Rudest store owner I’ve ever encountered. Man was super agitated and condescending to me immediately when I walked in before I could even say a word. It was actually quite bizarre. Not sure where the annoyance was coming from or why it was directed at me for no reason, but it was clear I was inconveniencing him by being there. I will never step foot in there again.

This place is great. The guys behind the counter are always really helpful. They have one of the best selections of kratom in Seattle and also the best pricing.

Glass, vape mods, batteries, tobacco, etc. Many glass parts as well if you need a little something for your rig. Great owners. You dont always see people or a place at their prime, so in this case Id say repeated visits cemented that this is a great spot for whatever smoking needs you may have.

Absolutely the best smoke shop in town. They have anything and everything you may want for your smoking needs. The guys that work there are literally the best around. Even if I didnt live the area I would still go completely out of my way to find what I was looking for.

Goid prices, excellent service.This is one of the friendliest smoke shops Ive ever been to. When I moved to the neighborhood the owner recognized after my 3rd time in. Anyone who left a 1 star review on the grounds of poor customer service was probably a poor,difficult, argumentative customer. This is a neighborhood shop that treats you like a neighbor.Sometimes it might seemed abandoned while theyre taking inventory in the back, but just say hey. Somebody is there.

This is a great store, I love to come here and have small chats with the store owners. Theyve always treated me with kindness and respect, including letting me know whenever deals are available. They are knowledgable about their products and often have great glass deals.

Small but nicely curated selection that includes some great value cigars. Owner is knowledgeable and really great person with whom to talk. Sold me two of best cigars I have ever had.

2nd review: I am willing to up my review to 4 stars from one because they either got a new owner or there is a joint partnership and now the 2nd owner is more present then the previous gentleman who I wrote the 1st review about because the man whos there most times now is incredibly kind, gracious and remembered my boyfriend and I after meeting us only 2 times which Id say is pretty impressive (and also appreciated) considering how many faces he probably sees in just one day! Theyve even upped their game in merchandise which is extremely impressive given the fact that it was already good to begin with! Unfortunately, I can not give the full 5 stars because we were so delighted at first when we figured the previous gentleman was no longer in the picture except for one day we entered the shop and there he was, sullen face and all so we immediately turned around and exited as we couldnt handle a situation similar to the last, nor should anyone, and thats what we will continue to do when we see him as to avoid any conflict and berating by someone were simply trying to give our hard earned money to... In retrospect I really should give 3 stars as its incredibly inconvenient having to leave and go somewhere else to get something thats right in front of us, but because the gentleman that I speak of in the beginning of this is clearly a very hard-working, genuinely sincere man, the 4 stars will stay.1st review: I was really hoping maybe the gentleman working was having an off day which would explain why he was so incredibly rude, but after reading previous reviews here, Im seeing that hes just an outright horrible person for the most part. My boyfriend had questions about the man behind the counters products, which he only knew about a quarter of the answers too and started to seem extremely annoyed that my man was even asking any questions at all, which right off the bat was a horrible sign. Then he proceeded to ask So what are you going to buy??! every 2 minutes. Then when I said we were just browsing, hoping that that might deter him from hovering over us the entire time, he basically laughed and in so many words thanked us for wasting his time and became even more rude, which I didnt even know was possible at that point. My man then exited the shop because otherwise he felt he would have punched the guy in the face for being so out of line which the guy followed up with Miss, your man is waiting for you outside as though I was some sort of imbecile. I replied with Thats nice, because I wasnt done browsing [from working in customer service to me browsing doesnt automatically mean you 1) dont have any $$ and 2) that youre not going to spend any, and if you do, just that youre fine on your own but will let someone know if you need assistance] If I were able to give this place negative stars, I would.. all and all his store was actually extremely clean/in a great location in comparison to where we live/had good products and prices but unfortunately because of how we were treated, it was enough to never go back. Ive never written a Google review because I mostly feel that they can be incredibly petty, but this experience was so horrendous not only for me, but my boyfriend [who is the sweetest and simply asks a lot of questions because hes extremely knowledgeable himself, so he gets somewhat excited when he feels someone else can answer a question he doesnt know the answer too] who didnt deserve to be treated the way he was at all, so if this helps keep anyone else from going through what we did, then I did the right thing.

This is a great little smoke shop. Ahmed and Emjay (sp?) are fantastic. They are always incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy chatting with both of them and this has quickly become my shop of choice for tobacco products. In fact, I even stop in to chat when I do not need any tobacco, they are very welcoming. It is not uncommon to see them chatting with various customers on different visits to the shop, they make an effort to really know their customers on a personal level. That is top notch service in my opinion and I will continue to patronize this business

Always welcoming and chill with a knowledgeable staff that meets you where youre at. I started coming here a few months ago and I have already learned so much and only by the grace of the One stop smoke.

All the guys at this store are literally so amazing and sweet my fiancée and I live a few bloacks away and since we moved to Ballard we have been coming to them and they’re always so nice, friendly and sweet it’s hard to find ppl like this at business so I really commend them for their integrity and humanity. I love to be treated fair, normal, loved and like a person. I know my money and time are both valued here. I would NEVER shop anywhere else for my cigarillos and etc. Thanks for being you guys do t stop! Keep it up!

Love this place. Lots of selection, especially on vapes hardware and pipes.Managers are very accommodating. They really go out of their way to help their patrons and make a friendly atmosphere.Ive had many defective vape units (SMOK, my brand!) in my lifetime. These guys have called in the manufacturer warranty on my behalf with defective vape hardware on TWO separate occasions! They got me replacements immediately with zero hassle.My dog notes that there are many dog treats!
