Update after 7 days. Still no call back nor picking up my calls.I called this company several times for a week and and left messages but no response. It is a good looking carport but it wont matter if customer service is just a 1 star for not replying inquiries. What happen if you have issues with your orders, you basically on your own. They maybe out of business which makes sense with the no call back from my 1 week of daily phone call.

Looked at the other prefabricated carports online; none were up to the quality and durability of the Modern Carports. Answered all of my questions and gave pricing right over the phone. Came out and installed it within 6 days of my phone call.

Update: the owner was quick to reply and follow-up with me after my original review. Thanks for the help!I was so hoping to work with this company to install a new carport. It appears they are no longer in business. If youre a perspective customer be aware their business is no longer at the physical location listed on the website. The call answering system still receives calls that go to voicemail and the online price request form will not be responded to. What a bummer!

I have tried calling them for weeks. Everytime I get placed into a voicemail system. I have left messages and filled out an online quote and sent an email. Never get a response but their website says theyre open. Are they still in business?You responded to this review 3 months ago however Ive still never received any info or a return call. Ive tried calling your 800 number at least 5 more times on different days, all during time you say youre open. However, those calls always go to your voicemail. Sounds like youre out of business.

Nobody answers the phone, not sure how they do business.
