They did a MOST excellent job scanning for digital transfer, and printing hard copies of a very complicated document. Jaspar was very communicative in capturing project details - both with emails, phone conversations and on premise reviews (Im sort of old fashioned and like to know whom Im working with.) This locally owned business is a refreshing alternative to the big brand name copy guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I cant even begin to tell you how in love with this shop I am! I ordered 200 copies of my book and 5 copies of a custom calendar and index card to be printed here after lots of shopping around. They had the best deal, really good turnaround time, and for me, it was very convenient since they are located in my neighborhood.I have used Perfect Copy & Print on other occasions too such as getting passport photos or printing lots of materials for visas, and they have always had prompt service and good prices.They are also really honest about their prices and once when I wanted one single page printed, they told me it would be cheaper at the library than anywhere else. Perfect Copy is perfect and is now open, following WA state guidelines. I submitted this order during the isolation order, online with pdf waiting for appropriate opening. The print job is as good as any automated service bureau and offered a personal touch, even online, from the proof to anticipating the appropriate paper. Offering to deliver or mail, I selected USPS, (very reliable to my studio) as Im across town and still isolating due to health.

I wanted custom printing done for my wedding- photobooth props printed and mounted on foam core. I sent a few images we were interested in and worked with Dave to align on sizing and he even found some better options that would print large and not become fuzzy. They all came out great and were printed and ready for pickup the next day! We ended up loving them so much we added ~8 more a few days before our wedding! I have never had an issue printing here, even large, weird orders. I am a student at SCC and consistently print here instead of in campus because the quality is worth kt.Plus I love that everyone there is printing for non-profits, its amazing.

Their scanning service is poor quality, they have very archaic business processes, and their staff need to be trained on proper customer service. I found the person I spoke to very dismissive of my concerns with my soft copy renders.If you’re looking for high quality renders please do not give this place a dime of your hard earned money or consideration.

High-quality paper and high-quality service! I brought a complicated order in and the staff here was patient and expedient. They are locally-owned, so I appreciate their business for that as well. Usually only two employees working here at a time, the earlier in the day you order/go in, the quicker turnaround will be.

I emailed in for a quote yesterday late in the day and heard back the next morning with a proof along with advice on how to improve my image. Jasper worked with me to get the proper export on my image and ended up having to download a font to get it to work. We accomplished all of this over email while I was at work. I picked up 50 handbills that same day and they cut them for me too!

If I call for customer service and quoting, I expect to given more help than *go to our website I was hoping to establish a business relationship for a medical facilityfacikity, but if the only customer service you can give me is automated, then I might as well sign up with vista print. Their cheap and accurate, people still use print shops because they expect guidance and assistance. Will not be recommending this establishment. So rude.

Every time I come in, whether I need help printing stuff at quick-notice, no matter the quantity, the quality is consistently excelling.I needed over 25 brochures with bleeding margins and creased into thirds done within 30 minutes, and not only did they accomplish this, it was at an amazing price point for the level of quality I received.I needed help printing a laminated photo-quality project and they had it done within 5 minutes despite being busy, and even found time to trim the lamination. I only have this store to thank for getting that 4.0 on the project, namely for its presentation. The execution was unmatched in my course, actually.

Ive gone to Perfect Copy and Print a handful of times and the service has always been excellent. They are able to print large prints with great color and fast turnaround. Always really helpful when I call to ask questions on the phone.The last time I went in, I was in a rush and sent over a file with a mistake, Asif helped me and was able to reprint it right away.The only negative is that the website/quote process is a little confusing as to what time the print will be available and how/ when they will bill you but if you call them they are always able to help.

They might be fast and local as advertised but I’ll never find out because they are not economical. Be warned that there is a $5 minimum per order.Yes you read that right. If you are only trying to print a single black and white 8.5” by 11” it will still be $5.

My print came out badly due to incompatibility between the print method they used and the paper I chose after asking them for advice. Staff explained the issue as if I should have known (gave me a short lecture on how I should familiarize myself with their paper and print methods, as if I hadnt asked for their help making the choice) and didnt offer my money back or to pay for the reprint.The reprint was fine.

This business is hard to work with. I was treated like a last priority. I wanted to use a local business to print my artwork, but Dave essentially told me he didnt care about my order. And he didnt seem to know what a postcard was.

I cant speak to the quality of their printing, but this store will not be getting my business. After I tried unsuccessfully to navigate the website for an estimate, I called with questions about a straightforward black and white copy project. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and treated me like I was an idiot for asking questions about my options for paper size and weight. He refused to give me even a ballpark estimate for basic 8.5x11 copies and insisted the only way they would even talk to me would be for me to come into the store in person, which does not work with my work schedule ... hence the phone call. Very disappointed.

It cost me $5.76 to print 2 BW pages w/ some tape. They didnt tell me over the phone that their minimum order was $5. Professional service, but wont likely come back unless its for a bulk order. Really wanted to use this place for shipping labels :(

Needed 32 pages scanned and emailed, staff was very friendly and helpful, they went to great pains to insure everything was scanned properly and accurately, while there I saw examples of posters and pictures they printed and they were very well done. AND 32 pages would have cost 32+ dollars at the UPS store only cost less than 20 including tax

Came in here to see if they could just print a page for me. First thing that happened was the most awkward interaction with an employee who was acting annoyed that I was even there. Then printing was $5, then he told me it wouldnt work because I had the file in an email. THEN told me barely any store does personal printing and didnt think FedEx down the road even had computers to do it anymore.Well FedEx did have the option to print what I wanted, and were very helpful. Rude staff. The shop had discontinued self-serve, which means that even printing out an essay will cost you a flat $5 printing fee plus the cost of the printing job itself. Basically, only come here if you have heavy duty printing to do. When I asked the staff for suggestions I go to any other printing shop or a library. Not the most helpful. Everything either is done through online orders or USBs and the staff make a point of hastily telling that to you as you enter.

They always do a good job and have fast turnaround times. They dont deliver but when I go to pick up during the day, parking is usually easy right outside. Very friendly staff :)

I went there after a failed attempt to do some simple copying at the Fedex Store by Roy Street Coffee. They only had one working copy machine (and some over-worked employees). I went to Perfect Copy and Print today instead and it was such a wonderful experience. It was quick and easy, and my copies were excellent (for less money than FedEx/Kinkos down the street). Support this local business!

I never give bad reviews I but have to this time. Stated clearly what I wanted, then got nothing close to it. The manager didnt even want to finish the job of punching holes in my work badges so they could hang on lanyards, saying, Were busy. This is after I paid of course.

This place is 2 blocks away from my house and Im never coming here again. Charged me ten dollars to scan an image to me and print me a copy, and the scan they sent me they passive aggressively called room thing because its a bad drawing I had to do for class. When I walked in there was a guy just standing at the counter and I said hey and he just looked at me impatiently even though I was the only person there, seriously the worst experience Ive ever had at a print shop. How is it ten dollars to scan and print one copy of one image? He also said that the scan didnt come out very well so I can darken it myself in photoshop when I get home. Seriously go anywhere else but here.

I went here about a month ago to get some regular papers laminated. Staff was not very friendly and there wasnt much going on, but I was told to come back the next day to pick up the order after I had handed over the pages and paid (it was about a dozen pages to be laminated). When I picked up the order, 3 of the pages had creased in the lamination process, which they did not mention as they handed me the order and which I didnt notice until I got back to my offce. Im only writing this review now because I needed to get some additional papers laminated and went to Super Copy at SeattleU, and they had my order ready in about 5 mins, it was significantly less expensive per sheet, and nothing came out creased or otherwise imperfect. If youre not trying to waste time or money to receive a poor quality product, then I would recommend avoiding Perfect Copy & Print, which does not live up to its name. Super Copy is a great alternative and isnt far, and I imagine pretty much any other copy shop could laminate something without ruining it.

If you know another place to make international photo, dont come here!First, for two pictures they take wooping $20.Second, I asked to make sure the picture fits UK visa requirements (as the photo looked suspicious: only head was on it, no shoulders), and the answer I got was : we do a lot of pictures, this one is good. When I measured the height of the head, it was 2mm higher than maximum required. When I asked to reduce the size, the representative told me Id have to pay for that as for the additional picture or hell return the money and get back the pictures.Dont remember last time I had such a horrible customer service, and that is for $20 pictures.

Im all about local business, but when customer service goes out the window, I dont go back. I went in to print off a couple documents with my own paper from a USB drive today. The girl at the counter was helpful, though when the manager/owner came up, he had an attitude from the beginning. I asked how much the cost would be, and he rudely said the cost was the same, even with your own paper, and there would be a $2 fee for computer use and labor involved. When my partner said he was thinking it may just be easier to go to Fedex down the street, the guy pulled out our USB drive and threw it on the counter at us and went to do something else. I asked his name, but was ignored. When walking out I mentioned its customer service like this that ensures people not coming in. He said, Thats why we cut self serve completely.I felt terrible for the girl working there, as you could tell she felt extremely uncomfortable. I hope to find a better local print shop in the future.

An absolute scam, beginning to end. Go elsewhere!Debated between here (marginally closer) and Fedex Office (Kinkos) down the hill at the Convention Center. I chose poorly.I simply wanted to print 15 copies from a USB drive. Though the printers are all equipped with USB readers, this copy shop has chosen to disable them so they can charge for computer time instead. Here, they charge $2.00 for 1 second to 10 minutes of computer time. I was on the computer for 36 seconds. At FedEx, I would have been charged about 40 cents.Then, the printing cost. Everywhere is posted the cost of copying, so I used that in my calculations. When I took my 15 prints (which came out of the copier, by the way) to the front desk, they charged me $ 0.25 per print for the first then, $ 0.15 after. Had I printed one, walked it over to the copier, and copied the remaining 14, I would have saved $3.00. Copies are less than $ 0.10, but only if they come from a paper document, not the computer. They dont notate that anywhere. Theres no logical reason: it uses the same amount of toner, it puts the same amount of wear on the machine, and there is only a very minor data transfer. Absurd and fraudulent.At FedEx Kinkos, it would have been $ 0.08 per copy, and about $0.40 for computer time. I would not have needed a computer. I could have printed directly from the machine.Here = $5.75. FedEx Kinkos for the same job, $ 1.05. Never will I return. I will hoof it to FedEx Kinkos and avoid this rip-off palace.I assume they charge these extortionate prices because they were trying to pay the four clerks on shift. One person would have sufficed. There were only three of us customers, all with minor jobs.AVOID!
