Beneyam from the sales dept. deserves a 5 star rating for his customer service and professionalism. He went above and beyond from what I expected. Very great guy, and above all he never pressured me in trying to buy a vehicle and just making a sale. If anything, he made sure I was well taken care of along with my family whom had come along with me. We really appreciate you! Everyone else, was great. Very professional and worked with me to get into the vehicle I wanted. Honestly, this was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m happy to say that if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, im definitely buying from here again. We are residents of NV but bought a new truck from Bill P because this dealership had a specific configuration I wanted, as listed on an online site. Spoke to Benny when I called, a cool straight-up guy who was easy to talk to, and no high-pressure sales. We worked through all the details of the out-of-state purchase, ownership transfer to an NV registration, and vehicle pickup. Through the entire deal Benny was patient and always did what he said he would. On the day of pickup he drove us to the dealership from SeaTac, arranged for the transfer, and made sure we had what we needed. If you are in the Seattle area (or environs) and you want a Chevy, you need to see Benny to get pleasant and honest treatment. The other personnel at Bill P were also quite amicable and helpful. Had it not been for extended problems getting coverage documentation to me after the purchase, Bill Pierre would deserve five stars. But Benny also worked through that problem to get that corrected--he is just a 5-star guy! See his pic with my new truck!
I have been a fan of Bill Pierre Chevrolet ever since I bought a Spark in 2017. The sales department has always been friendly and no pressure. The service department has also been honest and easy to deal with. When I traded in my Spark for a new 2021 Bolt EV, I went from fan to a true loyal customer. I have been treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole sales and trade in process. Erika, the General Sales Manager, made sure I got the best deal on the car of my dreams and answered all my questions and concerns with a friendliness and expertise second to none. Thank you!
Buyer beware!!! Sold a vehicle I was told had features that it did not. Given a brand new vehicle that had dried sap spots all over it and barely enough gas to get home after being told it would be full. Contacted them right away to let know our issues, Latoya our sales person admitted wrong doing in her handling of switching vehicles on us mid sale without checking to make sure the options we were very clear about wanted were on it before telling us they were and either lied about trying to come up with a amicable solution or her sales manager is the lowest of the low and denied any attempts to fix issues because no one has contacted me since! As a buyer make sure you advocate for yourself more than you think you should because these guys are in it for the sales only! Worst part and should have been our red flag to bolt was when the finance person admitted to paperwork mishaps recently! We learned a valuable lesson. I caution others to run not walk away from this slimy dealership or if you don’t make sure you go over every nook and cranny.Update:To say that I am extremely impressed and blown away by a car dealerships ability to go above and beyond simply for customer service satisfaction is a gross understatement! Jake contacted me less than 24 hours after I left the above review wanting to get more information and when he did, he did not hesitate to say”how can I make it right”. Well, he did just that, went above and beyond and I have never in my 5 plus car buying experiences been so literally blown away by such excellent customer service!! He didn’t have to and we knew that…it mattered more that we were in a vehicle that made us happy. They gained our trust and future business as well as word of mouth for anyone in the market for a new vehicle! I was looking for a Camaro for about 3 weeks, couldnt quite make my mind up, then I submitted interest in a Camaro at Bill Pierre, 10 seconds later a sales rep named Benjamin called me, something NO ONE did, he got me to drive up from Port Orchard to check out this car. Benjamin was the one who motivated me to come out, when I got there the staff was an AWESOME group of people, VERY knowledgeable and not about screwing the customers over, they really work hard to get you the best deal possible. I had an amazing experience there, And will recommend anyone I know looking for a car, to come check them out FIRST, because you will NOT be disappointed.

After four months not having a properly working vehicle (and several visits to a different mechanic), Andrew took the time to make sure my car was running properly and was attentive to my concerns regarding my cars previously failed performance.
We had a great experience with Bill Pierre Chevrolet finding our new 2020 Chevy Bolt. My wife reached out via email and heard back from David, who gave us some options to check out online. When I went in I met with both David, who was pretty new but polished and professional, and Jesse, a more senior sales consultant. They were both great -- NOT high-pressure, listened to my needs, and they didnt try to upsell me. The Bolt was exactly what we were looking for, and they gave us a decent deal on our 2017 C-RV on trade and the car was heavily discounted (they worked with me on price as well as I started looking at Bolts provisioned with a few more safety and convenience features). The experience felt about as safe as possible in the COVID-19 era as well. It was a cash deal, so I cant really comment on financing, but to that end I hadnt brought my checkbook (duh), and David followed me home to pick up a check and get a couple of signatures from my wife. It was a first-rate service experience from Jesse and David, and a great deal on a fantastic new car thatll be better for the environment.
They were attentive and listened to my concerns.Love this truck and feel like it was built to last.Mentioned a whirling noise in the front left side and they sent two different people out to test it and could not get what sounded like a wheel bearing noise to be repeated. They said to bring it back and see if I could recreate the problem, so they could take care of it. The team there seemed genuinely interested in taking care of my mew 2021 Silverado with a Duramax 3.0 L!
My experience at Bill Pierre Chevrolet was great. I having been going to this dealership for 20 years. My recent experience with Benny as my salesman was excellent. Benny is very knowledgeable and very nice. He made our experience so smooth and easy. He’s definitely a very genuine young man, who knows his job well. Let me preface this by saying this has nothing to do with the salesman who sold us our new Blazer on 26 July 2021. He was wonderful. But, service after the sale can be not so great. I still do not have my proper registration and tab for the vehicle. The paper tag expires today, 9 Sep 2021. I have called so many times and spoken with numerous individuals about this, all telling me they would get this resolved. Then, today I spoke with a sales manager, who told me there is nothing he can do. So, I either drive with the expired tag or not drive at all. I dont believe that nothing can be done. And, of course they never let you speak to a higher manager. I am a retired, disabled veteran. I have special registration and plates. I have bought numerous vehicles from Bill Pierre dealerships. I have had the same registration and plates and never had a problem. And the sales manager saying there is nothing he can do to help is just wrong. I am not a happy, satisfied customer!
The sales people here are greasy and they are looking to rip you off. Con job operation. There is a guy there named Taylor and he is a completely passive aggressive tool.
These two Pierre dealer ships, on lake city, are 5 star companies, and I am not being paid to say any of this..... But I will say come on buy one today, you will save thousands of dollars, we always do. Great people.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They sold me a 2020 certified pre-owned car and 2 months later the battery died. I called to see if they would help with replacing it only to be hung up on and never heard back. Wish they would do the right thing but my recommendation would be to not buy from here!
I needed to get my oil changed, and the check engine light turned on so I asked the service department to diagnose and fix it. They did so, no problem, even sending me a video of their inspection of my car for my own peace of mind. I really appreciate their quick and wonderful service, and the time Alan took to explain what was diagnosed and what they did to fix it at the end. I will definitely be using Bill Pierre Chevrolet for my future servicing needs.

I took the car in a month ago to get the air conditioner fixed. They replaced the compressor for a lot of money and then gave it back to me. It didnt work. I took it back and they said I had leaking refrigerant lines - funny, they werent leaking before I took it in the first time. Took a week to get it fixed - picked up the car this afternoon in 95 deg heat, and the air conditioner still doesnt work. You think you would actually test the vehicle before giving it back to the client. Their Service Department has been going downhill - go somewhere else. I will be.

Great experience. I found the vehicle on their website and worked with Raven in sales. I was impressed with her knowledge of Electric Vehicles and made the transition from a gas car to electric a lot easier than I had assumed.The GM was very patient and took her time with me. She went over the lease documents and made sure to answer all my questions in full details. The staff was friendly as well and acknowledged me while I was waiting for my paperwork. I left feeling at ease and confident in my purchase. I would recommend this store as I didnt feel pressured but rather informed throughout the process of my purchase.

I had been looking for a used car for the past few months, and finally found exactly what I was looking for at Bill Pierre Chevy. Jesse Quitugua in the sales department actually contacting me when a low mileage 2015 VW Golf came through one of their dealerships. The asking price was spot on, and they actually drove the car down to me so I could take it for a test drive. The finance department was able to find me a much lower loan rate than expected, and the whole purchase took a couple hours at the dealership. All in all a great experience, and special thanks to Jesse for working with me.

With the whole covid situation and car shortages and things not being business as usual this team had to work beyond hard to get me the right vehicle. I work very long hours and days, my sales person Raven was able to text me and gave me time to reply, instead of call while I was working and just annoy me with questions. They took my trade in for full KBB value without going through a good cop/bad cop routine like Ive had in the past. They worked with my preferred lender until we found a better interest rate. I never felt pressured. They worked with me and my price range. They had a vehicle that was better than what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience.
My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new Tahoe from Pierre Chevrolet, and we made an appointment with LaToya to test drive and get details regarding leasing and financing. LaToya was extremely helpful and professional and put me at ease during the process. After presenting me with a couple of different financial scenarios, I told her I needed to discuss the details with my husband before we agreed to anything. Her manager, “Red,” came over to ask me a series of questions regarding what I needed in order to seal the deal and buy the Tahoe, and I told him that I wasn’t 100% sure and wanted to discuss the financial details and options with my husband (at the time he was waiting in our car with our young autistic son). Red proceeded to snatch the quotes off LaToya’s desk and refused to let me even show them to my husband. When I asked Red if I could please show the numbers to my husband, his response was “the last thing I want to do is let you take my work so you can show it to other dealerships.” He proceeded to storm off like a child, and I had to leave empty handed with no information to show to my husband. Needless to say, we won’t be purchasing a vehicle from Pierre Chevrolet, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of respect and courtesy. Our other experiences with competing dealerships have been extremely professional, transparent and informative, I was shocked to find myself being treated so poorly by somebody in management at Pierre.
Worked out a deal on a lease returned Audi that so far Im reasonably happy with. Very typical traditional dealership with the associated headaches. Awful purchasing experience once we had agreed to a deal. Salesperson Raven pleaded with me to rush in just before close on Saturday evening, she no shows and is nowhere to be seen, completely ghosts once I agreed to come in, so another rep David who isnt aware of any part of my purchase is forced to play catch up and figure out whats going on even though I was given the impression paperwork and everything would be ready when I arrived. Ended up having to spend 3 hours waiting on finance manager. Rushed through paperwork, and theyre pushing me out the door because now were well past close and everyone wants to get out of there for their Saturday night.Get in the car, and I notice the tank is empty, even though I was promised a full tank of gas with the car. I bring it up to David that was graciously helping me, he talks to the sales manager that couldnt ever be bothered to speak to me face to face even though Id been unnecessarily kept waiting for three hours within fifty feet of the managers desk. Then I was handed a voucher for $20 and was given some BS that I had negotiated a better price, so he was going to cheap out on the offer of a tank of gas, and that I should feel lucky he was giving me anything.It has been a month, and Ive still never heard a single word from Raven following up on the fact that I rushed in on Saturday on her insistence (when I stated I wanted to just come in the next day) to what I thought would be a waiting car and a prepared transaction.Instead, nobody knew what was going on and I was kept waiting for HOURS without any updates or heads up from anyone. Zero apology from anyone for setting expectation for things to be ready when I arrived, but Im just left to sit wondering whats going on?Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time, then to be pushed out the door and have the manager dishonor a simple part of the deal like sending me on my way with a full tank of gas?The way they do business is everything about why dealerships make people miserable. This review only got two stars because Im relatively happy with the car, David did his best and was friendly and Bill the finance manager was straightforward and efficient... once I actually got to his desk... Experiences like the one I had are the reason that CarMax is popular. Memorable for all the wrong reasons.

They were terrible at communicating. We had a meeting set up at a certain time and they showed up a 1.5 hours late. They never end call or text that they were going to be late. They blamed me for them being late. I asked for them to make it right and they seemed like they didn’t care. I would never buy a car from them again.
Didnt end up buying from them because they didnt have the car I wanted, but the sales guy was super nice and extremely low pressure, which I appreciated!
I bought a 20 Chevy Bolt from Raven on Sunday. It was hands down the most positive and painless car buying experience Ive ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and I didnt feel pressured at all. Test drove the car on Saturday night and drove off with it Sunday afternoon. If youre in the market for a new Chevy, or a used car (they seem to have a great selection of used makes as well) be sure to ask for her!

Zero stars. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE. They will give you a high price on the phone and then low ball you when you come in. Waste of your time. This is consistent with other reviews for this place on google.Our story: Three different people contacted my fiance about her car, saying that they would pay between 10.5-11k. We got there and they took the keys and, once we were in the waiting room, test drove our car without asking. We stood in the parking lot for a while wondering whether the car would return in one piece. Once we finally saw our car return, we sat down with the finance person and she said they wanted to pay 8k for the car. We told them our lowest was 10k and they spend another lifetime saying well see what we can do. Then they came back and proudly said we can do 9k like they were giving us a winning lottery ticket. Based on the market value research weve done, they could sell the car for 17k. Scam. Waste of time. Aholes. All perfect descriptions of Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Go out of business soon please :)
Theyre fine people, but the GM side at least is hampered by the fact that they are selling cars for a company stuck in the 20th century even though we are 21 years into the 21st.
Overall experience was unacceptable. Scheduling: Originally received text reminding me it was service time and to reply for an appointment. I did such and it took almost a week to get a response, so I called. First call I hung up after 12 minutes on hold, second call I finally spoke with a human after 5 minutes on hold. Appointment: was told it was a routine oil and filter and it would be an hour so decided to wait. Appointment took exactly 2.5 hours (not because my vehicle had issues) and I never received an update they were running behind. At the 1.5 hour mark I inquired with service desk how much longer and was met with a very rude response of “15 minutes more”. Those 15 minutes turned in to another hour. Upon checking out, bill was wrong as coupon was not applied. And final kicker was all tire pressures were all different despite asking they be checked and final kicker, when I got in my vehicle and it was engaged in 4WD Auto.
I want to give a huge thanks to Benny !! He was definitely so much help with me and my fiancé’s whole entire wait & car buying process . He has such great customer service and I definitely look forward to working with him again in the future ! Keep up the good work and again thank you for helping with our BRAND NEW CAR !!!

There are a lot of Chevy Bolt incentives going on right now with leasing. I have applicable the student, educator, first responder, supplier, Costco incentives of the time of this post. They didn’t bother to input any of my discount besides the supplier discount and at only $800 when other GM customers at other Chevy dealerships have quoted $1000-$1500.The sales consultant I worked with was very rude when I asked him why my incentives didn’t work, he told me that they’re not apart of the program and failed to give me a reason why. He kept on insisting that I don’t qualify for the lease conquest discount, but I wasn’t even talking about that at all. I was even gaslighted by this guy asking him how much would me total be if I had all my applicable discounts, he wouldn’t give me a number, but I persisted and finally got a number of $9000, in which he said he told me this number 10 times. The audacity that I have to ask so many times and wasn’t given an answer and told I was being redundant....I had all my printed paper work laid out infront them of why I should receive discounts but they were ignored. At one instance, the sales consultant misplaced one of my documents and gave me attitude when I told him to go find it and get it back for me.They have different prices for sales and lease that they do not disclose on their website. If you’re trying to find a good deal, don’t waste your time here. It’s no wonder they’re the lowest rated Chevy dealer in a 20-30 mile radius of Seattle. If anyone finds this review helpful, I’m glad I could save you the time and frustration that I’ve lost and experienced.
My family and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Bill Pierre with no trouble until after the purchase has been made the service department is absolutely pitiful their work is good enough its the customer service experience. You would think after youve spent upwards of 137k with one place they would treat you as if they appreciate you 😉 nerp took my suburban (Purchased from Bill Pierre) in for the recall I received information about in the mail. Service guy (Alan) Ive dealt with at least 20x over the last 3 years for one car or truck or another. I give the keys wait 3.5 hours I get a text on my phone so I go into the office to see if the truck is ready. Alan asks if I got the link I explain I received the information he sent but no link was in with that. He proceeded to look at my phone as though I wasnt intelligent enough to read my own text messages 🙃 when he found that the error was on his end. Nothing, Im shortening the interaction in this story but overall I felt as though it was very dismissive and slightly disrespectful to be honest. Even if my family and I hadnt had years and many cars worth of dealings with them why is that the way that went?!? Its no problem we wont be giving anymore business of any kind to Bill Pierre so good luck I guess 👍🏽👍🏽

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Took weeks of phone calls to make a deal happen. The only reason I bought from them was because they had the exact car I was looking for. After the headache of dealing with them (out of state deal) when I finally got the car they only gave me one key and no mats! On a 2018 car with 10k miles. Also there was scratches on the front that where not shown to me before the purchase, and curb rash on one wheel

We dealt with a salesman named Taylor who said he also goes by red hes from Louisiana and he told us people there go from 0-60 real fast and thats what he did, he lost his temper in front our our babies and was not professional, and yelled at my husband in front of me and our kids and kicked us out and told us to come back once we learn math, we were patient and waited for him for an hour and even if he didnt like our offer he could have just politely declined without the anger and disrespect, you dont do that in front of women and children.
Great communication, service went above and beyond my expectations. Plus, I found the pricing to be fair and reasonable.
My hubby Paul and I spent the day at Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Seattle yesterday. We were set on buying a new to us vehicle we found online. I think its fair to say that most people do not enjoy the whole car buying experience. That said though, our experience hunting down a vehicle and scheduling a visit with Taylor, aka Red, online and then working with Galen at the dealership was a pleasant one. Galen was laid back, relatable and very smart. My wife appreciated him meticulously going through every detail of the pricing. While at the end of the day we came in a bit over what we intended to I feel great about the purchase, we LOVE our new 2018 Toyota Corolla and its thanks to Galen really going out of his way to help meet us in the middle. Dealership reviews can be brutal, but our experience was far better than most and if I had to recommend a place or someone to go see if youre looking Id suggest reaching out to Galen, or Red, at Pierre Chevrolet.

I was in the market for a off road mid size truck and was deciding between the Chevy ZR2 and the Toyota Tacoma TRD. Upon arrival to the dealership I was matched up with Nick. He answered all my questions and I could tell he wanted to make my experience great. There was no pressure and he was able to work with me when I told him I wanted to check out other dealers. I came back and was even able to take the ZR2 for a second test ride. The process was long but hew was patient and helpful the whole way. Not to mention I scored the CHEAPEST ZR2 IN THE NATION! EDIT: Shows how shady they are by picking and choosing what reviews they respond to!Bought a 2013 Duramax from them a little over a year ago. Just had the truck in at the cheverolet dealership closer to me for some routine maintenance. When I picked my truck up I was informed that all of the emissions equipment had been removed! This very concerning with the U.S. government currently cracking down on such modifications. Also concerning because I am not sure how this will effect re-sale . Dont even know if it is legal to sell. Was also told the truck has substantial rust on the under carriage and had just been undercoated over and is now flaking off showing all the rust! That is partially on me for not crawling under the truck and inspecting it more.
Overall experience was very good. Had some setbacks (e.g Incorrect contract template) when purchasing the extended warranty contract but the team addressed quickly.
Jessiah and others were courteous. I did not feel pressured. He didnt try to upsell, but found cars that fit was I was interested in.
The staff was extremely helpful, they were great communicators!

The whole process was crazy, and the team at Bill Pierre was there every step of the way and really helped me through it. I booked an appointment online showed up to my appointment early and they could not find my appointment in the system. Then one of the customer service reps took no ownership of the fault on their end. Now Im at the dealership longer than expected. I mean no respect for the customers time. Then I have not been offered an apology and/or any incentive for my time loss and bad customer service.
Called again today for the last time, different manager answered and he was really nice about it and said he will take care of it. I will update the review afterwards. I had a fantastic experience buying from Bill Pierre Chevrolet. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in looking at and spoke to Matt Zenon on the phone and made an appointment to come in. He was waiting for me when I got there with the car pulled up in front. He was friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. When the time came to purchase, he was able to make a great offer within my budget. I also worked with Mitch who helped make the deal happen. Both were a delight to do business with. I didnt feel any pressure and they did everything they could to make the experience of buying a car pleasurable.
Hands down the best dealership in Washington maybe in the Country. Very professional and hard working, I am an Active Duty Naval Officer and my wife and I have bought 4 cars in 4 different states and these guys get it right. Erick Gonzales was my salesman, young guy very professional and eager too learn, that was the thing that impressed me the most about this guy, not eager to get paid EAGER TO LEARN he was easy to talk to, he didnt BS if he didnt know or he wasnt sure he found the answer and he wasnt afraid to ask the questions to his manager. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure from anyone. As the deal was being worked out, I enjoyed talking to Erick, he has a work ethic that is not seen in people his age now days, this kids is going places. Kelley McNeal the manger was great to work with as well he explained everything extremely well down to the penny. One thing I really liked is Kelley didnt hide in an office or drive a desk he was at the table with myself and Erick we talked, we negotiated, he worked with me on my trade and price of my new truck, Kelley got me a solid deal on a damn nice Chevy Silverado. There was some confusion this afternoon with an option on my truck that I thought it had. I called the dealership to ask about it. Erick was out so I talked to another salesman he explained the problem and short time later Kelley called and explained why I didnt have that option and asked me what he could do to make it right. I can say with a 110% confidence not many dealerships would have called and made an effort like he did. I am sure he will make things right. I am 110% RED, WHITE, BLUE, proud to be an American. Ive served this great nation for almost 18 years and you can rest assure if its a horse, I call it a horse and when I say Bill Pierre Chevrolet gets it right, you can bet your next pay check on that! I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy. Take it for what its worth, trust me if you go here 1st you will save your self a lot of time, it took me 6 weeks to buy a truck and I walked out of every dealership but 1!!! The issues I explained on the appointment making page online did not get to the actual service department I went to. They don’t care to listen or help at all. There is absolutely no loyalty given the fact we have purchased three new cars there over the last 20 years. I will NEVER be going back and I will tell all my friends.
Went in after seeing a 2015 Tacoma TRD OR, worked with Matt Zenon. I was definitely a tough customer. I know what I wanted to pay, didn’t finance, and didn’t leave a lot of room for negotiations. There were a couple hiccups along the way but I absolutely love this truck and got a great deal on it. Would definitely work with him again.

I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage from Bill Pierre in 2019 -- i was a little nervous about a new car because it had been a long time for me and its a pressure frustrating process. But i had such GREAT customer service from Nate Pittoco in ALL aspects that i went back to Bill Pierre when i was interested in getting a newer car. This time it was Theodore and he went above and beyond - but so did Christian and again theres Nate -- even having to wear a mask for the entire time we had excellent customer service and went home happy campers in our new 2020 Equinox.
