Mauricio was great. I didnt want to go to an Authorized Retailer. I thought that they wouldnt be able to handle my problem and they would try to upsell me. Couldnt be further from the truth! Nobody was in line so I got to see him right away, he was very nice, solved my problem in about 5 minutes, didnt try to sell me anything.I got my new phone and some extra stuff from somewhere else. Now I wish I would have gotten it here. Thanks!

It’s hard to believe that I’m writing a glowing review of a cell phone store, but this place has really really good customer service. Tim was awesomely accommodating. He was able to think outside the box to help accomplish what I was asking and still follow all the rules. Trish (who the other folks on my plan had worked with and who I had talked to over the phone) was really helpful, clear, and available. She went above and beyond to be available to answer questions over the phone. Definitely recommend this place.

This store is amazing... its near my school so I figured Id stop in to get some stuff taken care on my way home. Was totally dreading the experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and all of my needs were taken care of and my questions were answered! The manager Alex was absolutely incredible! She was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional! I would highly recommend you do any Verizon related business at this store. Any time Im in Seattle and have cell phone needs, this is where I will go.
I had such an awesome experience with all three employees I worked with at Go Wireless! My old Galaxy S3 had been gradually dying, but I wasnt ready to upgrade to the latest $700 phone. And thats what I told them at multiple other Verizon stores: I wanted to diagnose the problem with my phone and hear the options for upgrading to older models, if necessary. Each of the other Verizon stores gave me a different diagnosis - all vague - and recommended the latest phone, saying that my phone was probably irreparable and that getting an older model would come with its own list of problems and I should just bite the bullet. And then I would get the spiel about $20/month-no-contract. I was frustrated, but beginning to think that was my only option....UNTIL...I walked into THIS Verizon store, and I finally felt like I was talking to real people who had other solutions besides buy our newest phone! They sent me to Mobi cell phone repair down the street (Im leaving a separate STELLAR review for them), who were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my phone, that it WAS reparable, but that it would cost about the same as a new Galaxy S3 ($60). I asked for their advice about subsequent models and we determined that an S4 is probably all I needed to get me the functionality I wanted. And they told me where to buy one.I walked back into Go Wireless with my shiny new S4 and they helped transfer all my data, contacts, apps, etc. there in the store.After all was said and done, no one asked me for money!! But the next time I need to buy something, I will go back to these two awesome places because they are such nice, helpful, rational people.
Awful service with new employees in there every week. Had a West Seattle in- store gift certificate that they would not honor because they stated it had expired. However, there was no experation date on the certificate. Their records of Verizon customers is so bad, they did not even know what phone I was using. Still had on record a phone that I had a year ago. Claimed different computer systems. Just ridiculous! Last words were sorry. That really helped!
Went in at the end of a long day needing to replace my lost phone, tired toddler in tow. Trish helped me and gave EXCELLENT customer service! Answered my questions, gave clear pricing and was just pleasant to work with. When my 3.5 year old was starting in on meltdown mode, Trish gave her her own phone with a game ready to play and later stopped the 2nd melt down mode with paper and markers while she finished setting up my phone. Trish is excellent at customer service and made sure I was taking advantage of all the savings available. I was able to end an awful day on a positive note with a new phone and a happy kid. Win/win.
This store has always been very helpful to me. Yet I want to mention an exceptional young lady, Makenna who helped me Sunday night. I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing, thought it was open until 7pm. She acknowledged me but was helping another gal, with a difficult situation. Even with me sitting there after locking the doors she forged ahead helping to solve this womens issue. Then my time. She stayed another half hour working with me. Again the entire time she was kind and courteous, and serving with a smile. And helped me with my problem. Yeah. Great employee and person!
Stay away from this Verizon dealer. When I added a new line in May 2019, the sale rep told me that it was the last day of Mothers Day promotion that gave another iPhone for free. Because my favorite color was not in stock, I had to return to the store a few days later. However, I found later that the order was created with the later date, and because of that, the promotion was disqualified. I went to the store and asked them to fix it. And, further I found the data plan was supposed to be unlimited to receive the promotion. That was something the rep never told me in the first place. I decided to change my plan to unlimited to get the promotion. The manager promised me to activate the promotion. But, the credit didnt appear on the next bill. I had to return to the store again to complain it. But, the manager kept saying he was doing his part, it was up to Verizon the promotion was accepted. I bought my problems to Verizon customer service after all, they fixed my issues in 15 min (while this store took weeks and never resolved it) I strongly recommend going to a direct Verizon store, not this unprofessional and irresponsible one.

The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance you get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.
Was in this morning for assistance- the two ladies were very helpful & courteous! My problem was resolved in minutes & then at their suggestion our account was updated for our being able to carry over time of usuage. I highly recommend this Verizon store & their employees!
Walked in at 4:00 on a Thursday looking to upgrade my phone. 3 customers in the store. 1 person working. After 10 minutes of standing around and realizing it was going to be at least half an hour before even talking to someone, I asked if I could see the new Iphone8. I was told they dont have one to hold and you can only see it in an enclosed case. If I am going to spend over $800 on a new phone I will go to another Verizon store where I can physically hold the phone in my hand and hopefully have more than 1 person managing customers. 0 stars if possible

Steven deserves a shout out! This was the first phone service experience Ive had that was even close to remotely enjoyable, and thats completely thanks to steven. Even watching him with the guest before me, hes patient and just dang good at customer service and sales. Steven, i appreciate you, and thats saying alot at 9pm on black friday.
Long read but please learn from my mistake and save yourself the same frustration, wasted time and money. First of all there is no reason to use this store in my opinion. Zero. None. This is not a Verizon store which I mistook it for given the big Verizon logo above it. There is simply no benefit and in fact its a detriment since if an issue comes up its mostly out of Verizons hands.Came here asking about an upgrade to the S9. Claimed they had no idea when itll be out and led to believe it may be months. Came back the next day, showed them an article for the 16th of March which they dismissed as speculation. Steered towards a worse performing phone than my old one and promptly replaced it.Bottom line is I ended up taking them at their word and paid for 2 phones (family plan) that are a year old and essentially lock me in for two years (and will also lose out on the trade in after that time is up as well) when I could simply have waited 3 days or so for an even better promotion on the newest phone. They claimed they had no knowledge of a phone that was on imminent release. Come to find out they were taking preorders within less than a handful of days from when I signed and the phone launched even earlier. Verizon customer service confirmed they WOULD have known. Wasted several hours of my time going back and forth between Verizon and this store. They chose to try and upsell me an even worse deal and trying to make it seem like they were doing me a favor. Sales rep Juan ignorant about their products. No mention of a $40 charge until after I was billed (2 phones which they screwed up anyway) for transferring data which would be free at any Verizon store. Another sales rep, Kodi (?) after giving my name responding with oh youre that guy, the one trying to exchange his phone.... Store manager Khalid thinking hed be slick by trying to milk more out of a bad situation instead of actually trying to fix it.Needless to say I feel so cheated. Just waiting less than a handful of days would have saved me so much frustration, time and especially money. Such sleazy sales tactics may have made them a couple hundred bucks but they lost a customer for good. I am upset enough to just pay out the contract and go with a different carrier. Despite the huge loss Ill be breaking about even just selling the phone off given other offers. Theres an ongoing promotion until the end of the month with a competitor. Despite losing about the cost of 1 phones retail value with this whole ordeal, Ill still be breaking about even going with the competitor. Thats how raw a deal this is. I understand stuff happens but its how you fix things that matters and no serious attempt to remedy the problem. Well this has cost Verizon a customer thats been with them over 4 years.

Paid full price for my jetpack and specifically asked for no contract as I only needed the device for two months while I wait for comcast to complete work to connect my house. Paid the full $200 for the device and asked for no-contract unlimited.When I called to cancel once I got my internet setup - it turns out this store swapped me into a 2 year contract without my knowledge wouldnt answer my Verizons phone rep to fix the issue. The charge is $180 for early termination on a contract I didnt give intent to agree to. They only provided a paper copy of the receipt and never sent the digital copy to me. I know they have my email because I got a survey from their manager.Absolutely feel scammed and would not recommend this retailer.
Its so confusing, because they are not Verizon, yet they only sell Verizon. Anyway, the staff is polite and will help you out... And try to sell you on only buying there.
These guys think women are stupid, ladies stay away. They are just out to make a buck. They told me there was no way to power down my frozen phone, liars, trying to get me to buy a new phone instead of really helping me.

Im feeling ripped off. Went in to buy a case and a screen protector for my Galaxy S7 (regular, not Edge). Staff was very friendly, picked out a protector for me and put it on, then put on my case. I was very happy. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed the $40 Gadget Guard screen protector didnt cover the entire screen, and left amount a centimeter of unprotected screen on each side. This made it difficult to text, move apps, click links, etc. It also gathered considerable amount of dust along the edges of the protector. I looked up this brand of protector on Amazon, and discovered it holds a 1-star rating, with everyone complaining about the size. Having been told I could come back in if I wasnt satisfied, I did, hoping theyd have a different brand I could get instead. Not only do they only have Gadget Guard, the clerk I spoke to said thats how theyre supposed to be, because the S7s edges are slightly curved and a full protector wont stay on. Nevermind that I found other examples at Amazon of full protectors (Skinomi TechSkin and JOTO Full Screen, for example.) The clerks girlfriend even showed me her S7 with the Gadget Guard, and agreed that thats just how they are. So I couldnt get a replacement or a refund. I think GoWireless knows theyre selling a product that doesnt work well, and they sell it anyway. I feel ripped off.
