They fixed my Skylight in 8/2017. The Staff worked with my work schedule to accommodate me. They were able to repair my skylight fast.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Scheduled appointment for Wednesday between 2 and 4 pm. They never showed and never called. Called office and they never returned the call. The next morning I was finally able to get a person on the phone. Three hours later he called and said the repairman’s previous job ran longer than expected so he didn’t have time for me. He should have called and explained the situation and made me the first call the next day. I kept calling the office and leaving pleading messages. No one even had the courtesy to return my call. Two days later still no call. This is the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever seen. Needless to say I’ve hired another contractor.
