Great experience with Bill. He is environmentally conscious and wishes to keep large items like hot tubs out of the landfills. And since he has tons of experience in the hot tub business, he knows which brands are worth investing in because theyre made to last. I wish we had more of this type of expert, since so many things are designed to be thrown away these days!
