The delivery team were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the two days they worked delivering our household goods. Our goods arrived in great condition and were placed throughout our home as we requested. These men worked tirelessly, carefully, and safely for both days. We worked with Brian from Suddath to help us move a large amount of equipment to a new location on the Microsoft Campus. We ran into some challenges but they were always positive, patient and willing to find solutions to make the move a success. We highly recommend!

We had to move our entire theater on a tight deadline. (Our new landlord finally confirmed with us at the last minute.) Suddath gave us a quote on Thursday and started the move at 8 a.m. Friday, amazingly finishing late that afternoon. They worked fast and hard but carefully. Steven, James, John and their team all had great attitudes despite the heat and demanding work. Thank you all!

We recently moved from Seattle area to St. Pete, Fl. There were definitely cheaper local options for the move, but online reviews didnt make me feel confident. I went with Suddath and United, and was pleased with their customer service throughout entire moving process. Ive moved cross country several times, and dread the industry hassles. However, Suddath left a very positive impression. The cost was significantly higher, but in the end, it was peace of mind. Even when the truck was 2-3 days late cross country, Suddath processed the claim immediately, without hassle. Communication from Teri and her team was extremely helpful, timely, consistent, and they would call me without me having to call them about anything. They were on it from the beginning, including a very friendly and accurate estimator using an online video survey. Perfect. I am pleasantly surprised at the customer service on the phone, and the two teams loading and receiving, as well. Professional demeanor from everybody, even the hard working contractors that loaded- very customer focused and friendly- and problem solvers. I highly recommend Suddath team- makes the extra cost worth it.

I would give half star if that is possible due to the fact that my household goods should’ve been here the 13th to the 16th and shipment to my home would’ve been the 23rd which is today and I get told my items are still in transit and not even in Washington I already reported to work. I don’t have the ability to even train with my unit due to the fact that all my gear is in the household goods I’m very limited on items to live due to everything being in household goods!!!!!! I don’t have the money to go out and buy extra things I’ve already been living in my house paying rent and all the bills so I don’t have extra funds to buy replacement items. Horrible service if I ever do a military move again I’m gonna ask that I never do business with this company never again.

This was one of those times where everything went perfectly for us. I think this team needs to be greatly appreciated for that perfection, esp my coordinator Rachel E. who helped me out throughout such as times during being flexible with my storage options as I was not able to find a place at my new location.

Basically a good overall long distance mover. Only issue came when the driver was delayed 1 day. He was not given a correct cell phone number to leave us a message of the delay. We waited for 2 hours before we could reach someone that informed us of the one day delay. Make sure they have correct contact info.

I had a very excellent interaction with Suddath, they were on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient in unloading and placing my belongings where I asked. I had Marc, Adam and Brandon helping me. Would high recommend them and would use them again should I need to move again.

I worked with Elden and his team most of the time on quite often, we are very happy with service provided by them, they were very efficient and completed the job in the least amount of time. We have been waiting for our things to get here for 3 weeks now and it was supposed to get here today and when we called them, this Derek Jackson guy was rude to my fiancé and lied to us and told us different things. He said that it would be another 2 weeks just for an agent to be available to get our things out here. Which we had never been told and that was the first time we were hearing about it. And then he said they would reimburse us for buying things after the day our stuff was supposed to be here. Like we’ve already been waiting 3 weeks and now you’re trying to tell us that if we go buy the stuff AGAIN that they will reimburse us? What good would that do? Also, for them to even do that, you have to fill out all kinds of paperwork and then in the email he sent me it said it would take another month to even accept the “claim.” And that’s if they even accept it at all! Honestly you’re better off getting a U haul or something. Especially for military, I know we don’t get much of a choice in who they use but if you can do it yourself with a U haul- DO IT. You get paid back anyways and it’s better than having to wait 5 weeks for your things and have some guy lie to you about where it is.

Suddath was professional, helpful and friendly in moving us from the UK to the USA. They saved us from a disaster situation with a prior shipper who had lost 10 boxes of our personal belongings. We hired Suddath to take over. Suddath picked up the boxes (which were recovered), repacked and inventoried the contents and quickly and safely delivered everything to our doorstep without any hassle and not a single thing broken. I would highly recommend them!!

Exceptional moving company. I have had an opportunity to store my items at their facility, and meet some of their office staff. Very pleased with the services that they provide and would highly recommend to anyone looking to move!

Avoid at all costs! They held our stuff for 5 weeks because they were too busy to deliver it. This was not discussed beforehand. When they finally did get a move in scheduled, all four guys that showed up wreaked of weed and had bloodshot eyes. I had to repeat myself over and over because they couldnt track what I was saying. They did a shoddy job of assembling things and were careless with my stuff. ZERO out of 5 stars.

Working at Microsoft, Suddath helped move my image lab between buildings on Microsoft campus. They were easy to work with. The team was efficient, fast and reliable in moving large complicated structures and device hardware and testing apparatus.

Our house was packed up November 18th from NY and they told us the LATEST we would see out stuff was DEC. 4th... come december 4th my husband has to call the company to find out that they arent going to meet the date we were told. No one called us. We had to call them. Then they said Dec 13th. Okay no problem...come December 13th my husband has to call AGAIN to find out our stuff was still sitting in N.Y.. And supposedly they fired the guy who didnt meet the original cut off and are having to do a new hire and once they do that, then it will still take at least a week to get the stuff here then set an appt. To drop off. Well a week later my husband calls again and no one answered he left a voicemail...called way later in the day...no one answered. This is beyond ridiculous . Theyre communication is horrible. They dont meet their quoted deadlines. They arent helpful over the phone in any way. And now my son is sad because we dont have our tree or anything for Christmas. If I could give this company a 0/5 I would.... hopefully Ill see my house unpacked before the new year and not have to have my kids and myself and husband on airmatresses..

This company was the worst. They need to loss their military contract. Our house was packed and taken away on June 9th in Chicago and we were told would arrive in Arlington Washington BY June 23rd. That was yesterday and we were just informed our stuff is STILL in Chicago. The new estimation is June 29th, but thats to be seen. As a inconvience offer they gave us a list of items with prices they would cover!?!?! What a joke. You have all my families clothes, toys, furniture and belongings. We only brought our Honda Van with a couple suitcases. But my husband, kids and I get to have an air mattress, and some very basic items? And we only got that after my husband called your company to inquire about our stuff. He called 5 times and never got a call back. Finally I person answered. She said she would get info on the inconvience claim for us and then went radio silent and we has to keep calling again. You should be ashamed how you treat your costumers. Especially those moving to serve your country.

Military moving company contract.Suddath Relocation Systems failed to deliver my house hold goods and continued to tell me that it would be tomorrow between 8pm-5pm after requesting to talk to a manager, I was hung up on, insulted, and then told that she was not authorized to give me any contact information I all request would need to be ran through her. (Her is Brandy Terrell) I am still amazed that this company has a military contract, and further amazed that Brandy has not lost her job! A complaint has also been filed with the BBB and I can only hope that they lose this military contract.
