My shipment is now 7 weeks past due. I paid for air service to deliver 10 boxes of boot components. I was charged an outrageous price but still had to do it. I still dont have anything even though my last update was they would be here last week. Tried calling in for help again and of course all I get is voicemails - would not recommend.Just an update 2 weeks later - still no shipment after being told on at least 5 occasions that the items were delivering that day.......unbelievable.

I tried importing an item through this broker. They initially didn’t answer my email. Then, they were unhelpful in the process. If you’re not importing commercially, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
