Alex is awesome!!!! It was storming outside and my windshield wipers were not working. Not only did ALEX process my order over the phone, Alex came outside in the storm and installed the windshield wipers so I wouldnt get my hair wet and so I could get back to Everett safely. I really appreciate that Alex went above and beyond for me on such a stormy day. What a gentleman.

And I always have what Im looking for so Im always able to get what I need for my car.

Usually my go to auto zone really like everyone there but this new lady Tracy is THE WORST. Absolutely rude with 0 customer service. Gave her a parts number 5 times over the phone to get there & it still be the wrong part & then for her to tell me it’s my fault. Ridiculous. She definitely should not work in the parts industry.. or customer service for that matter. Still giving a 5 star because I love the rest of the staff & I go into that location at least once every week. JUST STEER CLEAR FROM TRACY!

Although there were a few people there it was early and they were unable to be able to go out and help me with my car issues. Finally when they go out they were unable to diagnose the issue so Im not sure I trust these people and will rely more on their competitor

Hands down the best auto zone I have been too, the manager is very helpful and what he dont know he will help figure it out, and point u in the right direction if auto zone cant help

Only the night crew.. Zeek is so helpful. Night crew is much better... I was going to buy a battery $109 - $199. Couldnt get anyone to test my battery first. Store wasnt even busy. I waited over 1 hr. Finally one guy came and told me he was the mgt and said something smart/ rude like basically no one was going test my battery. I purchased what I had on the counter and kindly left. Nowadays just bad customer service. Its no better at the Oreillys across the street.

A few days ago i had came in early in the morning right after getting off work my check engine light had came on and i was freaking out thinking it was going to be really bad. Turns out my catalytic converter was going out. I was lucky enough to be helped by the store manager Alex, i had told em the rollercoaster ride i had been on with this car before leaving since i didnt have money to order the part right away. Long story short he had suggested i got cataclean as a temporary hail mary. It worked i was really skeptical but it worked and my light had gone off. Not only did he save me from a breakdown but he also saved me a good $700 that i wouldve had to spend on the part alone. I am forever grateful.

Almost everything was great.... the only hiccup was the associate who needs some extra customer service training. The gentleman who worked the accounts counter, stay clear of him. God forbid you ask him question when there was not a soul even near his counter, b/c you will bare the brunt of his frustration from his job. Yikes!

I was out of town, left my car parked next to the airport and accidently left my dome light on for over two weeks. I had my car jumped and then went to get gas. My cars battery died once again at the gas station. I walked to the nearest auto part store, which was this AutoZone. I got there 20 minutes before closing time. The manager Chris was very helpful. He was even kind enough to give me a ride to the gas station after he got off work. I am very grateful for Chris and AutoZone for hiring such a stand up person.

I mean they have everything I need but most of the staff is so unprofessional. Most of the time they are just cussing and talking about drama, its honestly annoying but they do have everything I need so I guess. Not overall they should be monitored when customers are in, I always get asked if I need help but I feel like if I take it Im interrupting it they really just dont care if its what I need. Some workers are really helpful but majority of the time is just a bunch of people talking.

Went in there and man had a great time just getting some oil for my truck, and Luis S help me and man this guy its hilarious had a great time there he also explained a couple of deals that they had that would benefits me without been pushy so I got it . Overall great experience, like I really want to work for this guy .also the place had a good vibe . You feel welcomed there.

I went in today to do a battery testing, which I needed a new battery. Mychelle who so kindly assisted me with my purchase and recommend other things as well was extremely helpful. It was raining outside and she still changed my battery, as a women like myself i dont know much about cars and she knowledge me alot just on changing a battery. If you ever happen to go to this auto-zone ask for her ahe is AMAZING !!!!!!

Managers are great guy very helpful. Over all the staff knowledge is great and very genuinely upbeat which is great for a place like this. Prices are okay. Its just nice to be able to come in someplace find a part in person instead of waiting for a part ordered online then it be the wrong thing and have to return it. I hope these places never go out of business this is a place that its worth an extra $2 to get it in person.

Ok, I forgot his name already even though I was just there (chemo brain), but the assistant manager was AWESOME!!! Im a 150% disabled Vet and needed extra help figuring stuff out and making a couple fixes. He coached me through the whole thing, I wouldnt have been able to do it otherwise. Yall are my regular parts stop anyway, this just put extra icing on that cake.

I called in advance and showed up at 8:40 asking for the free scan because my truck had a check engine light and I was still 30 miles from home.They said okay and after a long wait out front they proceeded to argue amongst themselves about previous sales. They forgot until I asked again and the big guy said now we can’t it’s to late to scan your truck this was at 850 pm.

Mychelle was great! Shes always there when i need help. I live in Federal Way but dont mind coming to the Seatac location since she and others are very welcoming.

Kinda pricey- young lady wasnt so engaging. But for the most part- Convenient location and can get day to day basic needs for vehicles.

Cassy was such a big help to me, she helped me change the bulbs for my lights and made sure everything was good to go before i left. this is not the first time she has helped me and both times she was very nice and efficient. 😊 thank you for your help

The staff dont communicate well together. The part that should ha e been on hold werent even pullled. One register was out of order. But the young lady that helped me was awsome dispote the conditions.

Its your typical cookie cutter auto parts store. They all seemed to be following the same recipe these days. They will usually have the basic replacement part, etc.Hit and miss when it comes to the helpfulness of the staff. One day they are more than helpful and the other they avoid you.I dont think its a function of the store as much as it is the society that we are becoming.

The woman whose attending the store is very nice. If you cant find the things that youre looking at. She helps you to find your stuff or she recommends you that you can get the things that you need it. I like it.

I called to get a price quote for an alternator and I spoke with John who was extremely nice and helpful!Prior to calling AutoZone, I called OReillys by Fred Meyer on Pac Highway and the female who answered the phone seemed bothered that I asked for a price quote so she gave me the price and I said thank you, and she responded what else do you need?... which I thought was a bit rude.So thats when I called AutoZone and John answered the phone and not once did he seem annoyed or irritated that he had better things to do. He answered all my questions eagerly and happily. Thank you John for your amazing customer service! Its seems hard to find your kind anymore in any retail industry!
