled by the lack of respect and how unprofessional the people that not only own this company but the employees as well. I have never written a rating before but felt the need to warn people about this business. From the minute you walk in the door do not expect to be greeted. Once you approach the woman who owns the company she will in fact be condescending and nasty. I had to pick my jaw off the floor because I have never walked into a business with such nasty people before. The employee that helped me clearly didnt want my business. I almost felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman without the whole prostitution thing. They basically pushed me out the door not wanting business. As a business owner myself and as a person with class and respect I would never treat consumers (or people on the street for that matter) the way these people do. They should be put out of business and based on their other reviews Im sure its only a matter of time. Ill be sure to let my army of new homeowner friends and family know about this unprofessional and down right nasty business. Go somewhere else!

Called for a price and they were about 6 times higher then everyone else. They wanted $600 just to remove the counter tops. I get it everyone need to make money but you don’t have to rip people off. I would stay away!!

Amazing! Very fast and friendly service, Marianne and her staff were extremely accommodating, I could not be happier with their quality of work. The process was very easy and quick, they were punctual, and I could not be more satisifed.

Terrible experience for me and other customers i know. i went into the store, was helped by someone that doesnt usually work there was only filling in for the day. gave the measurements from my contractor, as well as how many boxes he would need. to place the order, rosalie told me that no, we calculated that you would need 9 boxes not 7. i was left with 2 whole extra boxes of tile and half from another box, but they conveniently have a no return policy on tile. this happened to other customers of theirs that i know. after ordering the tile and grout, they ordered the wrong color when my husband went to pick it up. held up my whole project and contractor. then, i called to reorder the right tile, and when i called to make sure it was ready they never ordered the grout with the tile so i had to wait 4 more days. when i finally went to pick up the order, rosalie and another male employee were yelling obsenitys at each other across their desks. even though there was a customer in the store. would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to get ripped off.

I visted Napoli on Thurday and they gave me granite samples. When I went back the next day to get different samples, I was rudely told to take pictures of the slabs with my cell phone.I didnt get the samples and they didnt get my business!

If you are willing to spend your hard earned $$ and, in return, be treated like a piece of garbage-these are the people to use.They installed THOUSANDS of dollars worth of granite in my kitchen and sold me a service contract for maintenance. We moved to a new construction in Nassau county-they will not honor my maintenance contract b/c it is a different house.They tell you that Chris will be there between 9am -12pm. You call at 12:15pm and they say he is on his way. He shows up at 4:15pm with an attitude and no apology from ANYONE.I am just surprised that in this day and age with the economy the way that it is-that they should have such poor customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Update your online hours so I don’t drive all the way to your store to find out your closed on sundays throughout the summer. Another granite store will probably get my business now.
