Unfortunately, this Staples have an employee by the name of Anthony that needs some training in customer service. I bought some cardstock that was buy 2 get 1 free. The store display only had 2 on display, so I asked when I checked out if they had some more in the back or elsewhere in the store. Anthony response was I dont think so. So I asked for a raincheck or what else could I do? He had no answer for me and didnt ask any other employees for assistance. Staples is one of the stores that I go to often. So disappointed at this Staples. I will not return or refer the Seaside Staples to others. Work on your customer service or get people who want to work.

This week I shopped at Staples, in Monterey. It was my first time goingin to that store, and I am happy that I did. The store is roomy, brightand prices are fair. I will shop there again for sure.Before concluding, I want to give an compliment to the clerk whohelped me, that day. Her name is Haley. Haley, was helpful, courteousand in my opinion, a very good additon to the store. Good employees,help to make any store/ company better. Shopping can be stressful,and having a store clerk greet one, with a friendly smile, and thengive one service that is worthy of praise, is just great!

Despite their corporate slogan being Make More Happen, this store begrudgingly carries out any request, fulfilling orders in a matter that satisfies only the lowest of bars (that is, if they actually complete anything for the customer). Some of the employees are helpful and kind, but they are greatly overshadowed by the mass of those whom embrace a truly lazy work ethic. Both my wife and I (on separate occasions) experienced an overt display of disrespect from employees. They clearly do not care for their customers. With any luck, our changing economy and developing society will soon render this particular staples obsolete.

The print guy, Joey i think. was super helpful and went out of his way to print us temporary banners because their 3rd party printing people messed up our order. Even went as far as having them delivered same day. Such great customer service from the print center!

Big place, lots of products

Helpful staff. Small location. Front register area not setup well. Got ran into twice by a customer looking at merchandise behind me. Guy twice the size of me, a lady. Never even turned around.

The tech guys are great ! Very helpful.. for instance Im not tech-savvy so I have to go over there and theyll still me how to hook up my Bluetooth. Thats pretty cool

Staples website said this store had a product in stock, Google ChromecastWhen I went to pick it up they couldnt find it, but suggested a more expensive model. Waste of my time. Cashier was very friendly.

Check in one quick and easy and my room was beautiful. The ladies at the check in desk were very nice andaccommodating. .

Im not a huge fan of this location since they downsized. Its very clean and nice but it feels so small. Staff is very friendly and always helpful!

Ive been consistently frustrated by poor customer service in their copy center. And self-service things like sending a fax are so overpriced that I refuse to use them; $2/page for a fax is outrageous.

Love the store. I got what I needed

Regarding their PC repair services. My PC cooling tower plastic mounting bracket on the Mother Board broke, so I brought my machine in and they told me I would have to replace the motherboard. Since I already knew what the problem was, I asked them why they could not simply replace the bracket. They told me the bracket was built into the machine the entire MB would have to be replace. I bought the bracket from EBAY for 7 dollars and fixed the problem myself.

While the employees do their best to be helpful, items are sometimes priced incorrectly and coupons sent to you by staples are completely useless fb in store - especially if youre a teacher.
