If I could give them a minus score I would. The pharmacy doesn’t answer its phone. I have been on hold for nearly two hours now. I need to talk to them urgently and, yet, there is no way to speak to them. I’m at a loss.

Ordered photos from this location and when I picked them up, there were a few missing. When I returned to let the attendant know, he immediately pulled them out of the garbage. So a worker knowingly threw my photos away and then expected me to accept prints that had been sitting in the garbage. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy staff led by Christine are awesome! The store staff is great, too, but being greeted by name whenever I come in to fill my prescriptions and their fast, efficient, and helpful service keeps me coming back.

Very unhappy and rude clerk upon my checkout yesterday! I couldn’t believe this guy has a job! However, the pharmacy staff is extremely nice. I’m considering taking my business to a different cvs location because I don’t want to face the creep at checkout again. 😩

Kristine and the other staff in the pharmacy have been polite and friendly with me since I started coming in 2018.I had some issues getting coverage for my medication though my insurance, Kristine was able to help me find a coupon to cover half the cost. The pharmacy has been great! I get text alerts when they receive my prescription, when its ready, and when its time to refill a prescription.The retial floor is struggling. Unfortunately companies like CVS, Walgreens, Petco, Walmart, any nonunion retail, or commission based retailer are cutting back cost by cutting staff, staffing hours, pay, and health insurance. That in turn makes it hard to find quality employees who will stay once they realize they the company is expecting 100% of the job requirements to be covered by as little as 2 peolpe on the sales floor. These companies do everything in thier power to keep staffing hours below the point they pay for health insurance and to prevent overtime for fulltime employees, they only get the minimum fulltime hours legally allowed. I think its around 32 hours a week.Try to be kind to the staff at any retailer, especially now. They are putting themselves in harms ways just to pay rent and thier bills.And if you find the customer service lacking dont complain about the staff members, demand more staff by calling the corporate number usually located on the receipt.

Avoid for prescriptions. They would not tell me which generic medication I would be given prior to filling which is extremely odd. The woman in the pharmacy was also not very friendly.

Weirdly rude cashiers. The guy who helped me was put-off by the fact that I couldnt hear him behind the plastic partition (I have some hearing loss and we were both wearing masks)

Ive tried to fill prescriptions here several times because this is my doctors preferred pharmacy. Each of those times they have messed up the order and have to redo it while I wait outside. On top of it, the pharmacy staff are rude and patronizing when I point out that theyve made errors in my prescriptions, trying to blame me, my doctor, or my insurance for their mistakes. When I transferred a prescription away from this location to another pharmacy to avoid the bad service, they sent the wrong dosage instructions, causing an insurance nightmare. Avoid this place if possible!

The staff at this CVS is polite and responsive. I transferred my families prescriptions to them last fall. After the initial difficulty of transferring Rx, it has been really easy to get what we need. The app for my phone works well in addition to the in person experience being great.

Customer service isn’t necessarily terrible, but I dropped off a Fujifilm disposable camera on June 8th and didn’t pick it up until July 14th. I called after 3 weeks (when they’re usually ready after 2, but I understand there are delays due to COVID) but they claimed to never receiving it. They just told me to keep calling, even though they’re supposed to call me when they receive it... I ended up talking to 3 different associates until the 3rd one finally bothered to ask what my first name was (they would only ask for my last name), to find out that it was sorted under my first name the entire time. It’s a small complaint, but I don’t think I’ll be dropping off my cameras here again.

Unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and uncaring employees! I was told today that they haven’t called me back after waiting for three weeks because they are too busy. Wow. Then stop calling me with recorded messages about a prescription that you can’t be bothered to call back and answer questions about. I am busy, too!

Went in for MoneyGram and they denied serving me because it was too early. The supervisor wasnt properly wearing a mask either, and theyre a pharmacy...?

Ive been a regular customer of this branch since it opened because its convinient, even though some of the staff are constantly rude. Recently however, the staff are no longer bothering to wear masks (even in the pharmacy!) despite requiring customers to do so. I am never coming back this store.

I have been there a handful of times since moving to Wallingford last year. Each time I have encountered extremely rude employees both in the pharmacy and at the front cash registered. I have even seen them look the other way when customers enter the store without face masks.

Always great deals on something - best service on 45th, unlike Bartells and Walgreens, these CVS employees look you in the eye, are polite, and smile.
