Went to this Harbor Freight to buy two items that were out of stock at other stores. The employee that helped us was extremely pleasurable and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with what we were getting. He also helped the two items to our car and loaded them for us when he noticed that I was limping. He said there was no need for me to lift and haul on them and that is what he was there for. He put both items in our car without any hesitation and even thanked us for shopping at the store. Definitely a great guy to do business with and Harbor Freight should be happy he is an employee. He is definitely an asset to their company and store.

Got to say this was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Had a list and had no idea what I was doing. I was helped by two employees both were amazing, sweet and knowledgeable on the things I needed. Plus their prices dont break the bank! Definitely a go-to store for any tools you may need.

Excellent service, excellent prices and quality tools.Bought a Badlands winch from them. After installing 98% of it I realize I dont have the circuit breaker that connects to the battery. The product was packaged incredibly well. No tears, no holes, obviously an oversight when they packed it at the factory. No biggie Ill call the manufacturer and have them send me one. Yeah... 10 to 12 weeks to get one. WHAT! How is that possible. You package and ship these out everyday. No one can wait that long.I went to Harbor freight explained my situation and without blinking an eye told me to get another one off the shelf, bring it up to the counter, and open it up and take what you are missing.That is serious customer service

I needed new wheels for my yard wagon and they had the solid tires that you dont have to pump up. Worked out great!

I had a surge in my electric and somehow caused two pond pumps to fail, went to Harbor Freight and bought perfect replacement pumps, also picked up 3 soaker hoses on sale, had a young girl help find the hoses. Very nice helpful young lady 👏

For being a woman Harbor Freight Tools is my most favorite place to go sometimes its hard for me to get out of there without a bill of like $300. I can always find everything I need from saw two drills and drill bits and sockets and air compressors hoses and hose clamps Harbor Freights got it!!!! If youre a man who loves his tools and likes to work on mechanics? Harbor Freights the place to go. !!!! I even think they might even have specialty tools there check out Harbor Freight next time you need a new tool for your toolbox o they sell tool boxes there too. I absolutely love Harbor Freight! Went to Harbor Freight to purchase an item using my 20% off coupon. I was told the coupon would not work? I said it should as it is not a brand that was excluded in the small print on the coupon. I was wishing to purchase a piece of equipment from Central Pneumatics. She stated the exclusion for this product line was excluded 4 months back? i suggested she honor the coupon as this product line is not printed in the exclusions. She said no! My experiences have always been good at this location.

Some associates were great, asking if any assistance was needed. However, seems like each time I shop here the cashiers are not focused (like in la-la land) they always ask you to repeat yourself simply because they are not paying attention.

Staff not offensive, just not present or even identifiable unless they were ringing someone up.

I used to have a 5-star rating for Harbor Freight. Then I purchase a scroll saw got it home and the knob wouldnt keep the base still. Took it back to get my money back the owner was actually there and he told the kid at the register theres a place on the Shelf just put it there. I thought to myself the place on the Shelf is where this box was that I am returning because its defective but you have no problem putting it back on the Shelf to sell it to somebody else. Unless its in a package and not a power tool I wont be buying anything at Harbor Freight.

Found what I needed and was good to go until a guy walked in cut us off and the cashier who saw us walk up before him ignored us and helped the cutter. Stuff happens but it was a pretty rude thing to do

Today I called ahead to check on availability of the 1000 lb wagon, and had one waiting for me! Two female employees were extremely polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the tools we needed. Seaford DE is the one to go to. The Salisbury store staff are not quite as helpful or friendly. I always find something to buy here. Easy access, plenty of parking and always the best price on tools.

As mentioned in past reviews, this store has more tools and gadgets than Id ever use in a lifetime!

I found everything that i went forand like usual, I bought lots of other tools also. I am an Inside Track Club member, so before I went, I clipped all of the coupons available for the items I needed and also clipped the pictures and prices of the Items that had no coupons. I do that because I sometimes get sidetracked with all the tools and if i have the pics and prices along with the coupons stuck in my folder i dont forget
