Craig with Rockingham Marine was far and away the best salesperson we worked with as we considered pontoons from several different dealerships in the Washington and Oregon.Most dealers you have to have a purchase order in hand before they would let you take a boat out for a test ride. Not so with Craig. Craig spent the whole day with us trying out two different boats.They have boats in both Ballard and Bellevue. We tried the first boat leaving from Ballard to Lake Union, but it was so congested there that he took us all the way to Lake Union so that we could get a feel for the pontoon at speed and more choppy waters.The second pontoon, was also located at Salmon Bay in Ballard, but he offered to launch it in Bellevue so that we could truly appreciate the handling of the Manitou X-Plode we ended up buying. We were with Craig until dark that evening enjoying the beauty of summer on Lake Washington on a fantastic boat.Craig has continued to provide excellent post purchase support, going above and beyond.I feel like I have not only gained a new boat but also a new friend!
