This is by far the best mail forwarding/scanning service in Seattle. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and I cannot be happier with all the services they provide. Customer service is amazing. Most of the staff are live-aboards, so they really understand what is needed to make the service work. We depend heavily on phone calls, email, and scanning to transact business, and they’re always there for us. Excellent notification system as well.

We travel full-time and Docksides mailbox and mail scanning services are absolutely necessary for our lifestyle. Without it I am not sure how we would manage to not just fall between the cracks. We travel a lot for fun and work and could not do it without Dockside! They will forward our mail, or scan and email if we cannot receive mail. When we are in town we simply pick up our mail at the store and are always greeted with a smile!
