Had some packages dropped off for shipping 2 weeks ago and according to the tracking number is still sitting in the store. They do not return calls or even answer the phones when you call. Very poor customer service I DO NOT recommend this company for your shipping needs.

Please let your delivery people know their good quality IS NOTICED. I have a long ramp. All other delivery Companies leave packages out front in rain and sometimes damaged. UPS has always ran it up to the door and knocked. When I get it he or she usually is in the truck waving. Like food its worth it for the good service. Thank you.

Hours posted states store closes at 6:30PM. Showed up at 6:24PM. Door already locked and the staff was inside cashing out the register. Frustrating!!

Have been to our local UPS store a couple of times to drop off on--line returns. Customer service is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Literally, a breath of fresh air. Such a please to do business with them!

I have been doing business with The UPS Store #6185 for quite a few years now and its always a pleasure to work with them. recently I started using more of their services and its been a incredible experience. request are taken care of straight away. nothing is a problem and the job gets done fast. I have works with many vendors and I have to say few live up the expectations I have come to take for granted with The UPS Store #6185.Laura and her team are incredible. professional, courteous and swift.

I was having trouble receiving delivery at our new construction home and spoke with Laura at the UPS Store in Seaford. She gave me the number of the Customer Center in Harrington where I was able to give them directions to my house and received my package the same day. Great job UPS Store!

Most of the staff is helpful and professional, but one female staffer is obnoxious, rude and a consummate know-it-all. She interrupts customers who happen to be talking to other employees (twice) to interject some nonsensical point she thinks she knows about. She clearly has no idea how to comport herself professionally, which makes it infinitely less likely customers will patronize this business. I certainly wont and I dont recommend you do either.

I ordered a package for one-day delivery, paying extra for that luxury. I was out for a good portion of the day, since the only details I had were that the package would arrive by 8pm. I assumed that, as normal, the package would be on my doorstep waiting for me when I returned home if it arrived while I was out, but it seems that such basic courtesies are outside the scope of UPS services.The package apparently arrived here at 2:20pm, but since the customer was not available, they took the package and are apparently going to hold it at the nearest UPS store. Not only do I not get my package in the one day that I paid extra for, but I must now go and retrieve said package myself. I will never use UPS again. I will ensure that any item I buy is shipped by FedEx or the USPS, since they apparently know that people cant stay rooted to their homes for 24 hours waiting for a package.Not that they will, because the twits of the world always find a way to survive, but I fervently hope that UPS goes under.

How do you give a negative star? Bad attitude, over priced shipping supplies, up selling. I purchased the box and the bubble wrap from inside the ups store, they wanted to charge me around $3.00 just to put the bubble wrapping inside the box. I asked the girl if I could put the bubble wrap inside the box myself. She said yes but told me I would have to leave the store to place the bubble wrap inside the box. I ask her why and she stated that it is counterintuitive to allow me to place the bubble wrap inside the box inside her store because they offer that service as a business. Then the other ups girl stated it was as if I was seated at a restaurant and asked if I could get a discount if I cooked the food myself. 100% chance I will never step foot in a ups store again

For our 47th anniversary my husband took me on a weekend get-away. While I was waiting for him I perused my Facebook account and saw a cute pair of sandals that had been popping up in my feed over and over. I text my granddaughter to get her opinion as to whether they would be cool or looked too “old lady”. Mia said they were good so I clicked the button to order. Within minutes the $46.98 was deducted via Paypal, which seemed odd since the shoes hadn’t even shipped. After a few days I sent emails to the vendor checking the status and was disappointed to not hear anything back. Well the long story short is the shoes, after 7 weeks, did finally arrive (so that was good) but they didn’t have the same appearance as shown on the ad and they fit terribly. The packaging didn’t have any paperwork to return the shoes. Last week I needed a picture blown up from 8”x10” to 22”x53”. I text Laura (UPS manager extraordinaire) at Seaford’s UPS store and was given a quote in minutes. I asked Laura to proceed and again within minutes Laura text me back to let me know that the pixels in my picture were not going to yield the very best copy. Since it was only a stencil to be used for a stained glass project, I was not concerned and told her to proceed and use the cheapest paper/process she could. She began the printing but did not have the paper she quoted. I got a better grade paper for the quoted price. The printing was done the same day and ready for pick up. The business ordering the print received the bill via email. So if you want to pay ahead, be ignored, wait weeks, get a worse product than advertised then order the sandals. BUT if you want to pay the cheapest price, get immediate responses, get a better quality product than you expected, pick it up the same day and not even have to worry about the payment at pick up then go to the local UPS store managed by Laura. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Laura and team.And since we were talking about anniversaries…my parents celebrated 70 years of marriage. Amazing right? So what do you get for them since they need nothing? Well my mom had always liked a mirror that I had and I decided I wanted to give that to her for their anniversary. She lives in CA and I live in DE. The mirror was huge, about 36”x55”, and very heavy. That could have been a recipe for disaster but I took the mirror to Laura at the local UPS store in Seaford. Laura gave me a quote, wrapped the mirror and shipped it on its way to my parents. The mirror arrived within the week, fully intact and my parents were surprised and delighted. So whatever your needs and even if it has nothing to do with anniversaries, Laura and her team at Seaford UPS can help you.

Terrible. I went in to have 2 forms filled with script. I returned and they screwed up one of the forms and had the audacity to ask me for another copy of it. It would make more sense if they scanned the blank document first,then practice a couple times before attempting the finished product. I understand mistakes happen,but most people are not going to carry extras with them.

They TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU by charging over 2 dollars to print a premade emailed shipping label and sticking it on a box. When asked they said its .14 cents for the 1 printed page and 1.99 for labor (slapping a sticker on a box). RIPOFF alert.Update: It would appear that they removed this charge but now there are no explination of charges so they may just be adding it into the final cost. Either way Brandy always seems to have an attitude.
