Love this place. We always try to stop in when we visit family on the island. Would have given it 5 stars, but they didnt have the flavor that I painstakingly waited 6 months for. You let me down Ralph. My puppy enjoyed his treat though. Well def be back.

Really love the flavors and glad they have so many locations around! So sad when the winter comes and they close down.

It’s a Friday night in may, only two girls are working and they have absolutely zero sense of urgency as a line begins to form consisting of 6 people. They’re chatting as haute working and are taking their sweet time. After 15 minutes waiting behind three customers, there’s no key lime pie. Fine. I ask for lime and cola. She makes it and puts the cola in then tells me she’s sorry but there’s no lime - I waited 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. Poor Customer services and product knowledge.

They didnt have any flavors I wanted but the nice lady found a flavor that closely matched and I still enjoyed ☆♡☆

I used to love this location, but after today, will never be going to this one again. The woman who is usually there (manager? She has blonde hair) has always been friendly. I went today and was greeted by this girl with dark hair who looked like I was interrupting her TikTok stardom. She shuffles over to me and when I asked for one flavor, she says We dont have it. I ask for another, We dont have it. I asked why those flavors were out. Were they closing soon for the season? I get a shrug and a mumbled answer. I then ask What flavors DO you have?. She shoves this crumbled up menu to me with all these flavors crossed out. I showed her the one I wanted wasnt crossed out. She rolls her eyes and says We dont have it. Not once was there ever and Im sorry, but were out of that flavor. If this girl hates her job that much, then go someplace else. Im sure there is someone who would love to take her place. The job cant be THAT horrible.I ended up going to Baskin-Robbins across the street where I was greeted pleasantly and they had the flavor I wanted.

A bunch of inexperienced girls running the counter, too busy chatting and goofing off then actually taking orders when there is a long line. Got soft serve and it tasted flavorless, next day me and my whole family of 6 woke up with stomach aches. Myself vomiting. Poor service, poor ice cream. Overall terrible experience. Ralphs in Massapequa park is way better.

Great ice cream and desserts!

Just came to satisfy a quick craving. Got a kiddie size of cookies and cream ice cream for $2.75. It was exactly what I wanted. The ice cream is delicious and creamy. Felt good about the kiddie size, it’s actually a good amount. They don’t have a sit down space, it’s pretty much just a window sill service but there is parking available.

Two for one twisters has become a summer tradition.

Standard Ralph’s fare, nothing outstanding or different. Staff (teenagers) seem to have an attitude the few times I’ve gone, but otherwise no major complaints.

I love this place. Coming from NJ, Ritas was a local favorite for water ice. Ralphs definitely provides a step up, or at the very least an alternative, with its cream ice. The Twister is my favorite, combining the ice with the custard/ice cream. Great balance and selection of flavors. The staff was friendly and patient.

Best Italian ices on the island!

I always look forward to when this place opens in the warm weather. Great alternative to Carvel/ ice cream and they offer a variety of really interesting Italian ices. Also have their own ice cream if you prefer. Check it out!

You never fail me Ralph. Ive been to a lot of different locations and none of them have failed me, including this one.This location offers a good selection of ices and ice cream, although not as much as the other ones Ive been to, but still good! I actually only came to this location twice so far because I actually never realized it was there...so Ill be back quite often. Ive only gotten the ices so far and its AWESOME as usual. It really satisfies my cravings especially on these hot Summer days. Ive tried the Rainbow, Mango, and Lemon so far and YUMMY!!Totally recommend! Thinking about it makes me want it now...

They are really good but they are always out of the flavors you want

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I must say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place neat consistently. Pricing is fair and they serve sizeable portions.

Very good icecream. I had two scoops one cotton candy and the other black cherry. Great combination. I also really enjoyed the vintage serving style. You approach the counter and eat the icecream on a large bench outside which offers great people watching. I only wish I had another stomach to have tried even more flavors!

Great natural italian ices with pieces of real fruit. I recommend it wholeheartedly

We go to Ralphs quite frequently in the summer since we moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. The ices are solid for a chain there are obviously many selections but, there isnt anything that blows you away. The service is also decent but today there were really slow.

Good ice cream but server was rude when asked for a lid she scooped ice cream out and rolled her eyes and put a coffee lid on it meanwhile someone else asked for a lid and got a plastic cover. Great ice cream rude people
