I couldn’t be happier! After coming in and telling them that I bought a sectional from them 2 years ago, and my dog had torn apart 2 pieces of it…they found it and were able to get it delivered before we move in a month! The amount of relief I felt. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and hard work during our trip!

If it isn’t in the store or warehouse, don’t buy. Bought chest, dresser with mirror and 2 night stands April 2021. I was told the mirror and night stands would be shipped, was told would arrive by the end of September. The chest and dresser were delivered soon after I purchased them. Now I have been told mirror and night stands won’t arrive until February if then. They haven’t been shipped out, they are still in Vietnam, would be almost a year,if they arrived in February. Ashley wanted me to take a mirror and night stands that were from another set, don’t want a unmatched new set of furniture. I canceled the mirror and stands, I don’t want to continue to pay for something I don’t have, and they couldn’t replace the whole set with another, stuck with paying for incomplete set. Will have to sell and start over. So very disappointed

We went to Searcy’s Ashley Home Store to check out another recliner, which we decided wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Josh showed us these chairs sitting close by. The one we chose- the color, cloth, power, remote, build dimensions, as well as the lift- filled all the boxes of what we were looking for. Yes,it was pricier than what we originally came for, but it’s sturdy and fills the need. I expect this chair will be sturdy, beautiful, comfortable and useful for many years. The Peace of Mind package was helpful as well.JM

Just bought an new living room suit with the help of Blake Garms. Blake was super to deal with and extremely helpful. Had an excellent experience with Rochelle. Every sales team member seemed very happy to be there, and as a former retail worker myself that was so nice to see! Had a few bumps along the way with communication on delivery from someone in Jonesboro. I feel like Searcy could definitely do with a local customer service representative outside of the sales people I worked with who were so great! However the manager at Searcy was went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will 10/10 recommend this store to my friends and family.

Bought a leather powered sofa recliner and in less than one year cushions started to get discoloration markings in various places. Tried to work with Gamble corporate office to have cushions replaced and the tech they sent out stated he would have to recover whole sofa and left with nothing fixed. We barely use this sofa. Very poor quality and company does not stand behind their products. Dont buy here!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a loveseat and sofa for my mother. It is the electric recliner kind. We have sent back 4 SETS of furniture. They are hard to contact, NEVER call back, we asked for our money back and that was out of the question. The end table we received was broken as well. I will never ever in my life come back to this store and spend a dime with them. I spent almost 4K for raggedy furniture!! I tried to be patient with the switching of the sets, but 4 different sets and they all have some kind of malfunction. The right thing to do would be to let us come in or give the money back! Either way it was a lesson learned, I should have kept my business at the Ashley store in Beebe! SMH!
