An Absolutely professional staff! Josh went above and beyond to say the least on helping me find a leaf spring that was not easy to find, it took a lot of phone calls but he didn’t give up and my customer was able to have his trailer fixed in a timely manner. We will be using Brake and Clutch for all future purchases!

The man who answered the phone was polite, helpful, and spoke clearly. The man who helped me when I got to their shop was also polite and helpful. Neither of them spoke down to me and I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. (It could have been the same man both times, but I dont know because I didnt get the name of the man I talked with on the phone.)

This is the kind of shop I love. Knowledgeable staff with GOOD INVENTORY. I needed brake line fittings for a 1973 Courier pickup which use this antiquated 1.25mm thread and they had them! The only other place I found was online in Tennessee and they wanted $17 just for ground shipping not to mention the wait time.

Brake and clutch save me again, years ago I had issues with my brake line. They braised the line fix my problem which would have cost me time and money. I totally forgot what they did for me but had the same issue on the other side. Again they save me time and money. Especially Im heading out of town which I wouldnt have been able to without their help. Part was for a older RV .

Food was good but the guy got the drink wrong after I told him three times dam sum people dont listen

I talked the folks very knowledgable . I decided to go there . I live in Port Townsend . I boarded the ferry and called they said talk to Chris . He never returned my call . So when I arrived we found the problem and he found the right disk he quoted 110 plus tax most disks about 60 in my experience . I only had 80. with me so I asked h for a part number so I could shop and see if he was competive and if I had enough cash . He refused told me to go to Shucks . ;( let them figure it out .I had to drive through Tacoma so I found a clutch store there and the same disk for 60. I would never recvomend Chris, ever !!! The dollar was more important then service .Then to charge me almost double !!
