Customer service was out standing! Very nice and polite. If you are in the neighborhood or if you dont mind driving a little out of your way. I recommend spending your time and hard earn money here. I give them kudos during covid!!

Parking is horrible. Bad customer service guy had no knowledge on what was the new trend for disposable. And got mad at me and told me to leave. I will never go back and tell my friends

Had to walk a mile to get to the place. Not open tho the website said it would be. Called later and specifically asked if he had a product available. Asked that he have it ready because we were now on a time restriction. He said he would so we walked back the mile. Got there and he started looking for the product he was supposed to have ready for us. Then his friend walked in and it was like old home week. We reminded him we were in a hurry. He then told us he didnt have it. Totally pissed! This place sucks!!! Irresponsible worker spending too much time sampling his own wares.

Im really sick and tired of coming to this store location at it regular posted business hours and it not being open.

Every time I stop in here the employees are really helpful. This last time in Ace helped me pick out the best strain of kratom that would fit my ailments. Having been opiate dependent for many years it’s very important I find good quality kratom to keep that devil at bay. Thanks seatac smoke shop!

Terrible customer service, sometimes the guy seems knowledgeable but most of the time its just he is convincing by the manner of which he speaks. The guy will sell you cheap fake Chinese products, call it real and authentic, if you say something about it or take it back, hell say Im sorry brother I didnt know, how am I supposed to know all the products I buy from other people, meaning other vendors.Well all I have to say is you read up on your products you intended to buy and resell, and when you get them, you do a thorough product analysis. What he said was not a good enough answer, in a customer service based industry a person must treat their customers as you would expect to be treated in a place of business, dont give excuse and reasons for your mistakes and deceit.

Ive went in to get a replacement glass for my vape pen and they actually had one that was unbreakable....Im so happy Ive been buying 2-3 glass replacements a week. And A+ for customer service.

Ive been in and out of the area the last month or so and they are literally never open the time they say it opens. The open time needs to be changed so they stop wasting peoples time. Ive gone to it at 10:00 when its supposed to open. Been there at 11:00 still not open. Ive gone at 12:00 and they were still not open. Ive never actually seen it open

OVER PRICED and NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE . Literally got a disposable vape pen and a carb . Ended up paying 60 something ! He Rang us up super quick before we could cancel transaction. Which is ridiculous they weren’t even good quality . Wish I could get a refund and been informed about the price . It said 5.99 next to the item .Worker was friendly but just ripped us off. They didnt have what I wanted

Sales person not very personable, if he thinks uou dont have money (which in alot of cases i do and others also)he just dismisses you like your a no body i bough which i thought was a fresh bag of the large tabacoo and when i got it home and opened it it was so dry that it was the harshest ever, i went right back to the sea tac store and he just told me to bad and would not return it those bags are 18.00. To day i went in and adk him a personal questions along with wanting to spend 60 on a dab pipe but after i tried to speak with H he though thats all i wanted and it wasnt. If he thinks your not going to spend which i alway do but his customer service skill need to be refined ive never know a good sales man that hes says hes to busy for a good customer. Bad customer skills...

Work at the airport so I took my lunch to pick up a new tank as mine had broken only to find they had closed at least 3 hours early, huge waste of time no information on here correct, dont waste your time coming here as theyll probably be CLOSED at 5 pm.
