Took my BMW X5 in to have them diagnose the unknown noise coming from the engine bay. Turned out to be a failing water pump that was only 10 months old. Auto sport technician informed the shop, that originally installed the water pump, of the situation. Needless to say, the shop (Kassel Motor Sport) honored the warranty and repaired the issue. My transmission went out and these guys took on the job. They are very transparent and even text you the link for your thurough diagnosis (more then just the scan tool) with photos.They worked with my warranty company and it all and all was a pleasant ordeal. She drives great if not better then before.They rock!!!

Im extremely impressed with Auto Sport Imports. In the past, Ive had a hard time finding reputable European car mechanics in the area. Usually places aren’t knowledgeable enough, are unprofessional, or charge an arm and a leg. Auto Sports Imports exceeded my expectations from their transparency, pricing, and willingness to educate the consumer.I originally came in for diagnostics to figure out the root issue of my oil and coolant light. I brought the car in on Friday morning and that same evening they had completed a very thorough inspection that covered more than what I had expected. Their inspection report shows you all of the car’s passed inspections, immediate attention items, and future inspection items. The Audi dealership where I’ve taken my car in the for maintenance doesn’t even do this and charged waaaay more. The report also includes videos that educate you on the repairs needed.They were clear on when the repairs would be done by and didn’t include iffy dates like other shops might do. I was able to pick up my car on Tuesday, they even included a car wash. (:Save yourself the time and hassle of comparing mechanics, do yourself a favor, and come to Auto Sport Imports for all your cars needs. The person whom I spoke with had 20+ years of experience with European cars and ran me through everything including minuscule details that I probably would have overlooked to ask myself. I felt reassured throughout the whole process and couldn’t be happier with the repairs, professionalism, and service. From now on I’ll only be bringing my Audi here for all future repairs and maintenance!

I have an almost 20 year old Audi and this team has been great taking care of it for me. They are on time, provide clear diagnostics and are always professional and are a good value.

Diagnostic fee $150 per item and labor costs are too inflated. While work is good it cost me 1500 out the door for fixing brakes, rotors and calipers, oil change and filter change and i wont use them again as they are too pricyAfter speaking to customer service to register my concerns, they offered nothing in response, so i wont be returning.

An awesome shop thats been around for ages! Once my warranty expired I decided going to the Dealer was more effort than its worth. Ive taken my beetle here twice with great results, and bought tons of (much older) beetle parts from them back in the 90s. A local gem for VW owners!

I have a MGA that needed the more modern spin -on type oil filter adapter, however the new one from Moss needs some modifications to make it work correctly. John at Auto Sport machined the correct modification for the new oil filter adapter the day the part came in, I was able to drive the car the next day! Service and prices are great. Good place in Seattle for aircooled VW parts. Paula knows her stuff as well as anyone. Super honest place with great prices, as well as both economic and high quality options for most parts. Missing a star: they carry way too many EMPI brand parts, many vw enthusiasts say stay away from these due to quality. Also if you want idealism and things done exactly to the book, then here is not the place, Ovals is better for quality and advice, this place is best for good price and getting the job done.
